[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been able to remove stains that other steamers could not get up. This brought a smile to my face. I was able to get rid of the small throw rugs that was hiding the stains. I am having difficulty with the small cleaner for tight corners and furniture.

We have two dogs and one has the occasional habit of peeing on our wall to wall carpet. I bought this carpet cleaner to use about once a month for the entire room. Overall it worked really well and made a big difference. Based on the dirty water tank, it appeared to have pulled years worth of dirt from the carpet! The only downside is that it took me two fills of the clean water jug to do only one room. It's a tedious process to fill and use the vacuum but the results are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on rugs and mats and carpet. It work very well. I like the 3 modes on it. The suction on it is great, the rugs/carpets dry in no time. Overall it is a great machine. It is a louder than a vacuum but you need to expect from a carpet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a rental type carpet cleaner several years ago, it finally gave out and after doing extensive research on the ProHeat2X I purchased it. All I can say is holy WOW!!!. My carpet was extremely stained because of prior tenants' pets and my two dogs. I got my new unit put it together and ran a tank full through and I have new carpets again. With the two rollers working so hard, one pass is all it took to get everything out and cleaned. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works very well! I cleaned my couch and carpets and now they're like new again! The suction is not prety strong, so it takes a wile until everyting gets dried, but a really recomend this carpet cleaner.

It is very different than my previous proheat which recently 'died' granted it was over 15 years old. I'm hoping this one will make it that long. I've had a long history with Bissell products and so far been happy

We are using the cleaner on area rugs. Fabulous job so far. Had to run it over the aged-stains (dog vomit and coffee) a couple times, impressive result! Slow and patience. I found it dried faster doing an extra extraction round. Appreciated the quick change of waste water and detergent water. It's a simple unit to use but does take some effort moving it around the rug, so I skipped bootcamp that night. Haven't used the attachments yet, stay tuned! Afterwards, easy to clean, set the parts on a drying rack over night. The unit doesn't take up a lot of space. Very happy with the purchase and now I have my own, no need to worry about renting a unit. Only negative, unfortunately it did not come with a standard product sample to try it out. Due to COVID lockdown, we had to wait a couple days to get some cleaner to try it out. Purchased Deep Clean with OXY, worked great but wow strong scent. That scared me away from any Febreze types. The rug finally aired out after a few days. We also read somewhere, another owner did a rinse on their carpet after and the scent dissipated faster than previous time.

Every review video showing how black the water was after being used on "clean" carpets was absolutely correct. Even after cleaning the carpets, I felt like I could go over them several more times to get even more out of the carpet. This thing is a beast and it is the best for the needs of my family. =)

It was shipped quickly. I couldn't wait to try it out. The assembly was easy and the instructions simple to understand. I couldn't be happier with the results!
