It's much lighter and easier to use than my old Bissell that lasted 15 years! My only complaint is it seemed like I spent more time empting or filling tanks. I was working upstairs so that made it worse.

The room is even brighter from the additional light reflection that the cream colored carpet is now giving. Certain areas needed several passes to get it to look like new, but that's a reflection on just how much cleaning this carpet needed. The ProHeat 2X took out stains that we thought would never come out.

I waited a year to purchase this and used the rental carpet scrubbers in the meantime - I couldn't be more happy with the results of the PetPro1986! It cleans just as well as its rentable counterparts, if not better, and it's incredibly easy and fun to use! I'd recommend this product time and again! (I'm not so sure it's going to be easy to share! lol)

I used it in a bedroom that has older carpet and it fluffed it up and made it look like new. I would definitely recommend this cleaner.

Don't know why I waited so long. It is easy to use and easy to clean the unit after cleaning the carpet. I recommend this as a good hard working machine.

Use on carpet in hall, stairs and bedrooms along with upholstry. Easy to use, one gallon will do heavy duty cleaning in large room. Simple directions. I do wish 2 in 1 tool was wider than 3 inches and was at least 6 inches which would have been better. Didn't find 3 in 1 stair tool useful.

It was worth every penny, I'd buy it again over and over. The proheat 2X pet pro changed my life in ways I thought would be impossible. You never really know how smelly your carpet makes your house and how used to the smell you rate until you use this carpet cleaner.

Pros: It took the stink out of my carpet that was left after it was soaked by a leaky water heater, and my carpet looks nice and clean. It's pretty simple to use. The assembly instructions and manual are well written and easy to understand. Cons: It's kind of heavy and unwieldy, but to be fair, I don't have experience with other carpet cleaners to compare it to. I followed the instructions exactly as written but the carpet was still squishy wet afterward, and still very wet the next morning after running a fan all night. I ran the machine over it again a few times and got quite a lot more water out of it, but it ended up taking 2 days to dry. Maybe this was user error, but I did follow the instructions.

Did a wonderful job getting the hair and dirt out of the carpet. Carpet smells cleaner and it's not as dusty anymore. The long cord is a plus, and the units weight is light (back problems). The storage water container is big and saves you time from constantly having to get more water. Delivery was quick and customer service was very professional when I had a question.
