We have been thrilled with our ProHeat Revolution Pet Pro cleaner! Not only did it remove stains, but it lifted so much deeper pet hair and lint that was not picked up by our Dyson Animal vacuum. I ordered a variety of cleaning solutions and have been happy with the ones we have tried so far.

I have one dog with short fur and I use the machine once a week on about 1,400 square feet. It worked well the first 2 times and started to fail randomly on the third use. The water did not seem to come out and the brushes would not move. Since this can be user error, I will post an updated rating and review in a few weeks. I like how easy disassembling is and cleaning after use is a breeze. The machine has excellent suction power and I was attracted to the 5 year warranty. Time will tell!

I particularly liked this model because the clean water and dirty water are kept in two separate tanks. I also was drawn to how this unit can be easily taken apart in key places for cleaning. It was a breeze to get rid of any dirt/dog hair once I was done with my entire house. The carpets look so much fresher and brighter after they dried and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. #sweepstakes

I love the hose is detachable andit has a tray to store and clean it in! Though it's inconvenient, the brushes at the bottom never quit turning so when you're using the hand piece, you can't leave the machine stationary of it will burn your carpet and the bristles with start coming out of the brush. Over all I really like it.

Not to force anything into place. If you are putting it together correctly it should click into place quite easily. Works as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great carpet cleaner. I have two cats and a dog that go in and out all day. A carpet cleaner in my house is a must. I have now used this cleaner on the floors and the attachment on the couch. The best thing about it is it comes apart so much to clean after use to really rinse everything and get all the pet hair out. I read a lot of reviews that said you could only drain the dirty water from a small hole and therefore couldn't really clean out the dirty water tank. Whoever writes that hasn't read the directions on cleaning and storing. Yes, while you are in the middle of cleaning and need to just dump the dirty water so you can continue on it is a small hole that you use to do that. But when you are done and ready to really rinse the machine out for storage the other end opens up and you pull out the piece on the inside and can completely and easily clean out the dirty water tank. The piece does come out all the way. Some reviewers say it doesn't but it does. I also like the storage tray that it has slots for some of the attachments so everything stores into one place. I do not like that clean water and soap have to be mixed together in the clean water tank. The measure lines are helpful but when I have a very small mess that needs taking care of even the lowest marked level is too much soap and water. So I ended up just eyeballing it when I needed to clean a small spot on my couch. I hate to pour in more to the measure lines and waste the soap. Also because of this you cannot switch between a soap rinse and a water only rinse. I like to rinse with clean water after using soap to make sure there is no soap residue left behind to attract more dirt. To do that with this machine I have to empty the clean container and refill with just water. Doable but my previous machine had the water and soap separate so you could switch between the two. Not a deal breaker but a nice feature when it does that. Overall the pros outweigh the cons and I am happy with my purchase.

I would hand down recommend this cleaner to anyone any day! It gets so much dirt and grime out of your carpet and sucks most of the water up right along with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the cleaner does clean well and does vacuum up most of the water. The issue is the dirty water tank does not hold enough water to complete a full detergent tank. You have to dump the dirty tank 2 times for 1 detergent cycle.
