[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really, Really love this cleaner, this is very easy to use and cleans really well. You can tell this is not just a surface clean and that it goes all the way down thru the carpet. The stair tool also amazing with the scrubbers on the tool. This cleaner really pulls up all the excess water/Cleaner and the carpet is almost dry right after cleaning. It really does what is says on the advertising

I am very pleased with my carpet cleaner. I was expecting it to have more resistance when pushing/pulling over the carpet. Very easy to use, as well as easily accessible parts for adding/disposing of the water. Overall, I'm very glad I purchased this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner after my pug peed on my brand new furniture. I tried EVERYTHING to get the smell out. Even got a new bottom cushion shipped and replacement stuffing for the top cushion. I've cleaned the top cushion twice and the smell is gone! This machine saved my couch! It was so easy to use I decided to do the rest of my sectional! I also did the carpet under the furniture. The machine itself and the pet attachment work excellent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Carpet not cleaned for at least 10 years. Didn't pretreat any stains I figured I'd see how they looked first. Well I was surprised at how surprised I was! This carpet cleaner will get your carpet cleaner!. No perfume smell, didn't need to pretreat stains at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on area rugs that needed major cleaning. This product was great I like the fact that it uses brushes to pick up the dirt and clean the rug. I didn't have to go over the same area again like with the other type of rug cleaners. On one rug, however the material (fibers) from the rug got stuck in the brush and water area and I had to take it apart and you get an education when you do that if you take it apart for maintenance or anything else make sure you have all pieces in one place so you can find them easily when putting back together. Thank goodness I kept them all together. I even used the tool to take out the hair in the brush area of the machine. This product was worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got tired of borrowing relatives carpet cleaners. After some research, purchased the 1986. Easy to put together, only a couple minutes, then put it to use. Wow, easy to use and the carpets look great. Cannot really find any negatives concerning this unit except for tank capacities, but this seems to be a common problem with the rest. One cannot go wrong purchasing the 1986, so I Highly Recommend.

I have had carpet cleaner just for a week. I have cleaned our bedroom carpet and I found it easy to use and did an excellent job. The carpet dried in a few hours. I have a carpet runner on a fairly large staircase. I'm not sure how I will reach the middle few stairs. That would be my only complaint. Other than that it is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had tried my brothers regular ProHeat Revolution and loved how light it was and easy to clean carpets. I opted for the Pet Pro version because it has the same great performance and it is designed for pets. We have a bernedoodle, so it's easier to clean out the hair from the rollers. I haven't used the attachments because I have the Pet Stain Eraser with Powerbrush which is battery-operated and does a great job. The only thing I am not loving is the pet solution really smells for a day or two and though it's a 'clean scent,' the chemical tones in it bothered me when I cleaned our bedroom. #sweepstakes

Easy to use, great directions included(not just online) Easy to take apart and cleaning after using It did a good job; only drawback filaments of carpet clogged roller head so I had to take apart and clean many times while shampooing and it was a fairly small area I was cleaning.
