I can not tell you how well this cleaner has worked for me. It was not hard to put together. I could not believe the stuff that came out of my carpet. I thought that my carpets were clean, they were not. I could not believe the dirt that i got up and that was only my hall way. I can not wait to see what the rest of the carpet is going to look like. I am so happy that I have my carpet cleaner and I can not wait to get the rest of my carpet cleaned. If you have pets then you need to get this carpet cleaner.

This machine was easy to assemble, easy to use and with the Bissell Pro cleaning solutions saved an area of carpet and brought it back to like-new condition. I used the Carpet Cleaner last weekend for the first time and it worked great. Easy to put together and use. It's much lighter in weight compared to the last Bissel carpet cleaner I had. (which is a good thing). Easier to clean steps. I like that this model came with an Upholstery attachment. Highly Recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to clean my bedroom carpet in the new house I just bought. I have two dogs and one of them likes to poop on the carpet. That is why I purchased this. The first time I used it, I could see how much dirt was pulled out of my carpet. It is very easy to use and the directions to assemble are easy to follow. This works just as well as a carpet shampooer and really does take the pet stains out. #sweepstakes

My husband used this cleaner and gave it a 9.5 out of 10. He said the only thing that he did not like was the fact that the bristles still kept rotating when you are using the upholstery wand. Fix that and you get a 10/10. We then used it on my mom's ancient carpet and she said it cleaned better than the other machines she tried before including her old kenmore and the rug doctor. It is not too big. It is user friendly and relatively easy to clean. We have two indoor cats and even though we vacuumed thoroughly prior, the hair was caught in the front plastic piece and the hair took a bit of convincing to remove.

This carpet cleaner is better than professional cleaners I have hired in the past The suction is great. The cleaning solutions are wonderful, especially with fresh accidents. This is a well designed machine. Easy to use and clean. Of course I'd love to have it hold more detergent, but then the machine would have to weigh a ton.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works great. Really gets the carpet clean. The only downside is the dirty water tank. It doesn't fill all the way up. So you have to empty it frequently. Like every 5 minutes frequently. My Hoover that broke on me held more dirty water than this. This machine replaced my Hoover. If wasn't for the small dirty water tank then my rating would have been a 5 stars.

Had to go on line. Seems like a lot of different cleaning solutions to go with it a little confusing right now.
