I purchased my Bissell ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro and even though it was not my regularly scheduled time to clean, I did it anyway. I am tremendously amazed. We have lived in our home for nearly 20 years and I do my carpets 3-4 times a year. This unit removed stains that have been around possibly longer than we have been in our home. I am shocked, excited, and extremely satisfied with this purchase. I know it is the unit as I have always used the Bissell solution in my Hooves. I read many reviews complaining of water left behind. Be patient and don't rush it. It only took a couple hours to dry (without using fans) and I am used to 8-10 hours with many fans so that is a huge bonus to me. It came apart easily for cleaning. I highly recommend this product to anyone, even those without pets.

Prior to picking up the puppy we purchased our Pet Pro Carpet cleaner because we knew what was in store for us. I must say, the still looks and smells like new even after multiple accidents. My carpet looked AWFUL but I didn't want to pay $500+ for someone to come out and shampoo them for me. Decided to purchase this shampooer and shampooed my living room carpet in just a few hours. Look at the before and after! *Ignore The stuff in the floor in the before picture- again- I have FIVE children. And it was the only photo I had that captured the spots.*

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first upright carpet cleaner. All I can say is wow! I cleaned my living room because a dog had peed and barfed on it. I did not use any of the tools, only the machine. It did a great job! And it is so easy to clean. That is something I usually dread because of the time it takes. But it really did not take long. The rinse tray helped tremendously. Definitely recommend. In fact, I already recommended it to a friend! The only problem is that it has taken a lot longer to dry, but it is VERY humid outside.

I purchased this and literally put it together and was cleaning the carpets within the hour. BEST decision I've made! The carpets look AMAZING! I can now live with these, for as long as I need to. I am SUPER pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend the ProHeat2!! Highly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We opened the box filled up the reservoir, added carpet shampoo (provided) and did the light clean and the unit kept the water bubbling hot plus extracted what we put down on the carpet and the carpet dried quickly. We loved the longer cord vs our Bissell Pet Jetscrub, which is a smaller unit. We cleaned the bedroom carpet, hallway, frontroom and hallway to garage and the machine worked great. After the holidays we plan to clean the upholstery with the provided attachments. As seniors, we really like the weight of the machine. The Pet Pro 2 Revolution is our main go-to house carpet cleaner and our smaller Bissell Pet Jetscrub is for light pet spot/stain jobs. Finally, Bissell saves pets with their pet foundation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this to help renew my 20+ year old carpets. I have a lot of heavy traffic areas and did two separate cleaning sessions on my cream colored carpet, what a difference! While my carpet still looks aged, it is a lot better than it was.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very loud and the dirty water container Hass to be constantly dumped out and it's not even halfway filled yet if you don't dump it out it will not pick up any of the water and it makes a loud noise and it already is and the rollers don't even spin

It like handling a vacuum cleaner, and is quick and easy to clean up after accidents. I don't have a lot of space, so have it in the corner of my mud room, it looks right at home next to my vacuum. Which I had gotten it sooner.
