My skin is super sensitive and I have many health issues. So to have a super soft Kleenex is amazing and really makes my life easier. I use Kleenex many times a day, all year round. I do not like any other brand and do not waste my money on other brands. Kleenex is the one and only for me and I go through a lot of Kleenex. I LOVE all the new kinds and shapes of Kleenex that you have come out with. Please keep the quality. Other brands cut down on quality and quantity.

I noticed with my last purchase of these tissues at the grocery store (I buy the pack of four flat boxes-2 ply) that the quality has deteriorated. They are like sand paper and appear smaller in size. Disappointed. I guess this is what happens with inflation. Costs more, quality less.

I've been purchasing Kleenex Ultra Soft for many years and have always found box designs that were pleasant to have on the table in the living room or on the bathroom shelf. They were very subtle with muted colors. These new box colors and designs are very obnoxious. They do not go with any decor I've seen in any home. The tissues are fine, but come on with these colors. If you want to have these in the store at least give the customer an option for a more subtle color/design also.

I typically use regular Kleenex and am quite happy with them. My husband, who knows that I choke when using tissues with lotions or fragrances, thought he was doing a great thing when he brought home hypoallergenic Kleenex. I began choking immediately on using the first tissue due to the mild scent. I don't know if the scent is added or if its part of the product material, but this product should contain a warning that is is not appropriate for those who are sensitive to scents/fragrances.

All of my life, I have purchased Kleenex tissues. I do like the tissue itself. But I just switched (for the first time ever) to purchasing Puffs because of the box color. But the most recent box color is just terribly Ugly! Those bright colors do not fit in any of my rooms.

I usually buy Kleenex's Everyday tissues and am happy with them. But the store was out of them so I purchased the Ultra Soft ones. They are soft but they are thicker than I would like. My problem is the tissues have a bad odor. The odor is offensive so I won't be using these tissues. Too bad I bought a 4 pack of these stinky tissues. Why would someone make tissues that smell bad?

Love these, they are soft and not too thin, and they are truly ultra soft. When you are sick and blowing your nose constantly, these don't irritate the skin on your nose which is a plus. Finally, I love the different designs and patterns, they make it fun!

I am in my 70's and have used your tissues all my life. I ALWAYS but just the plain ordinary tissues. The lotion ones irritate my skin. Purchased my usual tissues a few weeks ago and they have changed and not for the better. I have allergies and use a lot of tissues and the actually are irritating my nose and are thinner and NOT absorbent and feel slippery . WHY change the best tissue EVER ???

These new boxes are the ugliest ever! You always have such pretty designs. I don't know whose house these will go in. Gimme a break! Really? I'm going to have to buy more Kleenex box covers now. I am very unhappy, and I probably buy more Kleenex than anyone! I love the product, hate the box!

I always buy Kleenex ultra soft and this weekend I opened one box and there is a really nice smell to the tissues. none of the other boxes have the smell. How could this happen? What is in the tissues to make them smell, I want to be sure we don't exacerbate allergies.
