I cleaned 9 oriental rugs ranging in size from 4x6 to 15x25 and in age from 50 to 80 years in less than 90 minutes and the look absolutely beautiful...thank you Bissell.

No more do I have to call in a carpet cleaning company. Saving big bucks! Read reviews of all carpet cleaners and am glad I bought this one.

I am soooo disappointed in my new purchase, in fact to tears! I've used it TWICE and the rollers have burned and melted! I can't afford after the the initial investment to replace these! Please give me some reassurance that at minimal you can provide some explanation as to why this has happened, and what I might do to rectify the problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Meh, I wish it cleaned a little deeper honestly. I guess it does what its supposed to just nothing earth shattering. Honestly figuring it out was probably a challenge. I wish they had a video tutorial to teach you the proper way to use it. I over filled the collection station apparently and when I pulled it to dump it 80% of what I sucked up went right back onto the floor. It was even a different floor because I rolled the item into my kitchen to dump in the drain. So I got to take all the gross water off my carpets and then drain it all over my kitchen floor because I didn't know. Its not your fault I think I would have just liked to have seen a better quick start guide to avoid that pitfall. l will usually read those and then go to work. I dont dive into details unless their is a challenge.

It works just as well as, if not better than the rentals. I really like that it handles like a vacuum cleaner, so it makes it easy to get around corners and into tight spaces.

I had a bissell carpet cleaner before that did a good job. When I needed to replace it, I bought a new bissell because they do work very well. Didn't want to change brands when I know I can rely on Bissell.

The first thing we used it on was a full size mattress and box springs that had been in storage for years. It worked great and dried much faster than I expected. Everything looks and smells clean and fresh.

With two XL dogs and a toddler, our carpets were starting to get disgusting, especially in the high-traffic areas. With the pandemic I didn't want to have a professional carpet cleaner come, so we decided to invest in a cleaner of our own. We are SO glad we did. After one use, the carpet is back to its original color and smells so much fresher, too. It took about 7 hours to dry completely, which isn't a problem for me if I do it at night. This is the first upright machine I own with the accessories, the upholstery cleaning attachments make for a complete home cleaning. I only wished I took before and after pics to show you guys.
