The ProHeat 2X did a brilliant job bringing the carpet back to a near-new appearance. Great in stains and spots. A tank full of nasty, black water at the end said it all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a pet owner this appliance with the recommended cleanser, did exactly as advertised. Cleaned up an ivory rug to it's former levels of brightness and removed the odour of a pet mishap with a couple of passes. Well worth the price and carrying It's weight where it's needed to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used my new cleaner I used it on max clean to clean a very dirty area of carpet that hadn't been cleaned in years. The cleaner on the max clean setting used 3 tanks but it got the carpet clean! I was very impressed. There was one small issue, (user error?) one time when the clean water tank was empty and the dirty tank was full and I, maybe, held the handle down to low water spilled out of the dirty tank I believe. I ran the cleaner over that spot several times to suck up the spilled water. That spot took a little longer to dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first carpet cleaner I've ever owned. The seconded it was delivered I started cleaning everything! It works really well. My carpets, couches, and car upholstery are cleaner than they have ever been before. My only complaint is they the suction is not strong enough to get most of the water up on Max Clean setting. My carpets were wet for three days - good thing I live in a dry climate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned 2 other carpet cleaners over the past 15 years and this is by far the best one yet. We have an 8x10 ivory colored rug and our foster dogs got it very dirty, it was filthy. This machine made the rug look brand new again! I was surprised how much water the max-clean setting used but was glad the machine was able to suck up most of the water, our rug is very thick and was dry in about 3-4 hours. The express-clean setting worked great on our bedroom carpet that wasn't very dirty; it used less water and dried very quickly. I love how the machine comes apart so you can clean it. We've had our carpets and rug professionally cleaned before and I think this Bissell did just as good a job and will save us money in the long run. I did not use the upholstery attachment or the clean-shot feature. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked a bit better than expected. Don't be deceived by Heat in the name, there is no heater in this model. I have used it on carpets, rugs and furniture, it does a great job pulling up more moisture than any other model I have tried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this a few times already. I am overall pleased. It cleans very well and gets a lot of dirt out. The brush rolls are powerful. I do not think it does well on set in stains. The clean shot button is great for pre treating. After I did the carpets I went back over with a stain remover and a rag to get the rest. Over all I am happy with its performance. I am excited to see how it does on the stairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to clean the carpets in our new rental home. I was very easy to set up. I couldn't believe how well it worked, how clean it got the carpets, for how easy it was to use. The machine itself is so simple to clean out afterwards. I'm very satisfied withy purchase.

Love having 2 tanks for clean and dirty water. Also customer service is wonderful. I didn't think the brush rollers were working when I first used my machine. Contacted customer service and they gave me ideas what might be the problem. Silly me the brushes were rotating so fast I wasn't seeing it. So glad I bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best Carpet Cleaner machine ever, did a good cleaning job that made our carpet look new again. This machine was easy to use if you follow directions like they say. Would highly recommend this carpet cleaner.
