I totally agree with the recent review by Dawn.  Who on earth chooses the box colors?  What happened to the simple and subtle colors that blend with most decor?  Dawn decided to buy boxes to cover your designs.  I just bought 12 boxes of Puffs and will continue to do that until you make better choices in the box covers.

I have been using the 120–3 ply for at least 15 years Hate, Hate, Hate the new patterns on the boxes and thinking of now going to a different brand!!! Hate them so much, I refuse to put the boxes in my bathrooms, bedrooms or any other rooms. What were you guys thinking, the new patterns are extremely ugly

I have used kleenex brand 3 ply tissue for as long as i can remember, I can't tell you how disappointed I am with your product currently. Your 3 ply now feels like 1 ply. I need 2 tissue now for effectiveness. Not only do I feel the quality has dropped, but you also joined the ban wagon on "shrinkflation". I only get 60 sheets now verses 65. This doesn't leave me too many reasons for continuing with your brand. Sad to say good bye after some 40 years of use.

I love my Kleenex! I will no longer purchase another brand. Now, who on Earth chooses the box colors? I miss the days of a simple, solid color to actually blend with my decor. I'm usually not the type to complain; however, without decent choices, I'm at the point of throwing away money and investing in box covers.

Kleenex ultra soft have been my go-to tissue for many years. Recently stocked up on the new "colorful" boxes, and to my great disappointment, the tissues seem much thinner and lower quality. What happened??? Very disappointed. First time I had to blow my nose with these for an extended period of time, the skin on my nose got raw.

I have chronic allergies, so I have been pretty dependent on ultra soft Kleenex for years. However, each time you redesign the box graphics, they get worse, in my opinion. You used to have beautiful florals, which I loved. You went to the geometrics, which I was OK with, and at least they came in colors I could use in each room. Your latest box design, just plain ugly, with limited color availabilities that will not look very good in any room in my house. Couldn't you please go back to one of the earlier designs, or make a new one that is at least attractive?

This is the first time I ended up buying the "extra soft" version. I saw it in the store, and now that I have an infant, I wanted to be sure to use something that wouldn't be rough on his delicate skin. I used them myself just the other day, and the musty/moldy smell that they have is AWFUL. I can't fathom why a company would approve a product which is something that you literally put right under your nose that has such an off-putting odor.

I really like the product, except that there is a break in the tissue stack. The issue is that you have to have long fingers or really small hands to retrieve the remaining stack of tissues in the box. This is a production issue that can easily be resolved by having a continuous stack in each box. There is no reason to break the stack in the middle. it is irritating to say the least in having to fish out the remining tissues in the box. Please fix your production of filling the tissue boxes.

I have been buying the Ulta Soft Kleenex for years. I don't know what is up with this foul odor, but the last couple of large bundle packs we have purchased stink! Not sure if it is just those being purchased at the large warehouse clubs, but makes me hesitant to purchase again. You need to find the problem and fix it!
