We used to have a problem with him eating because he's very picky and never satisfied always seemed to want more but now with iams he goes crazy when he hears the bag shaking he is a BIG dog and when he runs and jumps he tAkes me down with him and yesterday he took me down to get to his food! The huge bag spilled everywhere he's never done that during feeding time so I know he loves his new food! It was a race to get the food off the floor before he could eat it! I highly recommend iams to anyone with animals!!

I Love that the first ingredient was not corn, which in most cases with dog food, it usually is. That is what I look for with animal products over anything else, the ingredients quality. And with this brand, you all can be rest assured that your beloved pets are getting the proper diet they need. I followed the directions, and started my dog Katana out with a mixture. At first, because of this dreaded heat, she didn't eat much of anything, which has been the case over the past few weeks with her old, regular dog food. But then once I measured out the correct amount with the measuring cup that was also in the package, (as well as an Iams keychain) with just the Iams ProActive, she has been gobbling it up better! My doggy and I approve! To those unsure about the brand, I recommend Iams ProActive Health Large Breed Dog food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a trial bag of iams large breed dog food through a bzz campaign. When it arrived I was eager to try it. I have two dogs. One is a lab mix who weighs 98 lbs the other is a jindo that weighs 45. I fed it to the lab who ate a few pieces and left the rest. I later caught my jindo sneaking in and stealing the food out of the larger dogs bowl. After several tries my lab just doesn't seem to like it. My jindo on the other hand seems to think they are treats and will not stop taking them from my labs bowl.

Our OES has been eating Iams large breed dog food most of her life! She is happy and healthy and full of energy. We recently added another fur friend to our family! She is a Bernedoodle, now she too is eating Iams for puppies! Excellent products! Looking forward to many more years with our fur friends! Thank you Iams.

I was happy to see that chicken is listed first in the ingredients along with no artificial preservatives or flavors and 0% fillers. My dog seems to enjoy this food and I would definitely recommend to other large dog owners.

I bought this a few weeks ago and let my dogs test it for me! ;) They love it. I have 3 dogs - an overweight lab, a pit mix and a Lhasa Apso. They all can equally eat this food well. They are digesting it perfectly. The ingredients are on point. Thanks for a great product!

I received a complimentary bag of Iams ProActive Health For Large Breeds dry dog food from Iams through BzzAgent. My dogs usually, if not always, have been eating wet dog food, so I was surprised that my large dog is loving this brand of dry dog food. We switched to wet dog food a few years ago because my dogs just one day decided not to like dry dog food. Prior to having Iams in his diet, my dog has always had a thick and shiny coat of black fur. I don't think Iams has any effect on his fur only after a few days of eating it, but so far, he still has his beautiful coat of fur. What I noticed is he has less shedding after I switched him to Iams. We were so used to seeing clumps of fur on the carpet, but now, we don't see those anymore. As for his digestion, it's still normal. He didn't have any runs or irregularities due to the change in his diet. And that is a major plus because my dog has a sensitive tummy, and gets the runs whenever he eats something different from usual. Overall, my family, especially my dog, loves Iams! I can't wait to see the long term benefits that Iams brings to my healthy dog.
