[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful machine. So many ways to use it. Now I can clean my carpets when I want and how I want. Efficient to use and works so well. No more do I have to call in a carpet cleaning company. Saving big bucks! Read reviews of all carpet cleaners and am glad I bought this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spot cleaning and full carpet cleaning. Works great for both. Picked up after my old rug cleaner burnt out. My carpet looks cleaner than it has in a long time. The Clean shot feature works amazing for spots a regular pass doesn't pick up fully. Love the additions to keep the rug cleaner clean and free from clogging with pet fur.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second one. We took the first one to our Florida home. We bought this one for our PA home. It is by far the best carpet scrubber we've ever owned. We got the hard floor tool so we can clean ceramic floors. It great for that too. It's light weight yet removes more water than any other carpet cleaner we've owned, and we've owned several. We liked it so much we bought a second one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is great! We bought a house recently and the previous owners had a dog. The smell left behind in our carpets isn't a urine or excrement smell, just that oily musty dog odor. We've tried the dry powders, rigorous vacuuming, etc with no improvement. We even had the carpets professionally steam cleaned. I figured I could continue buying low-cost solutions and maintain the same results or just get a decent shampooer and give that a go. I have done one full pass with the antibacterial solution. So far, very good. The carpets dried within 6hrs with some fans for airflow and the carpets are already so much better. The chocolate milk-colored dirty water pulled from the carpet was evidence it was working. I'm confident that with some more treatments, we will be able to eliminate the odor without the need to replace the carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with this carpet cleaner. It was easy to put together and very easy to use. I used it for my large rugs and they look new again. My husband used the attachment to shampoo/clean our pickup seats. They look awesome! Glad we purchased this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my ProHeat 2 Revolution within days of order, unpacked & set-up in no time. Having used other carpet cleaners in the past including the rental types from grocery stores, I was hopeful yet wasn't going to allow myself to be too optimistic. To my surprise and delight my carpets came out about as perfect as I really hoped they would. Pet stains that the spot cleaners only muted were eliminated. Odors that seemed persistent had disappeared. I went on a binge - chairs, sofas, carpets throughout, all following the clear, simple directions on the solutions and I am totally satisfied, in fact thrilled and recommend the ProHeat as it worked flawlessly for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this since my old ProHeat wore out. I rea.lly worked it to death. I can't tell if the beater brushes are going like the old one did. It doesn't seem to have as much suction as my last one. The stream putting the solvent out doesn't put out as much as the old one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing carpet cleaner. I am very, very impressed. We had a urine pet stain on our carpet that was 6 months old. I had tried 2 other carpet cleaners (a handled one and an upright model) and neither of them worked to get the stain completely out. I used the ProHeat 2x Revolution's jet stream feature to saturate the 6 month old stain and it came right up! I was shocked! I thought the stain was a lost cause. I then used it on our area rugs and it was amazing the amount of dirt it picked up. Quite satisfying. The colors of our rug haven't looked this bright since we first purchased it. I also really appreciate how easy it is to clean the parts of the machine that suck up the dirt/water by the rollers. The pieces just pop off when you press the buttons and you can just run them under the water to clean out any residual dirt. Really happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. One of my dogs got sick recently; which prompted daily spot cleaning and odor resolution. In each case, the stains were removed without a residual stain appearing later. Odor is being instantaneously neutralized. One thing that could be better, is the instruction pamphlet; it could provide more detail on assembly and cleaning the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Bissell carpet cleaner. I had a different carpet cleaner prior to buying this but recently moved into a home that had a strong smell of dog urine. I knew I needed to get a new carpet cleaner so I looked online and had a great rating. Not only does this carpet cleaner work way better than my previous carpet cleaner, it was able to get the urine smell out of my house. It also made my carpets look clean, in addition to smelling better. I absolutely love this carpet cleaner and I'm so happy I bought it because my home does have carpets and I know I will be using it in the future and it Cleans my carpet so nicely.
