Love this machine!! Every part of the machine is made well and feels high end. The grinder works very well and makes a fantastic fine grind for espresso. The automatic steaming and milk frothing is great as well. Two things I would change about this machine to make it a full 5 stars. 1. The water reservoir for the discard water is not that big, so you do have to empty it fairly often. 2. The steam wand is great and the manual steaming function is perfect for the home barista, but when using the manual function it takes a minute to get the steam going causing unwanted bubbles in the milk. (I am being pretty nit-picky about this one)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee machine is stainless steel which is easy to clean and very durable. It is able to do many functions, including grinding your beans, making coffee with different settings, and frothing your milk - hot and cold.

The first couple of days we spent watching videos and learning how to use it but after that it is so easy to use. We love making our espresso in the morning with my frothed cream. So good! I choose the trace blue color and love the way it looks in my kitchen.

My wife and I wanted a quality cup of coffee with fresh grounds and espresso periodically. We started with another brand in the same price range, but was nowhere near the versatility of this unit, and returned after a week of use. I just happened to find this one, since it’s new to the market. I will say after a few weeks of use that we love this machine. Once you learned the nuances of each type of drink you want to make, it’s pretty simple to make and clean up. I became a lazy K-cupper and was a bit concerned about the “process” it takes from start to finish, but the apprehension is gone. I really like this machine and would recommend to anyone looking for quality and versatility. Great job Ninja!

Amazing coffee machine! I can say that this is by far my favourite all time coffee machine! The way this machine does coffee is like a professional barista! I would recommend it to everyone! I cannot explain how happy I am to own one! Would recommend it to any friends or family without a single doubt!

The design is incredibly well thought out, especially the storage compartments, everything has its own place, which makes it super organized. I also love that the bean hopper is tucked inside the machine, so it fits perfectly under my kitchen cabinet without taking up extra space. One of the standout features for me is the cold foam: it’s unbelievably thick, just like something you’d get from a café. The machine has practically replaced several other gadgets in my kitchen, making it a real space-saver. Plus, it’s so foolproof; even if you’re not a coffee expert, you’ll still get amazing results every time. I’m really excited about all the options and customizations this machine offers. Whether I’m in the mood for a classic espresso or something more experimental, it’s got me covered. The Ninja Lux Café Machine does a good job overall — it's versatile, the Assist Barista function works well, and it makes solid coffee. But honestly, it's frustrating that such an otherwise good machine has some really wasteful design flaws. First, it goes through way too much water. It feels like every time I use it, a good amount is wasted for no real reason. Second, after every single grind, there are coffee grounds left sitting in the grinder exit. Not only is that wasteful, but if you're switching between different beans or grind sizes, it causes a mix of fine and coarse grounds, which completely ruins the consistency. Honestly, I'm considering return it because of these. t's a shame, because if Ninja fixed the grinder and water use, this would easily be a 5-star product. For now, I'm leaving it at 4 stars, but it's with some real frustration

I have been enjoying this product, except for having to warm up the espresso in microwave after pulling each shot, before adding the milk foam. Is it just me or does anyone else have this issue? I will be reaching out to CS to see what they can do to correct.

We absolutely love our Ninja Cafe Luxe. I was hesitant at first because it does cost so much, but it has been amazing. I almost bought a breville version of this before this came out, but I didn’t because it had so many reviews where the blades would get off caliber and how so many people experienced issues, and it is even more expensive! I’m so glad we waited because we absolutely love our Ninja! We had a Ninja coffee maker with frother before this but we wanted to eliminate all the different coffee machines. Our other ninja lasted over 10 years, and we never experienced any issues, so I’m confident about our purchase with this. LOVE THIS APPLIANCE!!

Disappointed that cheap plastic was used. It cheapens the design / overall look. Its not an impulse purchase at the high price. Stick to metal and stainless steel. I have my own mini ninja kitchen with many of your appliances and noticed that the quality of your products are using more and more plastic parts. Ended up returning.
