[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice picture. I don't like modern remotes with bare bones buttons doing multiple functions. One thing that makes this 4 rather than 5 stars is a feature that you chose: A. sound only on the TV. B. sound only on the sound bar C. sound on both. If you lose the sound on the TV or the Sound bar, you can't find the setting using the remote yourself. You have to call support to fix it. Then it changes itself and you have to call again. My point is: Why even have this setting? You can turn you sound on or off on the TV or sound bar without this darn setting that you can't find. We are so exhausted with this problem that the sound bar has been off for a couple of months now and neither my wife or I want to take the time to call.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been apart of the LG family for a while now and I haven't been let down at all. This continues with the purchase of my 55in QNED tv. The picture is incredible, every aspect of dark/light are amazing. These guys definitely took their time improving this technology. I especially love the fact that you can adjust the sound for a mounted TV. This brings another level to watching sports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color and contrast of this tv is awesome. Best tv I have ever owned. The set up was very easy. This smart tv basically set up itself. It recognizes and connects to my other components ( cable box, blue ray disc player and sound bar). Managing my streaming subscriptions were equally easy to setup. Again the color and quality of picture is great.

Turns out I needed some special code to get it to work correctly which was nowhere to be found. After 3 days and wondering if I had a defective TV, I finally broke down and called support (the number was hard to locate) and spend 30 minutes on the phone. Plus the remote is hard to use. And you have to go through 3 or 4 steps just to get to a locale station you want to watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good value . Tough to get used to the need for a magic arrow but good idea. My only real issue may not be an lg problem. My spectrum remote won’t completely pair so I have to use two remotes. Spectrum thinks it’s because I have a dvr box. But why should that not allow the volume to be controlled by the magic remote? I’m doing some research. 🔬

The TV has an amazing resolution, and the picture quality is excellent. Very happy with my purchase.

I build custom computers, and this thing is like something I'd build. I'm still discovering everything it does. I bought a Bluetooth sound bar, and it works beautifully, too. I'm having fun playing.
