[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was amazing. We usually take up our orientals and take them to be cleaned - an expensive and cumbersome process. We have a small dog who seems to produce an enormous amount of dirt for her size and vacuuming wasn't making much impact on the colors in the rugs. So we bought the bissell cleaner and tried it last weekend. It's easy to fill and empty, and runs smoothly. The instructions are clear and simple. The amount of dirt I got out of those rugs was kind of disgusting. So we're really happy with our purchase. Our rugs are bright again.

This is a really effective, easily operated carpet cleaner. It is extremely well designed to be user-friendly, carpet friendly, as well as doing an excellent job of refreshing carpets to near-new appearance. Drying time is quite acceptable. The array of attachments is adequate for most needs. My Bissell turbo brush completes the set.

I hated it. It looked so dirty but we hadn't found anything we liked enough to replace it. I thought I'd purchase this machine to clean our carpets but started with this couch. After cleaning one couch cushion, I knew I made the right decision. This couch looks brand new. Our house looks better, smells great, and feels better. So thankful for this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Pro Heat 2X Revolution is FANTASTIC !! Extremely PLEASED with the EASE and overall results on my Carpets. I have Full Berber Carpeting (not my choice btw) from my small dining Nook into the Kitchen. My Carpet REALLY gets HIGH TRAFFIC. There was a MAJOR STAIN in front of our kitchen sink and BISSELL TOTALLY TOOK CARE OF IT, it is no longer present; so amazed. I LOVE the fact of the TRIGGER on this unit. We had a Hoover previously, and no trigger which made no sense to me due to the amounts of wasted cleaner and it did not have the SUCTION POWER like BISSELL does. Our rugs took forever to dry w/Hoover, yet my NEW BISSELL dried rugs within 45 minutes with the running of dryer on the unit. The MAX CLEANER we purchased separately from Bissell works so well, no repeats were necessary ~ THANK YOU BISSELL for AMAZING UNIT + Storage Base. I will say I "ONLY WISHED" that it would of included the hose cleaner attachment, but I went online to get that separately. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this whole system and WORTH EVERY PENNY COST WISE.

Enjoy the ease of use with this system to keep area rugs clean and smelling fresh in our home. Really like the ability to use different levels of cleaning since some areas might need refreshing vs. an area that needs deep cleaning (high traffic areas).

We got this after we were disappointed with the Crosswave. I really just wanted the light cream colored spots on my area rug to be clean again. This did nothing to remove the dingy color they'd become. The water was murky after, so I know it cleaned the rug to some degree. But it's still doesn't LOOK clean like I hoped.

Cannot believe all the dirt I am getting out of the carpet. Home has never been cleaner - thrilled with this carpet cleaner - wish I had bought a Bissell sooner.

I bought this to take care of the carpet throughout the house. With 3 dogs and 2 cats something like this is a must. I went slowly and used the max clean option because it was the first run and it did achieve good results. The only disappointment for me was how often I had to fill up and empty the tanks. I haven't used a carper cleaner before, so I have no idea if this is normal but just something for purchasers to be aware of. Overall I am happy with it and will be keeping it.
