Bought about a month ago. Great picture and decent sound from the TV. Should provide a better setup guide (paper booklet) and hints on quick setup to keep from fighting the remote and defaults.

This LG tv is much nicer than the one that we replaced. The display is great from any angle. The stand was easy to connect. It has plenty of well marked inputs. Smart feature is a plus.

I have owned this TV for almost 2 months. The overall picture has been terrific for colors, blacks, resolutions, etc. The first BIG negative for me is the refresh rate of 60Hz. As the settings are out of the box some motions in pictures (not all) can be very jerky. Maybe I have not found the correct setting yet to correct this. The other big annoyance is no LAST CHANNEL on the remote to flip between two programs. That function is almost a given on any remote these days. These two deficiencies have me looking for another replacement TV after two months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice picture. I don't like modern remotes with bare bones buttons doing multiple functions. One thing that makes this 4 rather than 5 stars is a feature that you chose: A. sound only on the TV. B. sound only on the sound bar C. sound on both. If you lose the sound on the TV or the Sound bar, you can't find the setting using the remote yourself. You have to call support to fix it. Then it changes itself and you have to call again. My point is: Why even have this setting? You can turn you sound on or off on the TV or sound bar without this darn setting that you can't find. We are so exhausted with this problem that the sound bar has been off for a couple of months now and neither my wife or I want to take the time to call.
