With 2 new Shetland Sheepdogs, it is really a must have, It works in tandem with our clearview swivel pet vacuum. Between teenagers and the dogs. Both get a workout, the proheat 2, really does a great job with heavy traffic areas of the carpet, and is really great with doggy accidents!

This product works very very well and I absolutely love the outcome and would totally recommend this product to my friends and family! BUT the only downfall is that I need to refill the water tank and dispose of the dirty water multiple times to finish cleaning the whole living room area. However the outcome is so great that I don't mind the multiple trips, and I understand that for the size of the product, the water tank is as big as it can get.

This is lighter than my previous steam cleaner so easier to maneuver. Filling and emptying the tanks are easier also. I used it on my living room, that had some stains for a year (I had tried other products and it did not get them out.). I used the Bissell treatment then steamed. It got these stains out. I feel that this cleaner has really done a great job! I did use it for a spot clean also! I don't need another type of cleaner with this machine!

Borrowed a friends bissell for a spot on my carpet a few days after using a rug doctor that didn't remove it , the bissell took the spot out and I couldn't believe the xtra dirt it removed from the carpet. That sold me , purchased the bissell and am very happy with it.

Stains that have been there longer than I would like to admit disappeared just like that. House smells fresh and clean. When using deep clean carpet function definitely takes a while to dry however well worth the wait.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a repeat Bissell customer, and an OCD carpet shampooer. I used my older and less expensive bissell shampooer approximately every 1-2 weeks and decided to upgrade to something to keep up with our large family (4 kids, 3 animals)... which lead to this purchase. I'm amazed at the difference in only a few swipes on our carpet in the "max" mode! A visible difference.. just like the commercials! I was so thrilled with my new purchase (I felt like a kid at Christmas) that I offered to clean a family member's carpets...for fun. Even with no pretreatment, you can see that the difference is incredible! My only complaints are that the basins for clean and dirty water need to be refilled and emptied very often in max mode, there is no bar to help carry the shampooer up and down steps like my other Bissell shampooer, and I wish the handheld upholstery attachment had as great of suction and cleaning abilities as the main carpet part. This makes it hard to get the carpet edges (by baseboards) to match the rest of the carpets. I still am pleased though and recommend this model to everyone.

Our carpet cleaner arrived just before we started cleaning some significant pet stains. Not only was the timing great, but the results were everything I expected and the accidents were lifted out of the carpet.

I had a professional cleaning done a few days before my Pet Pro carpet cleaner arrived. I ran it over the same area, and was amazed what the "pro" didn't pick up. Easy assembly, easy to use. Doggo and I are very pleased. And thanks Bissell for your support of animal welfare organizations.

I have found this machine to be very easy to use and it does a good job cleaning carpets. The first time I used it I was just going to do a small area as a test and instead cleaned the carpeting in a large bedroom, two bathrooms, and a long hallway. I used the Express mode and the carpets did dry in about 30 minutes. Cleanup was very easy using the included tray. This was my second machine as the first one had a defect, I couldn't turn off the spot pre-treatment stream. To Bissell's credit, they sent a replacement machine that works well.
