Well, I thought from the product description (Professional) I was getting a concentrated version of Dawn. However, this is a watered down version. The have added water to make it thinner so that the proper amount of Dawn is dispensed for the full press of the pump, when used in a pre-determined amount of water (10 gallons). The pump is not included when ordered on-line for delivery. This takes up more space and is not cheaper than the 90 ounce, regular size, bottles or Dawn.

We had no choice but to buy this product, because they didn’t have the dawn dishwashing liquid with the little ducks on the front, which is the best. This product even though it says dawn dishwashing liquid does not work the same. You have to use more product to try and get your dishes clean. A waste of money. It seems that when Sam’s is out of the product you need they push these other products that are not the same quality on you, because they know you need it.

Nothing wrong with the Dawn product, we’ve purchased this item in store on previous occasions. It’s doesn’t seem to be available in our store any longer so we bought it online. As seen in the picture it shows it comes with a pump that allows filling smaller bottles, that is the reason we purchased it. The bottle that was delivered came without the pump, was disappointed but we’ll make it work. Just thought it would’ve been nice to get the product that was shown.

Not what was shown online! They sent a bottle without the pump top and the item i ordered clearly had a pump bottle displayed! This was for a business and it is hard enough to make things go far enough. But without the pump, it is hard to not have employees in a hurry not over usong product. I specfically ordered this particular item for the pump bottle!

I have been buying this for years and it’s a lot more convenient to be able to refill my existing bottles and not having to worry about going to the grocery store and buying it there and it’s cost-effective that way also and I buy two of these at a time and when I get down on the last one and then I go on a purchase two more and just keep repeating that and hopefully they will keep making it!

We have always used Dawn and are very satisfied with the product but were a bit surprised that it didn't come with a pump. It was the only reason we ordered it in the large size. We use it at our shop because it handles grease without the harsh drying of other hand cleaners. when I asked the customer service on line I was told only pick up items have the pump. I order on line for delivery, why are we treated differently ?

Every since the little ducks and birds were on the commercials for dawn we have purchased down and we use it on everything . U know when u run out of liquid cleaner to wash close . Dawn will clean ur clothes and the washing machine all at the same time . Thanks DAWN

I have used dawn for many many years and the lemon dawn professional is not as good as I thought it would be It doesn't seem to cut the grease as well and you have to use more of it, the Dawn ultra platinum is alot better and thicker, always does the job.

This is the perfect bottle, with the pump, to make refilling all other bottles super easy! Great size & it's Dawn, so you know you're getting a great product. The pump that comes with the bottle always works flawlessly, & makes refills a breeze! In order to get the pump you must grab the bottle in store. It's usually with the car section & not in the cleaning section like you would think.

Not As Shown online. Was supposed to have a pump. I’m not well and difficult to lift. Arrived without pump. Would have bought the lemon scent prefer if knew no pump! Can lift. Called customer service and person read a script that made no sense. Did not resolve problem. Wasted 45 minutes on phone with Sams customer service.
