[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointing results the second time I used it. Despite frequent cleaning off of the filter which traps dog hair, it still failed to suck up much, if any, liquid. Only a very dirty, slightly moist substance was sucked up. Otherwise, it is awesome. It cleans up like a wonder!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this to help renew my 20+ year old carpets. I have a lot of heavy traffic areas and did two separate cleaning sessions on my cream colored carpet, what a difference! While my carpet still looks aged, it is a lot better than it was.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with this carpet cleaner. It was easy to put together and very easy to use. I used it for my large rugs and they look new again. My husband used the attachment to shampoo/clean our pickup seats. They look awesome! Glad we purchased this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great carpet cleaning machine for pet stains and stain in general. I've used this twice on my living room carpet which may I say, has a large number of stains that I've never been able to get out very well. This is until I've used my ProHeat 2X on it and I can firmly state this product works. The heating element makes drying a quick task and also with the added formulas from BISSEL, the smell and sent after is very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the stain and antibacterial cleaning formula. It removed stains that have been in the carpet for a few years now. I would definitely recommend if you have pet stains or other normal soily stains in your carpet. wrote this review for the #sweepstakes but everything is 100% true

I was cleaning my office carpet and my 20 year carpet cleaner was actually leaving more streaks than it was cleaning. It was time for a new cleaner. The ProHeat Revolution Pet Pro cleaner did a great job of not only cleaning the streaks but also cleaning the rest of the carpet much better than I expected. The cream colored carpet is cream again instead of dirty gray. It was easy to fill and empty, easy to push back and forth and the Cleanshot PreTreat really helped with one or two really dirty spots. The rotating brushes really work well in lifting up hair and dirt. The suction picks it up and the drying time is only a couple of hours. I am very impressed.

We are using the cleaner on area rugs. Fabulous job so far. Had to run it over the aged-stains (dog vomit and coffee) a couple times, impressive result! Slow and patience. I found it dried faster doing an extra extraction round. Appreciated the quick change of waste water and detergent water. It's a simple unit to use but does take some effort moving it around the rug, so I skipped bootcamp that night. Haven't used the attachments yet, stay tuned! Afterwards, easy to clean, set the parts on a drying rack over night. The unit doesn't take up a lot of space. Very happy with the purchase and now I have my own, no need to worry about renting a unit. Only negative, unfortunately it did not come with a standard product sample to try it out. Due to COVID lockdown, we had to wait a couple days to get some cleaner to try it out. Purchased Deep Clean with OXY, worked great but wow strong scent. That scared me away from any Febreze types. The rug finally aired out after a few days. We also read somewhere, another owner did a rinse on their carpet after and the scent dissipated faster than previous time.

Our Hoover cleaner broke after ten years of use, so we searched for a new unit and decided to try Bissell, the first time I used this unit I was utter impressed, I thought my carpets were clean until I used my new cleaner and saw all of the dirt that this unit extracted. This unit exceeds my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 cats and 2 children. I have to say that for the price is a really good carpet washer. It takes me no more than 30 minutes to wash whatever room is needed and I see a huge difference. I love it!!
