I had to mix the food with my current food due to usually using a different brand. They must enjoy it because they haven't picked any pieces out and dropped them on the side as they have when i tried other kinds.(they cam be quite the picky eaters when it comes to dry food) they eat it fine and maintain the same bathroom habits so I'd say its great for thier systems. cost wize its quite alot more than others available but then it also would cost more for a better quality so its not that bad.

I like how sturdy the bag is. The bag almost feels rip proof. I gave this food to the dog and he ate the food like every other food he eats. He is a golden retriver. I am indifferent recommending to other dog owners.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a good dog food, my dog enjoyed it and it comes at a good price point for the amount. I love that the number one ingredient is chicken, it has a good amount of protein in it and there are no artificial flavours or preservatives. It has true whole grains as well instead of just filler and essential vitamins! However there is added colour. I’d say this product stands out on the shelf is a good fairly healthy option for the price point!

Our black and tan coonhound was vomiting up her last food. So, we switched to Iams and no more vomiting! It's healthier for her as well. I also love that the dry food pieces are all the same. Our last brand of dog food, I think it was Purena, had 4 or 5 different flavors/shapes of pieces and she'd pick out certain ones leaving behind about half of her food. With Iams, she eats everything in her bowl.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are now on day 5 - the second day of feeding 100% Iams and tails are wagging all around. My german shepherd is a pretty picky eater. And generally when we try new food, he will simply pick out his regular food and only reluctantly even pay any attention to the new food. But with the Iams, he just kept eating. So while he can't tell me whether it was yummy or whether he just couldn't tell the difference between that and his regular food, I take it as a good sign!

He will eat anything but when I have tried to feed him a lower quality food it takes him longer to eat it. He’s just not as interested. He didn’t skip a beat with this food and seemed to enjoy it similarly to the other brands that he likes. So I’m going to say it’s a win and it must be good!

Typically, she's not terribly excited about dinner time unless we "liven" it up for her with cheese. Not this time - straight down the hatch, and licked the bowl clean!! After 1st meal, Russ (my dog) was so excited every time I went to feed him. Maybe he knew the extra nutritional value who knows lol. He would stand by my side as I scooped out his breakfast and dinner even started to nudge my leg to get his bowl to his feeding mat. After seeing how he loved it, I decided to change to IAMS and love the excitement from Russ.....Thank you IAMS!!!
