[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great carpet cleaner. I have two cats and a dog that go in and out all day. A carpet cleaner in my house is a must. I have now used this cleaner on the floors and the attachment on the couch. The best thing about it is it comes apart so much to clean after use to really rinse everything and get all the pet hair out. I read a lot of reviews that said you could only drain the dirty water from a small hole and therefore couldn't really clean out the dirty water tank. Whoever writes that hasn't read the directions on cleaning and storing. Yes, while you are in the middle of cleaning and need to just dump the dirty water so you can continue on it is a small hole that you use to do that. But when you are done and ready to really rinse the machine out for storage the other end opens up and you pull out the piece on the inside and can completely and easily clean out the dirty water tank. The piece does come out all the way. Some reviewers say it doesn't but it does. I also like the storage tray that it has slots for some of the attachments so everything stores into one place. I do not like that clean water and soap have to be mixed together in the clean water tank. The measure lines are helpful but when I have a very small mess that needs taking care of even the lowest marked level is too much soap and water. So I ended up just eyeballing it when I needed to clean a small spot on my couch. I hate to pour in more to the measure lines and waste the soap. Also because of this you cannot switch between a soap rinse and a water only rinse. I like to rinse with clean water after using soap to make sure there is no soap residue left behind to attract more dirt. To do that with this machine I have to empty the clean container and refill with just water. Doable but my previous machine had the water and soap separate so you could switch between the two. Not a deal breaker but a nice feature when it does that. Overall the pros outweigh the cons and I am happy with my purchase.

I love my new Bissell carpet cleaner. I already cleaned my living room carpet and it turned out beautifully. I brought it over to my son's home and left it there. He has a labradoodle and she occasionally has accidents. My husband was watching the dog and sure enough the dog had an accident. He said that the carpet cleaner was excellent in cleaning the mess. So, for my husband to say that - this product is great. I also love the easy way to clean the brushes with the snap off top. I would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently added new puppy to our home, and have been very busy with potty training. I had purchased new area rugs thru the whole house. We confined our puppy to the family room, but of course didnt prevent all accidents. Cleaning up with the machine using the pet sanitizer was amazing. Puppy can no longer smell his accident spots, and he's doing well getting outside. It has helped potty training immensely because his scent is now outside where it belongs. It has made all of us so much happier.

I have rented carpet cleaners and their products with less than satisfactory results and how hard it is to operate the system. I have researched professional carpet cleaning companies but either the price to high or the chemicals they use were not to my satisfaction. I decided for this past Mother's Day I would purchase one for myself. I was blown away by the products and this company! From the ease and security of purchasing online direct from Bissell, the speed at which I received my order (mind you, this is during Covid19 which everyone is purchasing everything online) to the outstanding job these products performed. I was able to clean my entire 1400 sq ft home in a little over an hour and the best part was, I was not sore and worn out afterwards!! My husband was so impressed with how easy it was to use, how quick it was to get done, and how clean and brand new the carpet looked, he said next time he wanted to clean the carpet!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, tank size may be a bit smaller than expected and the need to add more formula and empty waste tank frequently seems to be a nuisance, but it's benefit of doing a beautiful job in cleaning carpet and it's suction allows for a much quicker drying carpet.

The attachment allow me to clean any and everything with ease and the self cleaning docking station just put the icing on the cake!! No complaints over here!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleased with this product. I had reviewed many other similarly priced ones and this one had everything I wanted. Assembly is very easy and takes no time at all. I used it the first day I got it and it even took a spot out that even a professional company could not remove. However, the only negative comment I have is that the little cleaning tool had somehow been omitted during the packing. No big deal though. I would highly recommend this product.

This new machine does a great job of cleaning and extracting the water from the carpets. Glad I bought a new model. My carpets are so much cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ability to change settings on it is wonderful and the suction is great, you do have to fill and empty more frequently than I would like however it's definitely a great machine and works amazing.
