[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She used it yesterday and she absolutely loved it. She has 4 dogs 3 Saint Bernards and a GSD. 2 are puppies and still being housebroken. So she really needed it.

Love Love Love that it has the self cleaning brush roll! And the tray that it can sit on is such a wonderful feature. I had an older model and was ready for an update and felt like all the little things I would change were included on this newer model.

After using it on carpeted floors in 2 rooms I used it on our slate floors in 3 rooms, the hallway and a bathroom! Much better than moping and the slate looks great also!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our carpet is 20 years old and although we don't wear out shoes in the house, the carpet still had some "dirty" areas. We could not believe the dirt and dog hair that was in the dirty water tank. The cleaner was easy to prepare for cleaning and was easy to clean at the end. I have never be excited about a cleaning product before. We are lending it to our daughter who also has dogs.
