[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is absolutely AMAZING!!! I have 3 boys, & 3 inside dogs. Oh, and my carpet is a cream color. My carpet was horribly dirty. After using the steam cleaner and the products, my carpet looks new again.

We have purchased a carpet cleaner every year from " The other Guys" and they do not last longer than a year. We maintain a vacation rental and need to shampoo the carpets about every 2 months.

This new machine does a great job of cleaning and extracting the water from the carpets. Glad I bought a new model. My carpets are so much cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this machine and used it to clean the carpets of two bedrooms. It did a good job lifting the dirt and dog hairs. Each tank of cleaning solution was good for one bed room the size of 15' X 20'. I did notice the dirty water tank only sucked up about 30% of the solution. If you can push the front nozzles down into the carpet on the drying pull or push move, it will suck up a bit more liquid. Pet hairs and carpet fibers clumps do get trapped in the nozzle piece and the cleaning tool is useful to get them out but with difficulty trying to reach some spots. It is important to open the roller brushes cover and clean them to remove hairs and fibers there. I recommend cleaning the carpets during warn dry weather so you can open the windows to let the carpet dry thoroughly.

I wish that I had bought this before I got my first cleaner. The first time that I used this in my loving room carpet, I couldn't believe what a great job it did. There was stains on the carpets from when we moved in 4 years ago and there was nothing that would take them out. I used this cleaner and the second pass it was gone. I really like this machine a lot and you will too. I especially like the dual brush system. I have ordered the bare floor attachment, so now I want to see how dirty my floors really are. That you Bissell for a great machine.

I was cleaning my office carpet with a 20 year Hoover and it was leaving more streaks than it was cleaning so I decided it was time for a new carpet cleaner. I decided to try Bissell this time. The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro carpet cleaner did a great job of cleaning the streaks and other bad spots. I used the Max setting to get the carpet really clean and it did. I let it dry overnight. By morning it was dry and ready for furniture again.

These machines are really good at getting carpets clean, and the ease of use makes quick work of the job. Great for stains, but also for routine cleaning of the whole carpet.

It's a good carpet cleaner. However, the recovery tank could hold more info the float was redesigned. The solution tank needs to be redesigned to hold more solution. As it is you have to empty the recovery tank and fill the solution tank after 5 minutes of use. These are some big flaws in the design of this carpet cleaner.
