[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. This cleaner has very good cleaning ablilty. We had a Hoover before that we spent a lot of money on and the motor died on it 2x after only about 6 uses each. We really hope this holds up better.

It really cleans up pet stains easily and without a lot of tries. When I used the spot treat function, it really helped lift out the pet stain, and my carpet looked and smelled great! I recommend this product to anyone with pets.

I've had an older generation of this for 7 years and it finally stopped sucking despite performing all the trouble shooting. We are using the ProHeat 2X with our new puppy now during house training and it works so well. It went together seemlessly with everything "clicking" into place per the instructions. I performed all the maintenance after using it as I want this to last because it cleans so well. It is heavy (probably why it also cleans so deeply) and about as loud as my Shark Navigator upright vaccum. I had our carpets professionally cleaned after losing our 13 year old Border Collie 7 months ago. I also used our carpet steamer just before buying this. It's only my husband and myself here and we vacuum regularly. There's not much dirt. Or so I thought. I was horrified to see the BLACK water upon emptying the reservoir. And this was after the "S.S" professional cleaning, frequent vacuuming ands team cleaning. The kitchen runners look brand new (our home is 7 years old.) Absolutely amazing. I have only had this for two months now but I am super happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh I love this machine. This is the first shampooer I have purchased because they all look miserable to use. I got it out of the box and decided I would just shampoo one room (you know to see how it went), and I ended up doing 3 rooms and my basement in just a little over an hour. My carpets were dry in about 5 to 6 hours and looked brand new. That was two weeks ago, not one of the stains has come back. The thing also didn't break my back like those I've rented in the past. I have four French bulldogs under the age of three, this will be a game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner 1986 is fantastic! Very easy and even fun to use. And so gratifying to see all the dirt and dog hair (Golden Retriever!) that is pulled out. I do think the rug (antique oriental) looks brighter and cleaner and actually feels softer and nicer under foot!!

I use the product correct except the side borders. I'm not to goods with that, I tried to go to the front instead of the side. The great part I love about the product is, it doesn't leave any residue behind. I also let a friend know about the product and she boat the Revolution. I for got the other great thing, you can take it apart and clean without any unscrewing. thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in hopes to save my favorite shagg carpet. My dogs have borderline destroyed it with stains. It took a couple rounds, but the stains did come out for the most part when I finally used the right solution. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is due to the dirty tank capacity. For me to clean my living room shagg throw carpet took about 6-8 trips of dumping the dirty tank. I am excited to use it to tackle my stairs and furniture! I vacuumed my carpet a couple times before cleaning it and the carpet cleaner still pulled up a good amount of dog hair!
