[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bissell carpet cleaner! I cleaned 4 rooms and it left my carpet like new. One room had pet stains that I had not been able to remove in previous cleanings; my Bissell carpet cleaner removed the stains and odor too!! It was easy to assemble and very easy to use and clean afterwards. I have already recommended it to one of my friends. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new carpet cleaner. I have a puppy who had accidents on the carpet so we had urine stains and odor even after spraying it. After using the carpet cleaner, my carpet smelled fresh and clean and the stains are gone. The ProHeat 2X is much lighter than my last carpet cleaner too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I have a golden retriever puppy with giardia and other digestive issues, so it's important to keep my home as clean as possible. It's been a lifesaver, since my home is all carpet. I use it with the antibacterial formula to clean her messes. I like that it dries quickly. It also works great on food stains. My puppy toppled over an entire burrito on my floor and couch - tough bright red stains. I used the carpet cleaner and upholstery attachment and it all came out. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Pet Pro Cleaner to clean after every little mess that my kitty and dog make after replacing the carpet around my house. One can train them all I want but nature happens. It does what it advertises. The attachments are useful for in spot cleaning and if you need some extra scrubbing power. Just be aware that the cleaner can be heavy (in case you have to go up and down the stairs) so use precaution when lifting it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it was a delight to receive my rug cleaner. the best surprise is that is was delivered early. the only thing i might have disapproved of is that the box was not sealed at all. could be iffy. in any case, we put it together right away and put it to work. it did a beautiful job and it was so, so easy to clean after afterwards. especially love that cleaning tool. it got to so many places that i could not before with my older model. i even got the nerve up to use the attachments which were so easy to handle and the stairs look terrific now. i also really love the separate containers for both the dirty and clean waters.. Best of all, when the older model would not such up water, the help line did their best to help us fix the problem and when we could not i went immediately to your site and ordered a newer version with which we are both delighted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaner is a beast! It has worked very well, and I have no complaints about its functionality. My one little issue is with some of the design choices. First, the power button is in a very awkward location, and secondly, the hose attachment at the base is pretty tough to get on and off. Again, though... this cleaner is overall, very awesome. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used my new cleaner I used it on max clean to clean a very dirty area of carpet that hadn't been cleaned in years. The cleaner on the max clean setting used 3 tanks but it got the carpet clean! I was very impressed. There was one small issue, (user error?) one time when the clean water tank was empty and the dirty tank was full and I, maybe, held the handle down to low water spilled out of the dirty tank I believe. I ran the cleaner over that spot several times to suck up the spilled water. That spot took a little longer to dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how well this cleans my carpet. It is super easy to use. Also super easy to clean it at the end. Makes my carpets look and smell so good! I originally borrows my neighbors to use and had to purchase my own I liked it so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Typical Bissell cleaning product...outstanding performance at an affordable price...so easy to use with results equal to or better than a commercial cleaning at a fraction of the cost! I cleaned 9 oriental rugs ranging in size from 4x6 to 15x25 and in age from 50 to 80 years in less than 90 minutes and the look absolutely beautiful...thank you Bissell.
