I used the Carpet Cleaner last weekend for the first time and it worked great. Easy to put together and use. It's much lighter in weight compared to the last Bissel carpet cleaner I had. (which is a good thing). Easier to clean steps. I like that this model came with an Upholstery attachment. Highly Recommend.

Lighter and easier to use than the old model. Works MUCH better. I like that all of the attachments and hose come with a storage bag. Much better than carrying all of that weight and bulk around with you when you do not need it. Plus, the attachments were always falling off of their storage locations on the old model. The solution and dirty water tanks are very easy to remove and fill/empty respectively. And yes, I have 2 labradoodles. This carpet cleaner is a must for any pet owner with carpets. Hand tools work great too.

I hated it. It looked so dirty but we hadn't found anything we liked enough to replace it. I thought I'd purchase this machine to clean our carpets but started with this couch. After cleaning one couch cushion, I knew I made the right decision. This couch looks brand new. Our house looks better, smells great, and feels better. So thankful for this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot stress how amazing the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carper Cleaner is. We have two kids under age 5 and two dogs over 13 years old. Our older dog is nearing the end of her life. She has serious skin cancers that bleed and ooze (sorry to be gross). The ProHeat 2X successfully pulled out all of the stains from our dogs and kids. I ran two deep clean cycles on 2 of our area rugs and when I was shocked at the amount of dirt that came out of the carpet. Really, I was shocked and grossed out by what the ProHeat 2X pulled out of the carpets. This cleaner is my first ever, so I don't have a benchmark to compare it to. But the evidence I can share that has cemented my belief that having a carpet cleaner is as important as having a good vacuum. Especially if you have kids and/or pets. Filling the reservoir is easy. Emptying the drain tank is easy. Removing the vacuum cowl and brush housing is very easy. Cleaning the brush housing is effortless with the included self-clean base. The cord has a great swivel catch so it's easy to unravel the cord. I've used the pre-treat spray nozzle much more than I thought and have found that it works very well to loosen tough stains and any dried crud/debris for easier extraction. The unit has large wheels which is great. It is very easy to roll onto and off of carpets/rugs that have a height difference from rest of the floor. You don't have to fight with it to get it to cross over thresholds or obstacles, the large wheels provide plenty of range of motion to make moving around very easy. Bottom-line I definitely recommend the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner.

With 2 new Shetland Sheepdogs, it is really a must have, It works in tandem with our clearview swivel pet vacuum. Between teenagers and the dogs. Both get a workout, the proheat 2, really does a great job with heavy traffic areas of the carpet, and is really great with doggy accidents!

During the winter, my two mini-doxies are often loathe to go outside to pee in the rain and cold. Therefore, my family room carpeting needs more than the annual professional cleaning. I bought the Revolution as a Christmas present for myself, and I'm so glad I did. Had to get over my Holiday Hangover first, and also made sure to read all the instructions carefully before the initial try-out. After I got it everything together and cleaned the carpet Saturday night, I was astounded at the outcome. Stains and odor were gone, and the carpet looked great. It dried overnight with the help of fans and a space heater, and it looked even better in the morning. I'm convinced that this is the best buy I've ever made in my housekeeping campaign. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works great. Really gets the carpet clean. The only downside is the dirty water tank. It doesn't fill all the way up. So you have to empty it frequently. Like every 5 minutes frequently. My Hoover that broke on me held more dirty water than this. This machine replaced my Hoover. If wasn't for the small dirty water tank then my rating would have been a 5 stars.

Now before Bissell or anyone else responds with the excuse about this virus holding things up My Order was Placed well before this started and My Steam Cleaner came right on time, but what good does that do when the Cleaners have not arrived yet.
