Great product, easy to use. Carpets are so clean. We have a berber carpet and it worked perfectly. Very happy with this purchase. It spits out glops of pet hair, but apparently that is normal for carpet cleaners. We just picked it up and threw it away. Beware of making sure not to run over the power cord as it will melt. After cleaning all our carpet, I noticed the power cord had melted and the machine was spewing out black cord crumbs. Excellent BEST A+++++ customer service - they replaced the carpet cleaner immediately! Can't wait to test it on the rug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it to clean the carpets in the wake of three children 7-3 and two cats and a dog (One cat and a dog have health issues that leave them somewhat incontinent. So the carpets see much abuse) It is an excellent product that removes the odor and gets it clean 5x better than the last one we had (different brand) with less passes and far lighter weight. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because it goes through the cleaning solution really quickly and a small office sized bedroom takes a full tank and 2/3 to clean it properly. IF it had either a larger tank or was more efficient with its usage I would have given it five stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it twice and so far am pretty satisfied and happy. The machine is easy to fill and clean and works wonders. Stains that have been there longer than I would like to admit disappeared just like that. House smells fresh and clean. When using deep clean carpet function definitely takes a while to dry however well worth the wait.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used this product one time so far, It was on a 5x7 area rug. It worked very well, not as noisy as my old machine, but it did go through quite a lot of solution. But seemed to work well with good suction for pulling the water back out of the rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner. I used it immediately and what a difference it made on my carpet. I have the bissell pro heat small hand held cleaner but have been looking to purchase a big cleaner. What a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally used it on 01/18/2020, and WOW it worked really well. During the winter, my two mini-doxies are often loathe to go outside to pee in the rain and cold. Therefore, my family room carpeting needs more than the annual professional cleaning. I bought the Revolution as a Christmas present for myself, and I'm so glad I did. Had to get over my Holiday Hangover first, and also made sure to read all the instructions carefully before the initial try-out. After I got it everything together and cleaned the carpet Saturday night, I was astounded at the outcome. Stains and odor were gone, and the carpet looked great. It dried overnight with the help of fans and a space heater, and it looked even better in the morning. I'm convinced that this is the best buy I've ever made in my housekeeping campaign. Thank you for making this wonderful machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently added new puppy to our home, and have been very busy with potty training. I had purchased new area rugs thru the whole house. We confined our puppy to the family room, but of course didnt prevent all accidents. Cleaning up with the machine using the pet sanitizer was amazing. Puppy can no longer smell his accident spots, and he's doing well getting outside. It has helped potty training immensely because his scent is now outside where it belongs. It has made all of us so much happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing!! I have had dogs who didn't let us know when they needed to go outside, so as you can imagine, our carpets were a mess. I got the ProHeat 2x Revolution carpet cleaner and... I was amazed! The spots are gone! The odor is gone! And the stair attachment - incredible! The suction is so good, I could see the 'yellow' getting sucked up into the dirty water tank! I wish I could have gotten this years ago, but now, I have, right on hand, the best carpet cleaner - hands down. No more scheduling a carpet cleaner to upend my house. I can do this whenever I need it and wherever I need it. Best carpet cleaner EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is great and all the tools it comes with make it easy to get hard-to-reach areas. The suction and rollers do a good job. Just finding the right product combination is the problem. For older stains, I have tried everything and the Bissell was not cutting it. I started adding Oxy-clean powder to the mix and that seems to do a better job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cleaner's capabilities. I have bought Bissell products for years, especially because they support our furry friends. I recommend this cleaner. It is light, easy to use, and deep cleans like you won't believe!
