[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a apt and this product was perfect!! It did everything as advertised, easy to use, easy to refill tanks and continue the task, its light and easy to move! Just a "GREAT PRODUCT," to have on hand for quick cleaning!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three cats and two free-roam house rabbits, plus two extra foster rabbits. I'm sure you can imagine the messes and stinks! One of my cats struggles with appropriate litter box use. Basically, this means she poops wherever she wants, and often that means my carpet. I used to pull out my Bissel Little Green every time she laid a poop on the rug, and as awesome as that product is, I really find the upright cleaner much faster and easier to use. After removing the big stuff with a paper towel, I spritz on the stain remover from this bundle, wait about five minutes, and then go over the area with this cleaner on the deep clean setting. Miraculously, the stink disappears and there is no stain, and it takes me no time at all! That's a huge bonus when the surprise poops happen during my morning routine! Another awesome use for this cleaner is the rabbits' "special area." For some reason, they feel it's extremely important to mark their territory right in front of my closet! Both have been altered and I've tried training them to leave this area alone, but there seems to be very little I can do to stop the frequent urination in front of my closet. I do a quick swipe over the area with this carpet cleaner weekly, and it is slowly but surely lifting the dark stains from their bad habit! There are definitely marks left on the carpet from their urine, but again, this is a heavily abused area of the floor and I would be amazed if anything got it all the way out. As it stands, I'm extremely impressed when I watch the base of this cleaner and can visually see the stains getting sucked out of the floor. It's so satisfying! For non-spot treatments, I deep clean the carpets and rugs in our house regularly now. I cannot tell you how satisfying it is to empty the dirty water container and see all the murky, icky stains in the used water and out of my floor! Our house smells wayyyy better with all the ick removed, and I love how easy it is to fill, empty, and clean the machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on area rugs that needed major cleaning. This product was great I like the fact that it uses brushes to pick up the dirt and clean the rug. I didn't have to go over the same area again like with the other type of rug cleaners. On one rug, however the material (fibers) from the rug got stuck in the brush and water area and I had to take it apart and you get an education when you do that if you take it apart for maintenance or anything else make sure you have all pieces in one place so you can find them easily when putting back together. Thank goodness I kept them all together. I even used the tool to take out the hair in the brush area of the machine. This product was worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum was incredible. We have been in our house for three years and have a large dog. We have a built in vacuum which I thought was pretty good but the Bissel really showed how much dirt and hair remained in the carpet. The hair and dirt that was removed from the carpet was both amazing and disgusting all at the same time. Setting up the vacuum was relatively easy and clean-up was pretty straight forward as well. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone with a pet or young kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first carpet cleaner I've ever owned. The seconded it was delivered I started cleaning everything! It works really well. My carpets, couches, and car upholstery are cleaner than they have ever been before. My only complaint is they the suction is not strong enough to get most of the water up on Max Clean setting. My carpets were wet for three days - good thing I live in a dry climate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, how to say this nicely? I have two large dogs and a cat. Both dogs have season allergies and take heavy meds to stop scratching themselves but the meds now relax their "systems" and the day he Revolution was delivered, they both did just that. The rugs are low pile wool and are deep vacuumed weekly and spot vacuumed multiple times a week. So pretty clean eh? Well this beast of a cleaner pulled up so much embedded pet hair I could have made a wig or two out of the stuff. I was both thrilled and ashamed in equal quantities. My rugs were really clean, smelled great and I knew shampooing them more often will be prioritized task. Thanks ProHeat 2X Revolution. I would have snapped the mess of hair but did not want to make you sick looking at it... P.S.: cleanup is so fast too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who knew my carpets were so filthy! This is a fantastic tool, it is easy to use, and there is something very satisfying with seeing how dirty the water is in the dirty water container when one is done. It does use a lot of water and formula when you deep clean, so be sure to order an extra bottle of the cleaner. The samples are not quite enough. I was so impressed with it, I lent it to my sister to do all of her area rugs. She had forgotten how colorful her area rugs were! Her house is transformed. She is going to purchase one for herself she liked it so much.f

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised with this unit. I had a Rug Doctor that was clunky and hard to use. This machine is a breeze and the carpets look better than they did with my Rug Doctor. Super easy to use and maneuver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this carpet cleaner to clean all of my carpets. The pet accidents and traffic patterns definitely needed serious attention. Oh my gosh! The transformation was amazing! The machine was easy to handle as were the tanks. The only con was if the return tank got too dirty it would stop suction.
