[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It requires me to pretreat most pet stains, because I have light colored carpet. I wish it had a heat button to heat up the water that is left in the tank. I should have purchased the ProHeat product.

We always called a professional to clean our wool carpets especially in an emergency when our 8 year old Aussie had a accident. Recently the professional carpet cleaning man was called to remove another dog accident and was unsuccessful. A few days later with the assistance of a helpful Bissell customer service representative I purchased a Pet Pro carpet cleaner 1986. Lets just say we no longer will call the carpet cleaning man again. The stain that couldn't be removed instantly lifted from the carpet leaving no stain or discoloring to the carpet. Also unlike some portable units the Pet pro allows easy assembly and removal of parts for needed cleaning after each use.

I couldn't believe how mirky the water was after cleaning. This carpet cleaner did a great job and so would totally recommend.

It does a great job cleaning up any spills or messes created by our dogs. The water and solution are heated by the machine which makes cleaning more effective. I also love the options that we have in choosing how much solution is sprayed onto the carpet. This gives us control over how long we want our carpet to dry after it's been cleaned. Cleaning the brushes and emptying the tanks are a breeze. We're really glad we got this carpet cleaner!

This carpet cleaner is easy to use and was well designed. It is effective at cleaning up everyday stains and puppy accidents. I would recommend to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my 4 pets and their accidents. Hours after I brought it in the house I had to use it. Worked great on the carpet. Later used it to clean the upholstery in my vehicle and could not believe how much dirt it sucked up after 14 years of daily use. I can now see all the colors of my interior. Only downside is cleaning the machine. Some crevices are not easy to clear out. One attachment didn't have a removable part I was expecting it to have, so it's still dirty. But overall great value

My bedroom carpet was in dire need mainly because of my black and somewhat oily lab. I followed instructions carefully and was amazed at how well the builder grade carpeting looked - and it was dry in no time. Worked beautifully on my living room area rug as well which is light gray. I cannot be more pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used my ProHeat 2X Revolution Carpet Cleaner for several days and am nearly done cleaning all the carpets in my house. I find it easy to use and am amazed at how much dirt it pulls out of my carpets. I also used the attachments on my carpeted stairway and on 2 upholstered recliners. The machine looks a little complicated at first but is actually quite simple once you go through the process as explained in the instruction book. I love being able to clean my carpets a little every day rather then having someone come in and do the whole house at once. It's much less disruptive. #sweepstakes

I have a 6 month old Great Dane that is potty training and a 2 yr old so this was definitely needed. I feel like this shampooer came straight out of one of those commercials that show the carpet going from brown to white. And all the attachments... AMAZING! I even shampooed my mattress! Extremely satisfied and would recommend this to anyone!
