[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner after my pug peed on my brand new furniture. I tried EVERYTHING to get the smell out. Even got a new bottom cushion shipped and replacement stuffing for the top cushion. I've cleaned the top cushion twice and the smell is gone! This machine saved my couch! It was so easy to use I decided to do the rest of my sectional! I also did the carpet under the furniture. The machine itself and the pet attachment work excellent!

Chose the Bissell because of the double carpet brushes. What a great job. Between the shampooer and the right product, my 20-year-old carpet looks and smells great. May I add it has been through a number of puppies and rescue dogs? I also appreciate your customer service. Best I have had for a long time. Like the good old days when companies appreciated customers. Customer service goes above an beond.

I couldn't believe how mirky the water was after cleaning. This carpet cleaner did a great job and so would totally recommend.

It did such a great job and left the room so fresh smelling. My only disappointment was it didn't seem to pull off as much water as I would have liked (despite several passes to try to do so) and it took many hours for the carpet to dry. The machine is easy to use, easy to clean and not too heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner replaced our old one. It is exactly what we were looking for. It does a fantastic job for what is was meant to do. It needs a little care (rinse the machine when done) and the tray for cleaning the brushes is fantastic! Take care of it and you will have it a long time. It has excellent suction, even with the hose for attachments. Read and follow the instructions. If you don't want to much water on the carpet, just go back and forth a little quicker. We did a whole room rug (slowly) to get it the cleanest, and it was dry overnight with a fan. Great unit!

Greatly improved reservoir design from similar 15 year old Bissell Pro Heat upright we own which still operates flawlessly after considerable use through the years.

It works just as well as, if not better than the rentals. I really like that it handles like a vacuum cleaner, so it makes it easy to get around corners and into tight spaces.
