I have bought Kleenex brand tissues for 60+ years. Never had a problem with them, until recently. The boxes come unglued, when you need one tissue, you get 4-5, because the perforation isn't complete. The design is horrible, as are the colors They don't display very well. I can't imagine too many people have decor to go with the design of these boxes.

I want to tell you how very disappointed I am since you have stopped manufacturing the gorgeous package designs I am so fond of using as a decorative accent . Although I appreciate the fact that you are using recycled paper, the art is gone, the surface tactile quality is gone, the oval high gloss and reflective holiday designs are gone. Why? too much $$ for us, or more profit for you? There is an audience of shoppers who have paid and would continue to pay for quality and beauty. Your last several months products are UGLY, boring, tacky and is making me look elsewhere.

For the most part this is a good product as a tissue but the packaging has a real problem. When first opened it is very difficult to get the tissue started and you end up wasting the first 3 to 5 as they come out all bunched up and then you have to try to pull them apart to use 1. The plastic at the top also has issues as it will pull right off with the initial attempt This really needs to be looked at. I rated this as I would recommend but only because they are better feeling than the others

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my wife and I have allergies and we use a box a day. With your 184 count we have no problems , but the 160 count thick absorbent sometimes has a scent to it that actually irritates me to the point of sneezing, and if I wipe my eyes with them it will actually irritate them to the point of tears.

I buy the ultra-soft upright boxes at Costco, so maybe it is only their stock, but the quality has really nose-dived. The tissues are thinner, so they tear when pulling them out of my decorative holders. They are "dustier", as though they are losing particles during use. And they are definitely not as soft. Very disappointed!!

Great tissues, but it seems that there is a difference in packaging - how tissues are loaded into the upright box that affects dispensing. Frustrating that several tissues are sometimes stuck together in sequence - one is connected to the next vs a clean cut to allow one tissue out of the box at a time. More frustrating is that it seems that the tissues are in 2-3 separate rolls such that after some have been used, the next is not connected, and they are at the bottom of the box. I either have to reach way down into the box to bring one up to to the opening to start the "flow" again or turn box upside down to reach one to pull it to the opening. Please go back to previous packaging.

I have been using ULTRA SOFT Kleenex for quite some time...with very good reasons...and results!! Besides being a blessing for a nose that suffers from chronic sinusitis, I wear contact lenses. Ultra soft Kleenex has less fibers that come off and into the air when used, thus cutting down on eye irritation. I always feel the difference when I don't have one handy when needed, and have to use something else that DOES cause said irritation!!!

I always purchase Kleenex “non-lotion” tissues which is now available where I shop as “ultra soft”. I buy the tissues on a regular basis because I have serious, recurring nosebleeds. The last few boxes I have purchased have tissues that smell very strongly of chemicals to the point of giving me a headache. I'd like to know what the chemicals are that I'm breathing in by using these tissues. The only reason there is 2 stars is because the tissues have been good in the past.

cant find it anywhere on ship to home or grocery pickup.. kleenex flat box ultra soft must be super popular..the lotion ones are nice too if nose is sore.. why cant these be shipped to home for safety reasons? I like many others just cant take the chance going into public craziness right now.. covid is serious.. be part of solution to stay at home instead of forced into store insanity..please.. i be happy even with ugly boxes right now..return ship to home..all retailers ..thankss

I love Kleenex brand tissues, always have. I wonder how many more people would buy your product vs. the store brand if your boxes were raising awareness for a cause. My daughter has a complex congenital heart defect and I would love to have a tissue box for CHD awareness with hearts all over it. Congenital heart disease kills twice as many children than ALL forms of pediatric cancer combined each year, yet we only get a fraction of the money for research. We need a cure! We need it now! I would love it if you could design a box for this upcoming February as it is CHD awareness month.
