The first thing we used it on was a full size mattress and box springs that had been in storage for years. It worked great and dried much faster than I expected. I love the hose is detachable andit has a tray to store and clean it in! Though it's inconvenient, the brushes at the bottom never quit turning so when you're using the hand piece, you can't leave the machine stationary of it will burn your carpet and the bristles with start coming out of the brush. Over all I really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how easy this is to use and clean. The carpets are noticeably fresher and brighter after a deep cleaning. I'm taking away a star because the clean water/solution tank is a beast to fill with the solution. Like, this should come with a funnel. Other than the skill of learning how to pour the expensive cleaning product into that tank, anyone can learn to use and maintain this cleaner with no problem whatsoever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the cleaner the day I got it and cleaned all the carpeting in my townhouse. Having the water heated seemed to have helped with pulling the dirt off the carpet. I do feel like the suction could me stronger. The carpet was left a little wetter than I would of liked. Overall, the carpet cleaner was great and left my carpet smelling fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a mess I had waiting for the cleaner! It arrived and it took care of the problem with ease. It works and cleans better than I expected. It's much lighter and easier to use than my old Bissell that lasted 15 years! My only complaint is it seemed like I spent more time empting or filling tanks. I was working upstairs so that made it worse.

OMG!!!! I can not tell you how happy I am with my new Bissell! I had Stanley Steamer come and clean our carpets. All of a sudden I smelled urine in one of my rooms. The wetness must have brought it out. I paid $650 for our carpets to be cleaned. Not happy to say the least. I read reviews on this particular cleaner and thought I would try it and see if it cleans better the a commercial company and to my surprise it was Amazing!!! I did purchase the Pet Stain kit hoping it would be my best choice being whoever owned our home before us it would help the urine odor and it did!!! I am sold!!!! I not only love my cleaner but now I will clean my carpets more often then every 6 months. Thank you for an amazing product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well it does work and remove some pretty heavy old stains from carpet (atleast in my case) my only complaint is I wish it would do a lil more cleaning.. I've done an 5'x10' area in my basement (dumped dirty water 21 times and filled it up 17) and it STILL after a few weeks of doing this has dirty water in it and the carpet has lil bit of smell. Even double downed on the cleaning solution (and even used only water in the bissel with 409 carpet foam couple times) I guess I'll just keep going over the carpet.. very time consuming. Will take a few month since I plan to do the whole basement!! I will say it worth the money tho.
