[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new Bissell. It works as advertised. It is a "spot," and not whole house, cleaner. It works very well for that. It is a heavy machine, and a little difficult to move from floor-to-floor. Suction is very good. Was able to take parts apart to clean. Machine has a fairly small footprint, so storage space requirements are reasonable. The sample Bissell products were also good. Thank you for a nice, small area, carpet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it 3 times since purchase, has worked well. Took multiple passes to get the dogs mess cleaned up but it did the job. I am loving the new cleaner tray and ability to disassemble to collection tub and clean it. Very pleased so far.

Stains that have been there longer than I would like to admit disappeared just like that. House smells fresh and clean. When using deep clean carpet function definitely takes a while to dry however well worth the wait.

Easy to assemble.and easy to use. What I love about the pet pro cleaner is that it keeps the water hot, so you always get a nice deep clean. Highly recommend!

It's been a lifesaver, since my home is all carpet. I use it with the antibacterial formula to clean her messes. I like that it dries quickly. It also works great on food stains. My puppy toppled over an entire burrito on my floor and couch - tough bright red stains. I used the carpet cleaner and upholstery attachment and it all came out. #sweepstakes

The carpet gets so stained from him and this machine worked excellent to clear the dirt away. I passed it back and forth very slowly to ensure it sucked up as much liquid as possible and the carpets were dry so fast.

We have a Great Dane who drools non-stop and a rambunctious 2 year old who thinks the sofa is his napkin. It's so satisfying watching all the dirt get sucked up into the machine.

I particularly liked this model because the clean water and dirty water are kept in two separate tanks. I also was drawn to how this unit can be easily taken apart in key places for cleaning. It was a breeze to get rid of any dirt/dog hair once I was done with my entire house.
