[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had new carpet installed 9 months ago, and thinking I could extend the life of my large purchase by taking extra good care of it, I decided to buy the ProHeat 2x Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. The carpet didn't look particularly dirty, but boy was I wrong (and equally horrified)! The cleaner is easy to assemble, very straightforward to use, and light enough I could easily carry it up and down the stairs by myself. Overall, great product! Highly recommend!

I had a different carpet cleaner prior to buying this but recently moved into a home that had a strong smell of dog urine. I knew I needed to get a new carpet cleaner so I looked online and had a great rating. Not only does this carpet cleaner work way better than my previous carpet cleaner, it was able to get the urine smell out of my house. It also made my carpets look clean, in addition to smelling better. I absolutely love this carpet cleaner and I'm so happy I bought it because my home does have carpets and I know I will be using it in the future and it Cleans my carpet so nicely.

Very easy to use with good versatility navigating through various obstacles in the cleaning areas. Nice accessory package for spot cleaning rugs, furniture, car carpets, ect. We were and Hoover rug cleaner owner but completely sold on the features of this new Bissell Model 1986 for long time future use ! Highly recommend this rug scrubber !!

I've never seen so much dark dirty water in my life! I'd say even though it's a gallon tank, you can still clean a decent amount of carpet before refilling it. It not only cleaned the carpet but also removed the smells with it. I'd recommend to a friend and gladly buy this product again. It's also not heavy and was very easy to put together! #sweepstakes
