[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Pro Heat 2X Revolution is FANTASTIC !! Extremely PLEASED with the EASE and overall results on my Carpets. I have Full Berber Carpeting (not my choice btw) from my small dining Nook into the Kitchen. My Carpet REALLY gets HIGH TRAFFIC. There was a MAJOR STAIN in front of our kitchen sink and BISSELL TOTALLY TOOK CARE OF IT, it is no longer present; so amazed. I LOVE the fact of the TRIGGER on this unit. We had a Hoover previously, and no trigger which made no sense to me due to the amounts of wasted cleaner and it did not have the SUCTION POWER like BISSELL does. Our rugs took forever to dry w/Hoover, yet my NEW BISSELL dried rugs within 45 minutes with the running of dryer on the unit. The MAX CLEANER we purchased separately from Bissell works so well, no repeats were necessary ~ THANK YOU BISSELL for AMAZING UNIT + Storage Base. I will say I "ONLY WISHED" that it would of included the hose cleaner attachment, but I went online to get that separately. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this whole system and WORTH EVERY PENNY COST WISE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works great. Really gets the carpet clean. The only downside is the dirty water tank. It doesn't fill all the way up. So you have to empty it frequently. Like every 5 minutes frequently. My Hoover that broke on me held more dirty water than this. This machine replaced my Hoover. If wasn't for the small dirty water tank then my rating would have been a 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After extensive research and owning a older model carpet cleaner from the other leading competitor which broke because it couldn't be cleaned properly I decided on this model. It is very easy and straight forward to use and simple to empty the dirty water tank and refill the cleaning solution tank. Although, on deep clean setting I do wish the tank capacity was a bit bigger as I felt I was constantly going back and forth with the containers. Even with this minor annoyance I was pleased, surprised and grossed out by how much filth this cleaner pulled out of my carpets and we have a high end vacuum to boot! After finishing my clean, I loved the little cleaner wand to get into the crevices of the machine so I could put it away and know that it won't be harbouring bacteria and dirt when in storage like my old one did. If you are looking for convenience and a machine that does a thorough job I don't think you can go wrong with buying this machine at all! Definitely worth the money in my opinion!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well after a hick-up with my order I got my machine just a little later than expected. I've had a previous Bissel machine that worked great for years but recently died so I decided on this unit. My first impression of the unit as I assembled it was that it is built well. I like the improvement over the old bladder system my old machine had. A clean water and dirty reservoir are much easier to manage and clean. They are easy to remove and replace. As well as just pouring the formula directly into the water reservoir instead of the separate container is super easy. The machine is lighter than the old one so is easier to maneuver and carry to put away. Performance wise, I think it may out perform my old machine slightly, as it was a good machine as well. I have yet to use the hand tools so unfortunately I can't speak to that but noticed they're very similar to the old ones. So I would expect similar performance which was good. So, I only gave this machine 4 stars because I found that it would leak / drip water when turned off. The first couple times removing the dirty tank it was my fault as you need to get used to the speed and angle you should use when removing it so it doesn't spill. I was getting it down by my 3rd try. However, even when not removing it I found a small amount of water where the machine was sitting. Not sure what's going on there, could be operator error ;) The cleaning of my carpets turned out great. I really like the 3 cleaning options as the express clean was a great option for those lighter traffic areas and or quick cleans when you want the carpet or rug to dry quickly. I hope this unit lasts as long as my old machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 small dogs that have occasional accidents on my carpet which leaves stains. I decided instead of wasting money on a carpet cleaning service that I would purchase a carpet cleaning machine instead. After reviewing several on line, I decided on the Bissell pet deluxe bundle. It was shipped quickly. I couldn't wait to try it out. The assembly was easy and the instructions simple to understand. I couldn't be happier with the results! All the stains came right up using the pet stain formula. It smells great too. I was also extatic with how easy it was to clean. Thank you Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sucks, literally does great at sucking up messes. I had a 16 year old Pro heat and it was still working but it had been a workhorse. This new one has so many nicer features that makes it easy to use compared to the old one. Mainly the easy clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got a chance to use my new Bissell. I'm very happy with my purchase. I had an older model that was 13 years old & it had the bladder system. It always did a great job but the clean up was difficult! This has a clean & dirty tank & is much easier to clean. I did find that it puts down water much faster than my old machine. So I did get the carpet a little to wet. It doesn't seem to pick up water as fast either. On my second try I didn't use as much water & I think they will dry faster. My carpet looks very clean. With two new puppies I was ready for a new machine. I used the deep clean & not express. Looking forward to express in our bedrooms.

I had a professional cleaning done a few days before my Pet Pro carpet cleaner arrived. I ran it over the same area, and was amazed what the "pro" didn't pick up. Easy assembly, easy to use. Doggo and I are very pleased. And thanks Bissell for your support of animal welfare organizations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shipping was surprisingly speedy and we could not be happier with this machine. I've cleaned two rooms with this and the carpet smells and looks refreshed. The self clean function is essential with the hair accumulation and long term cleanliness. I was astonished how much hair the machine collected even after double vacuuming with a pet vacuum before hand and the clean honestly feels/smells better than that of the rental shampooers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is easy to set up, easy to use and easy to clean. It worked great, cleaned dirty tracks in my carpet and now it looks great edge to edge. The carpet dried quickly and does not seem to be any residue left form the cleaner.
