[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It requires me to pretreat most pet stains, because I have light colored carpet. I wish it had a heat button to heat up the water that is left in the tank. I should have purchased the ProHeat product.

It blows my mind how much gunk is in my carpet and how well it pulls it out. I am very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. I use it to deep clean my carpets, but love that I can also just do a quick clean. I couldn't believe how mirky the water was after cleaning. This carpet cleaner did a great job and so would totally recommend.

I was nervous after reading the problems with this machine on prior reviews however I was getting rid of a 20-year-old Hoover that weighed a ton and I was keeping it together with duct tape. I cleaned my living room carpet and was amazed on what a great job it did. I did use both the express clean and the deep clean to see how much water comes out and how quickly it will dry. I have four dogs in the house that shed I had vacuumed first and still was amazed at how much dog hair was pulled out of the carpet with this machine. Cleanup was a breeze everything is easy to handle but again it is lightweight and it does the job. Honestly I've only cleaned four rooms now but I am impressed we will see how long it lasts.

The machine moves easily and does a great job on the carpets.. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this machine!! It's the second one we have purchased. It does an amazing job on our carpets and it's super easy to use! We have a cat and a BIG St. Bernard. Whenever our friends and family come over, they tell us our place doesn't smell like we have pets! I believe it's because the carpet cleaner is removing the "pet" smell from the carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has a really effective brush head system that scrubs the carpet fibres. It also removed more of the water than any of the machines I used in the past, and my carpet dries faster than I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have some naughty cats that have had a few incidents on my carpet. I've been using a small shampooer which did ok, but had very little power. Now, I've upgraded to the Revolution Pet Pro Bissell. It's very powerful and is great at getting these stubborn stains out of my carpet. I love that I can see the difference once the stains are removed. I also tried the Deep Stain Tool attachment on a piece of furniture and it does work very well. The stain is GONE. Love this Bissell almost as much as my cats. And I really do love my cats.

We have 3 large dogs and they bring a lot of dirt in from the back yard. We have a light beige rug in our living area and over time and Alabama red clay we did not really think it was worth cleaning. We had purchased two spot cleaners from Bissell in the past for small cleaning and they both worked well for a while, but they were very difficult to clean out and they started to smell after about a years worth of cleaning urine & throw up. Plus they were very hard on the back & knees. Thought we would try the ProHeat 2x to help our backs. I should have taken a before and after of the job it did on this carpet...AMAZING. And cleaning the parts out after was really a plus. Suction of the dirty water & pet hair was excellent. This is a great purchase & I am very pleased with its performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean the rugs wonderfully. And cleaning the machine and parts are so easy to do compare to older Bissell machines. My last one was old. And it was time for a new one. And this new one is more compact and smaller. Fit in the closet nicely. I waited for a good price. I will be getting spare belts now just in case.
