[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a little bit of confusion when I was assembling the ProHeat 2X. (I do not assemble items myself as a rule.) Instructions started out unclear. The handle has to go in first, then they became easy to put together. I started using the ProHeat 2X right away. I used the deep clean feature. Was so happy the carpet came clean in one use and it did not take long to dry. I then tried the upholstery feature. It also cleaned the chair easily however I could not get the suction tight enough to avoid having a chair I could not use for 24 hours. The chair looks awesome. This machine has past my expectations and I would recommend it for every pet household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this carpet cleaner! I am beyond happy with the entire design and the ease of using it. It is a lot lighter than my last carpet cleaner (not a Bissell) and so glad that I have become a loyal Bissell product user. Even with the deep clean mode and the time they say the carpets with dry will be longer period of time, but my carpets were dry in half the time. Only took a couple hours! The suction does not leave a lot of solution on the carpets and drying time shows this. Don't hesitate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. Its really great. I got it for use in my home plus stairs. The stair tool doesn't look great or sturdy but works really well and is sturdy. The only thing of concern would be that the dirty tank needs emptying when it's about 1/3 full. I think this is due to dirty material being sucked up and rather the way it's suppose to work, safety precaution, in order to not completely block up the intake. I'm really pleased with power, suction and how well it cleans.

With all of the great reviews we decided to try this machine and it doesn't disappoint! I love that you can select different cleaning levels. Use their chemicals are you'll have fresh and clean carpets! Definitely a great value!!

I LOVE this machine!! I have three dogs, a cat and kids...this machine saved my carpets!! I used to rent or pay for a carpet cleaner, having my own is so convenient. Suction is great and got pet stains out. Carpet and stairs look awesome. Very happy.

Very easy to use. I was very impressed with its cleaning ability and how well my carpets dried. I have off-white carpets (not by choice) and a very large GSD who decides any time he may vomit to unfortunately go on the carpet.... not any other room with hardwood or tile, naturally. This really changed my mind from replacing the carpet. They look and feel so nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy with the design and performance of this Bissell ProHeat 2X. We had an old Hoover which we were happy with for a number of years, but it died and we bought a new Hoover PowerScrub Deluxe. It was less solid than the old Hoover and we were never satisfied with its cleaning performance. For some reason the rotary brushes left streaks. Out of frustration I researched reviews and details and bought this Bissell 2X Revolution Pet Pro, and so far we are really pleased. It is more substantial than the Hoover and the "Dual Dirtlifter Power Brushes" do a great job on the carpet. I like the design of the components/parts that make easy the cleanup of the cleaner. The "Easy Fill/Formula Cap" seems like an unnecessary gimmick (which I won't use much as I'll probably use cheaper alternatives to the myriad of Bissell cleaning formula products). I had originally thought the "CleanShot" spot squirter was gimmicky also, but after mastering it, I found it very useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new Bissell. It works as advertised. It is a "spot," and not whole house, cleaner. It works very well for that. It is a heavy machine, and a little difficult to move from floor-to-floor. Suction is very good. Was able to take parts apart to clean. Machine has a fairly small footprint, so storage space requirements are reasonable. The sample Bissell products were also good. Thank you for a nice, small area, carpet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. You can feel the power as you turn it on and the machine sort of pulls forward. I think I prefer the antibacterial cleaner solution that was given with the machine. The machine cleans deep on all settings, but you can tell a difference when switching from Deep to Max (more water is used, and much more water is sucked up). I LOVE the cleaning tray, it's amazing. It's so nice to be able to clean the machine after it's been in use, because then you don't get that old shampooer smell and the gunk doesn't sit on there to ferment and turn the machine gross. My only issue is that it seems like it sprays down a LOT of water on the Deep clean but doesn't suck nearly as much up. I can use 2 full tanks, but barely get a full tank of dirty back. Other than that, I'm really enjoying it. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great concept, and it cleans carpets and stains well. Only problem is that it leaks pretty badly out of the body, and I've only used it once in the three months since I bought it. Both tanks are just fine. It has a steady leak out the body just below the carrying handle. It wouldn't be a fault of assembly. The instructions were pretty straightforward and easy to follow. The leak is at a location that doesn't have any consumer-assembled parts. It would get 5 stars if it didn't leak all over my carpet while I'm trying to clean it, but it is a deal breaker.
