We had an older model of a BISSELL steam cleaner that we had for 10 years and it finally broke. When it came time to purchase a new one we knew we had to get another bissell and it did not disappoint! As a family who has always had dogs, this steam cleaner is top tier. The suction power to the disbursement of the solution is amazing. I know I can rely on it, when my kids spill something or the dogs make a mess, to clean it up thoroughly. Hopefully this model lasts us as long as the last one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second one. We took the first one to our Florida home. We bought this one for our PA home. It is by far the best carpet scrubber we've ever owned. We got the hard floor tool so we can clean ceramic floors. It great for that too. It's light weight yet removes more water than any other carpet cleaner we've owned, and we've owned several. We liked it so much we bought a second one.

It's heavy because the water container is located on the handle part. It doesn't hold a lot of water, so I'm constantly refilling and dumping. It cleans well, but I've used the pro heat upright cleaner and it works just as well for less money. Bissell is a better carpet cleaner than Hoover though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a Hoover spin brush and this Bissell is so much better. I like the belt driven brushes so much better than Hoovers turbine driven. Much better brushing and deeper cleaning. Easier to clean up machine when finished too.

It works great, dries quickly (compared to others I've borrowed or rented). I'm not sold on the stair attachment. But overall quite pleased.

I used Oxyclean and Bissell cleaner to take away many spots and significantly lighten others - you hardly see those now. I do wish I could change the clean and dirty tanks at the same time. I had to stop a lot to change one or the other. I'm very pleased with the results of the clean.

Easy to remove water and waste water tanks. Hose is long enough to minimize the need to move the machine. Suction is remarkable which I guess accounts for the noise of the machine. So happy with this product!

I have to say that when it started throwing the doggie fur balls out I was amazed!!! I am so excited at how clean my carpet is. It was easy to use, fill, empty and surprisingly easy to clean.
