I have found this machine to be very easy to use and it does a good job cleaning carpets. The first time I used it I was just going to do a small area as a test and instead cleaned the carpeting in a large bedroom, two bathrooms, and a long hallway. I used the Express mode and the carpets did dry in about 30 minutes. Cleanup was very easy using the included tray. This was my second machine as the first one had a defect, I couldn't turn off the spot pre-treatment stream. To Bissell's credit, they sent a replacement machine that works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new Bissell. It works as advertised. It is a "spot," and not whole house, cleaner. It works very well for that. It is a heavy machine, and a little difficult to move from floor-to-floor. Suction is very good. Was able to take parts apart to clean. Machine has a fairly small footprint, so storage space requirements are reasonable. The sample Bissell products were also good. Thank you for a nice, small area, carpet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I really like this product. Have used it once on heavy traffic areas and a large pet urine area. I have too much carpeting for it to be a substitute for a commercial cleaning but I can see myself cutting back on commercial cleanings but going over the high traffic areas more frequently. It's easy to use and easy to clean up after usage. Couldn't ask for more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had new carpet installed 9 months ago, and thinking I could extend the life of my large purchase by taking extra good care of it, I decided to buy the ProHeat 2x Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. The carpet didn't look particularly dirty, but boy was I wrong (and equally horrified)! The cleaner is easy to assemble, very straightforward to use, and light enough I could easily carry it up and down the stairs by myself. Overall, great product! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this ProHeat Carpet Cleaner! Have used it in a couple of rooms in our home already and have had fantastic results. Very pleased! So happy we went with Bissell and saved time and money over hiring a professional cleaning company - for the same results! Easy to use. Easy to clean after each use and maintain. Would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two small pups and two crazy cats . My carpets were a mess, but not anymore! Great machine. Well thought out design with detail towards cleaning corners and other hard to reach places. I truly love that hot/warm water can be used in this shampooer. The Extraction (suction) of solution could be improved upon a bit more but overall I'm happy with Bissel. Time to toss the Hoover!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. It does a great job of cleaning carpets. Easy to use and clean. Does seem to get a little hot after two clean tanks so I do two the. Let it rest. Haven't tried stairs yet but looking forward to it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend this carpet cleaning system, easy concise instructions and use. The deep clean option does a great job. We do not have any pets however our home is high traffic and we one day may have a pet. Great machine worth the money. All the parts are easy to clean up and put back together. My unit did not come with a usage booklet however it was very easy to go online and print one off. I love all the Bissell cleaning solutions, very effective and they leave the house smelling nice and fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sweepstakes or no sweepstakes this is one awesome carpet cleaner! This one I bought for a vacation home to have one there also. It's easy to use and when you only use the bissell products odors and stains come clean and fast. I highly recommend to pet owners!! The attachment for cleaning small areas or furniture is such a plus!
