I was so pleased to find this machine not only pulls up pet hair and cleans great, but doesn't soak the rugs leaving them laying wet on the floors. Highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why do I like, strike that, LOVE this carpet cleaner? Some of the reasons: 1-Double brushes really clean well and lift our a ton a pet hair (hair you didn't know was there, yuck!), 2-Cleaning solution canister hold a lot, so you don't have to fill up in the middle of cleaning (at least I didn't), 3-The brush cover lifts off super easy and makes it nice for cleaning out the dirt and hair that get caught inside the nozzle. Also makes it easy to clean off the hair that get stuck on the brushes, 4-The included rinse and store tray cleans the dirt off the dual brushes, which is going to help keep the machine clean and free of odors. I have owned several machines over the years, and this is by far the best one yet! If you're thinking about it, just do it! It's worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an apartment with my husband and two cats. Animal hair and basic day-to-day traffic definitely build up. Two rooms in our apartment have light colored carpet, and I want to maintain it. I removed all the furniture and did a deep clean, and I was so shocked at how much came out of there. I already feel better knowing that that stuff is not in my floor anymore. It was super easy to assemble and easy to use. I highly recommend this for anyone with animals. I even did the couch, end it dried really fast and came super clean.

Those were treated with "green products" prior to purchasing the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner, and honestly, I thought those areas were clean. Then our senior dog began with incontinence problems, which left stains that could not be removed with the "green products", thus the purchase of the Bissell. All I can say is WOW. Even the areas I thought I had cleaned are now clean. I am embarrassed at how much dirt, stain and odor the Bissell cleaner and machine removed from my carpet, but very thankful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had new carpet installed 9 months ago, and thinking I could extend the life of my large purchase by taking extra good care of it, I decided to buy the ProHeat 2x Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. The carpet didn't look particularly dirty, but boy was I wrong (and equally horrified)! The cleaner is easy to assemble, very straightforward to use, and light enough I could easily carry it up and down the stairs by myself. Overall, great product! Highly recommend!

Its great, goes deep into the fibers of the Carpet and it really gives it a deep clean and dries quickly with a Box fan on it, only wished it was bigger to hold more water. Lol. Hair wraps around the brush roll, so I have to use a small scissors and cut them off. You can also pretreat spots or any area and then clean it.Easy to assemble, just follow instructions in the manual, I am Just figuring it out.. A big plus I was able to take it apart to clean it, just under running water.

Only negative as compared with any older Bissell machine is that I needed to empty water and refill the machine much more often than in the past. This caused me to go through much more of the cleaning solution than I have in the past.
