I used it for the first time and I am very pleased with the results. It did a great job cleaning up spots and even old kitty urine stains in my carpet. It works well, and the carpets dry fairly quickly (within a few hours). However, I can't get the hose assembly to work. It does not spray out anything, even after I followed the trouble shooting directions to prime the machine (whatever that means). I may have to contact customer service (?) in order to use it on my furniture.

I have a beautiful little Maltipoo and she is like one of my children to me. And, like a child, sometimes she has accidents on the carpet. Over the past few years my once-new carpets have begun to show the results. I have tried other machines and methods to clean them but with only limited success. I finally decided to get serious and bought the Revolution 2X Pet Pro. What a difference! It got out ALL of the stains, even the ones l had given up on. It took me a bit to get the hang of inserting and removing the tanks. I guess I was thinking it had to be more complicated than it was. The cleaner works great! The amount of dirt and yuck that it pulls out of the carpet is hideous! I can't believe that my carpets aren't charcoal colored!

Not to mention, our puppy hadn't been easy on them either. The ProHeat 2X made our carpets look and smell amazing! We'll eventually replace our carpets when it's in the budget but for right now, I don't know what I'd do without this machine!

I have used Bissell (borrowed from a neighbour) before and was impressed with the job it did so I decided to invest in one for myself. Shipping was very quick and I am very happy with how well this machine has removed all of the stains in my carpets, including ground in dirt. My carpets look new again. I find it easy to operate and it is much lighter then then the Bissell model I had used in the past. Also, it is easy to take apart and clean. I'm so glad I bought from Bissell. #sweepstakes.

This carpet cleaner was light, and easy to use and clean. The upholstery attachment has strong suction and gets the "mistakes" out of the carpet, nicely. It is obvious that the Bissel team has been paying attention to customer complaints and has designed this unit to remedy some of the problems of the former models.

With two XL dogs and a toddler, our carpets were starting to get disgusting, especially in the high-traffic areas. With the pandemic I didn't want to have a professional carpet cleaner come, so we decided to invest in a cleaner of our own. We are SO glad we did. After one use, the carpet is back to its original color and smells so much fresher, too. It took about 7 hours to dry completely, which isn't a problem for me if I do it at night. Absolutely best carpet cleaner that I have every used! I definitely recommend this to anyone with pets or children. I have rented and used the industrial carpet cleaners and this one by far is better. It is light weight, and very easy to push and pull. Love the extra spray button on it that targets tough stains. Love that it self cleans once your done so all you have to do is wash out the dirty water tank. It does not soak the carpet to the point you have to wait hours to dry. There has not been one stain this carpet cleaner has not been able to get out of my carpet. Best carpet cleaner that I have every bought and used!

Loved all the extra attachments, especially the crevice tool when cleaning the car. between the seats. Loved the cleaning\storage tray, now I don't have to worry about it being wet where I store it.

I think that it's ease of use will make it more likely to be used on a regular basis. We got a dog recently & will need to clean carpets more often. I thought this machine was worth the extra we paid for it.
