I had to admit from the beginning I am kind of hesitant of purchasing this product after reading different reviews so when I bought and finally use it the V result was unbelievable. I am highly recommending this product to my friends and family specially who have pets at their home. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I have three dogs who aren't completely house broken. I wanted to deep clean the carpet due to the strong urine odor. I had professional steam cleaners come by and use a solution just for pets that seemed to make the stains worse. The waste water from the cleaner was so dirty! I like how the carpet feels- it feels clean. The resistant stains are less noticeable to completely gone! Very happy as the carpet looks like someone put the effort into cleaning it.

I also look forward to purchasing the "matching" vacuum cleaner and even possibly the Pet Crosswave Cleaner as we move frequently for my job and sometimes are dealing with wall to wall carpet and other time have hard surface floors with area rugs. Regardless of the flooring we always want to leave the places we stay at as free and clean of any signs a cat was there, as possible and so far your products are the only ones that give us that level of clean.

Our carpet cleaner arrived just before we started cleaning some significant pet stains. Not only was the timing great, but the results were everything I expected and the accidents were lifted out of the carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the cleaner. I seems to do a really good job and is fairly easy to use. Learning a good sequence for cleaning the machine after use was not clear in the instructions. Nor was there any mention in the instructions that one should double check the tightness of the ring on the bottom of the dirty water tank before use. I didn't, assuming it came from the factory tight. Imagine my surprise when the dirty water drained out on the floor while I was refilling the clean water tank. so, the machine is great, the instructions could be more thorough for dummies like me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my first carpet cleaner from you in 2001 and I loved it broke so I pitched this one and like it very much except it does not have the clean water to rinse. I have to clean then fill with clean water and go back over the carpet to rinse. Love it anyway!
