Well set up. Particularly like the cord holder. Machine clean up is a lot easier than the one we had for 25-30 years (Bissell). One thing it seems to lack the vacuuming power of the other machine. With the other machine 5-6 passes would almost dry the carpet. With this one 5-6 passes just sucks up a lot of water but doesn't come close to what the other would do.

After 4 months of puppy "activity", and despite cleaning up after every incident, my carpets were in a horrible state. This machine removed all the staining; also, my friends remarked how fresh my house smelt afterwards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner 1986 is fantastic! Very easy and even fun to use. And so gratifying to see all the dirt and dog hair (Golden Retriever!) that is pulled out. I do think the rug (antique oriental) looks brighter and cleaner and actually feels softer and nicer under foot!!

We have several dogs, and this machine is working wonders on our area rugs and floor. It took out a couple of ground in stains and cleaned the floors near the door where they come in from out side. The ease of cleaning the machine is great. Being older having the smaller water/solution and pick chambers is much easier for me to use than the older machine with the combined chamber was.

I have 2 big dogs and my carpet really needed a good cleaning. The Bissell cleaner did an excellent cleaning job. It was very easy to use and made my carpet look good as new. I would definitely recommend this product.

Had to go on line. Seems like a lot of different cleaning solutions to go with it a little confusing right now.

I loved them, so I thought the upright version would do a better job, I Just set it up and while the vacuum motor works it would not spray the solution. I followed all instructions, and I cannot even access the line from the trigger to the spray nozzle. I'd return it, but I discarded the box and packing paraphernalia. Don't bother purchasing this product wait until they figure out the kinks.

Cleaning was easy though there are many steps. The carpet dried in a reasonable time. I was a bit disappointed in the effectiveness of the upholstery functions. I am not sure if I didn't use the devise correctly or what, but the tool dripped and the cushion still had pet odor.

I have used Bissell (borrowed from a neighbour) before and was impressed with the job it did so I decided to invest in one for myself. Shipping was very quick and I am very happy with how well this machine has removed all of the stains in my carpets, including ground in dirt. My carpets look new again. I find it easy to operate and it is much lighter then then the Bissell model I had used in the past. Also, it is easy to take apart and clean. I'm so glad I bought from Bissell. #sweepstakes.
