there is no question that this rough paper is not the soft Kleenex tissue to which we had all become accustomed. The company claims in response to posts like mine that they have made no changes to the product. This is not true as anyone who knows Kleenex can clearly tell. these tear up the skin around my nose.

I always buy Kleenex but I'm not liking the new design it probably doesn't matter to you but this new design well you missed it my niece brought the last box of Kleenex (with the old design) and said I don't want that box with the awful design out here in the living room.

Can you make the packages any uglier?? They've been bad lately, but the newest ones are horrible! Why do you think anyone wants to place these out in their rooms? Lime green? Hot pink? No one has these colors in their decor! Purple has been bad enough. Now I have to try and hide these new colors. Yuck! Please, please try nice, soft neutral tones.

As several other posters, I recently purchased a multi-pack at my local warehouse store and was astounded to find the horrible, detergent-like smell permeating the tissues! I've used this product for years, it never had any noticeable scent. If Kleenex has decided to make a scented product it should be so labeled, if only to avoid allergic reactions. Could the "Sneeze Shield" flasher be the culprit--some new, undisclosed ingredient? I may return the product; I simply can't tolerate the odor. Too bad--long-time customer now searching for a competitor's product.

I love your ultra soft tissues. They are absolutely the best I have ever used. They are strong but also so gentle on a sore nose. But, I will say, I really dislike the new design and colors of the boxes. Please bring back the old design and colors.

I have been only buying Kleenex Ultra Soft for years. The tissues are great, but these new box designs are just too much to have around the house. If I were still teaching young children, these designs would be perfect for the classroom. For my home, I want something pretty and elegant. The designs before the change were the nicest. Until there are pretty, elegant designs again, I'm buying another brand.

At the beginning of the school year when students bring in school supplies, most schools also request a box of tissues. If I am asked by a parent or guardian if there is a certain brand I prefer, I always reply that if possible, please send in Kleenex Tissues. Not only because Kleenex Tissues are soft and thick enough to get the job done sanitarily and without added irritation if chapped, but because of the way they are packaged. Their pop-up design saves classrooms from wasting so many tissues. Small children especially, seem to grab hand-fulls of tissues with the other brands' design. Thanks Kleenex!

I have been buying Kleenex tissue for over 60 years and have been purchasing the3 ply tissues from Kleenex because they used to be the best. Well not any more!!!!I Something has changed with their product. They are NOT good anymore. They are NOT Strong. They are very THIN and fall apart. I always bought the 3 ply because they were stronger but now when I blow my nose the tissue falls apart. and there are holes all over the tissue! I no longer recommend Kleenex brand. Why pay extra money for same quality as the cheap brands.

I'm a lifelong Kleenex buyer. I mistakenly picked up a box of "ultra soft" recently. What a mistake! Every time I blow my nose, pieces of Kleenex remain stuck to the outside of my nose and inside my nostrils. YUCK. I'd rather not have remains of the tissue I use left on my face. Sorry, but these get a BIG thumbs DOWN from me.

I have used kleenex brand 3 ply tissue for as long as i can remember, I can't tell you how disappointed I am with your product currently. Your 3 ply now feels like 1 ply. I need 2 tissue now for effectiveness. Not only do I feel the quality has dropped, but you also joined the ban wagon on "shrinkflation". I only get 60 sheets now verses 65. This doesn't leave me too many reasons for continuing with your brand. Sad to say good bye after some 40 years of use.
