I used to only buy Kleenex tissues. We use a lot of tissues in our large household and keep a box handy in every room. Aside from the excellent quality, I loved the design options that I could always find to match every room in my house. I stopped buying Kleenex years ago, so I can't really speak to the quality of the product anymore, but I do know that the designs have literally been hideous for years. I'm too embarrassed to have them in my home. I keep hoping the designs will get better but they only seem to be getting worse. Such a shame.

It's fine to add some new designs but I sure wish you would keep some of basics without flowers & weird patterns. I used the gray and burnt orange which matched my bathrooms. Now the search is on for a replacement brand because I will not use the new designs. Any way to get some basics back?

In prior decades, Kleenex could be trusted as a high quality product. Sadly, now both the tissues are thinner and the box design caters to those who decorate homes with loud and crazy decor/themes. The boxes look more appropriate for a children's playroom. I'm just gonna buy big box junk from now on because it's the same quality

I don't know what Kleenex did with their Ultra Soft tissues, they are terrible, it's like using sandpaper. However, most importantly they pulled out of Canada, therefore, I will never buy Kleenex tissues or anything they make. I will be sharing with my friends and family not to buy their products going forward since they are pulling out of Canada.

The boxes are gorgeous with their bright and colorful designs, the tissues are soft, but the boxes FALL APART immediately making the product now nothing more than an expensive frustration. Very disappointed. Been using Kleenex for decades, will be switching to Great Value to see if they are better.

For past three years, I adored the "islamic"/octagonal pattern boxes on the market -- the orange/red ones were my favorite, the blue my runner-up -- they were very Islamic/Asian and very well-suited to more sophisticated interiors. You even have it pictured in the blog/comment window I'm typing in, yet it has disappeared from all the shelves. In its place are "less sophisticated" designs, like something you'd find in a health care facility, or large tasteless bureaucracy office. Please give my commendations to the designer of those boxes you no longer carry: those were winners. Unfortunately, I understand that consumers like me are not the majority and perhaps my taste isn't the most popular. I don't eat Twinkies or corn dogs. Your current designs are "not auspicious."

Please change the art on your boxes! They are so ugly and don't go with anything.

I have to chime in here about how bad these smell. I purchased a case of them at Costco a couple weeks ago, and they are just awful.

Absolutely disappointed with the quality of!  I would like to have better product and maybe pay more.

Soft it is not. It's like commercial toilet paper, it works in a pinch but you wouldn't want to use it everyday.
