[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a big problem with the fact that that brush roller does not turn off when using the spot cleaning hose alone. What if the spot is in the middle of the carpet? The directions clearly state that you should not leave it in one spot or it could damage the carpet. This is a ridiculous flaw in the design.

My husband used the attachment to shampoo/clean our pickup seats. They look awesome! Glad we purchased this machine!

It did a lot better job than the pro carpet cleaners did a few months ago and was about $150 cheaper. Very easy to use and you can see the dirt being sucked up from the carpet. A good friend of mine asked me to do a couple of spot cleanups on her carpets and after she saw it operate, she bought her own. Good for her...lol

I have always had a Bissell carpet cleaner as well as dogs. My older one still worked but after 25 years I decided to replace it. I am sure I will be using it very soon. Very easy to put together out of the box. Looks great.

It's pretty easy to put together, it is pretty easy to use, and it seems to do a pretty good job (I've only used it 3 times). Like with anything, there is a learning curve, but it is not steep. You have to pay attention to the sound it makes. Has it run our of the clean water with the fluid? Is the dirty tank full? Did something happen that led it to stop sucking?

After I used to it, I spend a good portion of the time mopping the water from the use. Then at the end when I was cleaning the machine, I removed the old water reservoir and it spill all of the dirty water through the end of the dirty water reservoir. Besides these issues, the machine did its intended purpose and thoroughly cleaned my carpets.

I'm glad the old one broke... because now I have this one and I get far better results. I have an UV light urine detector, and after steaming the carpet, I can see that ALL traces of organic material (dog urine and poop stains) are really GONE. Highly recommend it.

Easy to assemble, works as advertised and easy to disassemble and clean. The BEST part is no dog hair on the rollers. If you don't have this machine, you are truly missing out

Easy to use, great directions included(not just online) Easy to take apart and cleaning after using It did a good job; only drawback filaments of carpet clogged roller head so I had to take apart and clean many times while shampooing and it was a fairly small area I was cleaning.

Much better than any store rental unit. Bissell chemical far exceeded the store brands. Easy of use and a professional look at a long term fraction of the cost over time. Easy storage and clean up. Quality built and easy to maintain.
