[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Pet Pro the day after I got it. I watched a few videos and read provided instructions before attempting to clean the rug. I did clean a couple of spots more than once, I guess they were extra dirty, and I also ran the machine, using only clean hot water, over the areas I had previously cleaned, because I had used too much cleaning solution, on a few of the areas. The easy fill system for getting the cleaner into the hot water tank didn't work well for me, and I spilled cleaner on the floor. Maybe I'll try that again next time and will be successful.

After years of not owning a carpet cleaning machine, this one cleaned the carpets amazingly. It's easy to use and the best gift for my new puppies frequent accidents. Cleaned carpets that didnt seem so dirty but now the color is shinning again. Very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it for anyone with all types of carpets. The carpets never looked this good after using commercial machines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two messy cats and a 1 year old, picking up behind them isn't always easy. This is a great cleaner and unlike any other cleaner I've used in the past, this one is very user friendly. I'm less likely to spill dirty water and make another mess. The hose attachment works great for cleaning my furniture as well!

I purchased ProHeat 2X with some scepticism having used store rental and professional services in the past. This machine surpassed both with awesome results REALLY. Used Bissell cleaning products and removed stains from carpet and sofa, I thought would never come up; has great suction power, and a wide cleaning path. Finally, cleaning the machine was extra easy, awesome design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our carpets are about 10 years old and it was definitely starting to show - I bought this online after reading the good reviews it received and glad I did. Our carpets look wonderful and look like new again! It cleans just as well as the commercial cleaner I rented in the past. I love that you can take apart the front with the brushes to clean everything out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with my new machine I had a n old one but I use them so much with kids and dogs I didn't realize how badly i needed a new one until I got this. I couldn't believe what came out of my carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Pet Pro Plus Carpet Cleaner is as advertised. Carpets look like new and completely free of my pup's hair. PPPC is lightweight and easily maneuverable and stored. I would recommend without reservation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to clean several carpets in my home that had both new and old stains from our pets. It removed the stains and the smell! Can't believe how great the carpets look. The product was easy to setup and use though I did go to the website to clarify the cleaning process. So glad I bought this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very lightweight and easy to use. Well designed and seems very effective but I feel more suction would help. The manual recommends 2 "dry" passes but it seems to take many more to get the solution out of the carpet. This makes me doubt its ability to be effective against deep set-in stains. Overall very happy though. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ability to change settings on it is wonderful and the suction is great, you do have to fill and empty more frequently than I would like however it's definitely a great machine and works amazing.
