Bought a 12-box package online, late '23, and they're nothing like the former Kleenex™ I've always received. There is an overwhelming odor of a manufacturing solvent, which has made me develop a horrible cough and watery, scratchy eyes I'm switching back to Puffs™!

For past three years, I adored the "islamic"/octagonal pattern boxes on the market -- the orange/red ones were my favorite, the blue my runner-up -- they were very Islamic/Asian and very well-suited to more sophisticated interiors. You even have it pictured in the blog/comment window I'm typing in, yet it has disappeared from all the shelves. In its place are "less sophisticated" designs, like something you'd find in a health care facility, or large tasteless bureaucracy office. Please give my commendations to the designer of those boxes you no longer carry: those were winners. Unfortunately, I understand that consumers like me are not the majority and perhaps my taste isn't the most popular. I don't eat Twinkies or corn dogs. Your current designs are "not auspicious."

The new box design is what it is, but the important part is the feel of the tissues, the softness - these are not what they used to be. I still had the old design to compare to. These new tissues are crisper, thinner, and NOT AS SOFT. Not ultra soft anymore! And they seem to have a slight scent, which makes it not hyperallergenic. Really disappointed.

I bought these and was very happy with them, then when I bought them these last times the Kleenex are as rough as a can be. I'm so disappointed with them and they're not cheap either. What is the problem with them? I'm not looking for a coupon because I'm home bound and have no way to use them.

Great tissues but ugly ugly boxes! Please make some that are more muted colors! We want more options!

I have always bought ultra soft kleenex. They are not as soft as the earlier ones. Very disappointed.

Love the product but don't know why every box at half gone, the Kleenex no longer pops the next sheet up.

I love the product but hate the new box design……colors are yuck! Please bring back the blue, dark purple colors on box. Please please please!

Please bring back the classic box design. The bright colors and designs are not esthetically pleasing to everyone.

I have been very disappointed in the quality of these tissues recently. They're si thin that they can't handle anything.
