Highly recommend it you won't find a better buy well worth the extra bucks. We are sti6using our old old for a shop vac and it still out preforms anything on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this carpet cleaner to try and keep up with our dogs mishaps ... first time using the machine I was very pleased how well it cleaned up a recent spot. We had some other much older spots that we tried cleaning by hand best we could.. so I tried the machine on those areas .. and much to my surprise it cleaned them too. I've used other machines that were more work than they were worth .. this one is very easy to use and to clean once finished. Only thing that I have found that I would like to see changed is.. it would be nice if I could turn off the main brushes when using the hand held attachments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weight of this carpet cleaner helps get the deep down gross. It's pretty wide which helps out with the many foster dog accidents on my carpet. It cuts down on the time it takes to clean up the messes. The cleaning of the carpet cleaner has definitely improved tremendously compared to the first gen proheat2, which i had for ten years. So far, this product hasn't disappointed. I'm very pleased with the carpet cleaner. I love it.

I operate a dog day care facility from my home. Sanitation is important to me. This is the 4th Bissell carpet shampooer I have owner over the years. All have been excellent and last far beyond their years. I haven't used this new machine yet but I have faith in its capacity to fulfill my needs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unbelievable product. I don't typically write reviews but I was truly amazed when we used this Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner on my daughter's carpet. It was pretty disgusting when then moved in 3 years ago with multiple stains and only got worse with two dogs, a husband in landscaping, and constantly traffic. She had already gotten bids on new carpet since she figured hers was beyond repair. Then we bought her this carpet cleaner for her birthday this January and she saw the results of one use. It picked up stains that had clearly been there for years along with years of daily dirt build up. And weeks later, it still looks great. Wow I give this product 6 stars out of 5 (yes I can do math)!! So impressed.

I read lots of reviews and decided to go for it. I was super excited to buy it and I was not disappointed after getting it. I definitely recommend it.

Received the unit in a timely manor. Assembly instructions mentioned an attachment for hard surface floors. This inexpensive attachment is not mentioned on the website, but, they agreed to ship one at no charge. The 1st one received was a totally unrelated part. However, they have supposedly reshipped the correct one. Overall, the experience has been positive. The unit has done a very good job during its 1st use. The after-use cleanup was a breeze compared to past models. Two snap-in parts when removed allows cleaning even to the brushes.
