My old carpet cleaner was a nightmare to clean and always got clogged with fur. Definitely worth the money!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Bissell carpet cleaner over the last 15 years. Bissell has continued to do great job with the cleaning performance. I continue to be pleased seeing the imbedded hair and dirt being pulled from my carpet as I clean, and I have a very good vacuum. The ability to clean the machine after use has evolved tremendously because if you don't clean your machine properly, it won't clean as well for you later on. The cleaning tray is the best adaptation to this task yet, makes flushing your machine very easy to. I used to prop my machines up on the counter and spray them out over the sink to clean the brushes well enough. Plus, the cleaning tray is great to use to place your machine on while you change out your tanks...any dirty water residue no longer redeposits back onto your clean carpet. I used to always have a thick towel nearby to place the machine on. The tanks do require lots of flushing and refilling while you do a room, but to be fair, if the tanks were any larger the machine would be too heavy to deal with. Dry time was just only about 5-6 hours on the regular cleaning cycle. Running a fan in the room always helps with drying too. This machine pays for itself in just one use. I have three kids, two large dogs, and a cat so to be able to clean whenever the mood hits me is awesome.

We needed a carpet cleaner and this machine works wonders! It lifts the dirt right out and it's easy to use and so light weight!

We purchased this to do our furniture, stairs, carpet, basically the entire house. Works way better then both my wife and I ever thought it would. No regrets and zero issues so far with the product. I've used it for about 12-15hrs legitimately and it just keeps on sucking up all the nasty stuff. Perfect piece of kit for any pet owner or kid infested home.

I have used the cleaner twice at this point. I am very impressed the product. The design and construction of the cleaner is very good. It is easy to fill, empty, and clean. It did an good job of cleaning the carpet. I was truly amazed at its ability to pick up the cleaning solution.

The machine is very easy to use and did a great job cleaning my carpet and hard surface flooring. The bare surface tool to many is hard to figure out how to install. I was fortunate to figure out the installation. Bissiell is receiving many negative reviews because the instruction to many is not clear. I would strongly recommend that Bissill issue better instruction with pictures to everyone that has purchased this machine. Before I retired, I was involved for 45 years teaching maintenance people how to use different carpet and floor equipment. The reason I was able to figure out how to attach the bare floor tool. Thanks for manufacturing a tool for carpet and floor cleaning for home owners.

I have a beautiful little Maltipoo and she is like one of my children to me. And, like a child, sometimes she has accidents on the carpet. Over the past few years my once-new carpets have begun to show the results. I have tried other machines and methods to clean them but with only limited success.
