I have used this product for years + was so relieved when you introduced your previous designs. All of the beige + brown options worked well with my bathroom designs. Subtle, natural + tasteful. Now I refuse to purchase this ridiculous box. I have read your responses about keeping up with design trends. Well I am a Creative Director + can assure you that these belong in the Golden Girls house, circa 1986. Please just revert to what you had. I love your product but not enough to support bad taste. Thank you.

The tissue could be softer. The boxes are hideous!!   How about solid white or grey?   I don't want the focal point of my bathroom to be an ugly tissue box.  A  solid white or grey will reduce your cost and reduce the cringe factor. Thanks for considering an alternative!

I have always used Kleenex brand tissue. I buy them by the case. I opened up a box from the most recent case and the smell was horrible! I thought it may have been a bad box. I opened up one from the bottom of the case and it had the same smell. Letting the opened boxes sit overnight did not help. When you hold a sheet up to your nose the odor is disgusting. I contacted my supplier and was informed they recently have had numerous complaints regarding the Kleenex brand. I returned the case and replaced it with another brand. I am done with Kleenex!

Now I have to say that I don't know if my wife bought the ultra-soft or the everyday facial tissue. What I do know is that the product smells bad, like bad cardboard and bad paper. It has a very strong cardboard and bad paper smell. I have a real problem putting the tissues near my face and especially blowing my nose. the odor is offensive. I thought to myself - did I get one bad box- but from what I have been reading- this appears to be a WIDESPREAD PROBLEM. Wether it is the ultra soft or the everyday tissue- no facial tissue should smell like that.

I agree...as a 40+ year consumer ... love your Kleenex brand and your product is great but the boxes are poor..... and I refuse to buy your latest box designs... they do not go with any decor and the prints are to bright and loud! Please bring back your pastel and soft colors of your previous design... I also don't care for inspirations boxes as decor either. sorry.. I am buying others for now...

I have allergies and use a great many tissues. At 83, I used Kleenex tissues when the color on the box indicated the color of the tissue. I decided to try the Ultra Soft and I am sorry to say, I was terribly disappointed. (I need to put this delicately) The surface of the Ultra Soft tissue is so soft that, unless it is really cold in the room, the snot slides right off the tissue and leaves traces on my nose, think snail trail. There are not enough tissues in the box to accommodate this affliction. Will go back to the regular Kleenex family size, not so ultra. tissues.

I too have been a loyal customer for years. The product softness has significantly decreased. It is now rough. If Kleenex is being honest and has not changed their formula and process, then their supplier of raw materials is different or has changed. Fix this please.

The new design is so loud. It stands out like a centerpiece in a bad way. Matches nothing in my house because my home is shockingly not jungle themed. Switched to target up and up brand for now as they have muted colors. I don't need my tissues to have more personality than me.

Can you make the packages any uglier?? They've been bad lately, but the newest ones are horrible! Why do you think anyone wants to place these out in their rooms? Lime green? Hot pink? No one has these colors in their decor! Purple has been bad enough. Now I have to try and hide these new colors. Yuck! Please, please try nice, soft neutral tones.

As a mom of daughters with allergies, finding something that is truly soft and effective is very important to me. These Kleenex tissues (3 packs of 10) have been such a relief in our daily routine. They're gentle on their skin and don't irritate their noses even when they use them constantly. I also love the convenient size — it's perfect to keep in my purse, their backpacks, or the car. It's the little things that make a big difference when you have kids with allergies. I would definitely repurchase.
