[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using Iams for our 2 year old black lab Bella for about a month now. We are believers! Her coat is nice and soft and shiny and she has lots of energy. I was hesitant to try this brand of dog food because I had heard it was low quality, but after this trail I am all on board.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started feeding my 90 pound Yellow Lab the sample we received free from the brand. it has been 10 days now and she loves it! Its giving her a lot more energy and making her coat really shiny, We followed the feeding guidelines about transitioning to Iams and haven't had any problems so far. I am a lot more comfortable feeding Iams now that I know meat is the first ingredient instead of corn or a by product. Iams is a trusted brand for our household and I love that they have a large breed formula!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first week of switching my dog to Iams was a bit challenging. As with most pet food switches, we did it very gradually. First, we mixed about 1/4 of the food with 3/4 of her old food. For a while, she would eat around the Iams. By the end of the week though, she was eating it like normal. I didn't notice any stomach problems or any other changes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog has had traditional Iams food since the day we brought her home (initially the puppy brand, now the adult brand). She always enjoys eating and will remind me if I am late in putting food in her bowl. She always eats every last piece. I assumed that she would like this new product would be just as enjoyable, if not more so given the emphasis on the first ingredient being chicken. When I first gave her the food, she would take some bites and then would be done. I assumed that she was not feeling well. However, after a few days of that eating pattern (whining for food, eating a few bites, then walking away) I decided to try the original Iams food again. She cleaned her bowl and has every night since, except when I tried the ProActive Health formula again. I really wanted to like this, as I have always had a great experience feeding my family dogs with Iams. However, we will be sticking to the original product, not switching to this one.

This is our first time trying Iams and my dog did eat it at first, but then after a few meals was not interested. She usually doesn’t go crazy for eating on a normal day, so maybe this is her normal and not the food! I liked how the food did not smell extensively. Would have appreciated a zipper close to the bag but it’s not a huge deal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received a bag of dog food from Iams to try out on our beloved family pet Sophie, the 65 pound lap dog. First and foremost, Sophie loves to eat. Not just like a normal dog. I mean loves to eat. With a three year old in the house she gets a lot of floor food that never seems to make it into the toddlers mouth. Despite all that snacking through out the day, she takes meal time very seriously. And the Iams has cranked that up a notch. Before Sophie gets her morning or evening meals, she has to sit patiently in front of her bowl and wait for an "OK" command before she can eat. Now that we have switched to the Iams, she is instantly a drooling mess waiting for that OK. Seriously, there are days that a paper towel is needed to wipe of the drips of drool on the floor. I haven't tried it myself, but this stuff must taste amazing. Not only does she seem to love the taste of the Iams, but there is a noticeable physical result from the food switch. Her coat looks much better. She has a glow almost. Also, she has a history of sour stomach and occasionally throwing up. Since making the switch that has stopped. Oh, and not to get too graphic, her bowel movements seem healthier. They are firmer for lack of a better term and much easier to clean up. That is a big plus in my book. All in all, I give the Iams high marks for flavor and health benefits. I can imagine ever going back to our old dog food. Besides, I think Sophie might mutiny if we did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Iams sent me this great new large breed dog food to try normally my boxer is really picky he gobbled it all down it was a easy transition on his tummy was decently priced healthier than my previous brand and alot more nutrients he seemed to really enjoy it

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a good dog food, my dog enjoyed it and it comes at a good price point for the amount. I love that the number one ingredient is chicken, it has a good amount of protein in it and there are no artificial flavours or preservatives. It has true whole grains as well instead of just filler and essential vitamins! However there is added colour. I’d say this product stands out on the shelf is a good fairly healthy option for the price point!

Good dog food. Only one I have found for a stomach picky dog
