[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly used it to clean years of dirt on our carpet and stairs. Came with a set of tools for both purposes. Did not use the squirt feature much. Instead filled a squirt bottle with the same detergent mixture. Much easier to aim. Haven't used it yet on all our carpets but will once outside temps keep me inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shampooed my carpets after thanksgiving dinner. I actually bought this Bissell after borrowing my friend's. The Bissell was so easy to use and cleaned beautifully. We also have a new dog and the carpet stays fresh. I ve done the master bedroom and the stairs. This machine cleans better and my rug has dried faster than the last professional company's job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this carpet cleaner. I previously owned an older BISSELL PRO HEAT 2X model and wasn't sure if I'd like this one as much...but I do! A lot of new advancements that make it easy to use and it is very efficient and effective in cleaning. I have two pets...do this is a must have! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner. My last cleaner had me cleaning the carpet, then I had to go back over and rinse everything. Took twice as long. Cleaning the carpet cleaner was dreadful. Nothing came apart unless I unscrewed everything and took things apart. We have lots of cats and hairballs from time to time. I clean up what I can then pretreat and use my ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner and carpet looks good as new. No stains or smells whatsoever!! I would like to be entered in your sweepstakes please. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the product to clean my runner and carpet on my stairs as well as all of my area rugs. I also used it on my couch. It definitely cleaned the dirt from the surface, it did not make the carpet all wet underneath so the drying time was pretty fast! The carpet is a bit stiff now. Hopefully over time, it gets less stiff. The attachment I got for pets to clean the couch, left a lot of water to suck up and did not suck up the water. I ended up using the attachment that came with the machine that I used on my stairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Steam cleaned my daughters house for university. Unbelievably easy, light and did such a great job. Assisted greatly with the move and knowing her room is fresh and clean. Pennies more than the quote for one professional cleaning - and we get to use it again and again. Easy to clean for the next job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great. I just bought a new house but the grass has not been laid yet. With a dog and mud it has been horrible. I owned the spot not and it worked but couldn't keep up with all the mud. I was able to clean all the carpet in my house including the stairs in about and hour. It got all the mud up and was easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy to use......does a fantastic job. I have two dogs and two cats and it did an excellent job on the carpets. It is easy clean up. It is kind of hard to get to the brushes for cleaning. I am afraid of breaking plastic cover. Also wish dirty water tank was a little bigger. But I do highly recommend this product. You can get use to tank and cleaning brushes as it is not impossible to work with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it!! This Pro Carpet Cleaner gets the job done. My rugs look and smell good. I will not have to hire a professional to come in at all for now. I feel like this is one of the best purchases I have made this year. Its a bit heavy. We had to carry it upstairs in order to clean the bedroom and hallway rugs, but im ok with it. Thanks Bissell for making such a fine machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to clean the highest traffic area in our home with 16-year-old carpet. There were multiple set-in stains, ground-in dirt, and matted down carpet that hasn't been really clean in years. The last time we had the carpet professionally cleaned was about 6 years ago. I had another carpet cleaner a few years ago that I was very disappointed in that was promptly returned, so I was skeptical about trying again. I am very happy I did. The cleaner was able to remove all the set-in stains and lift the nap back up in a way that hasn't been seen since the last time the carpet was cleaned. I used the deep cleaning setting with the antibacterial cleaner sample that was provided with the machine. The carpet dried in about five hours and is soft and pliable. I was even able to make vacuum lines in the spots that were completely matted down previously. The cleaner itself is super easy to use. The directions were clear and easy to follow. It was surprisingly quiet while operating, no more noisy than my regular vacuum. Clean up was very easy. All the parts disconnect to allow access to the parts that get grimy. The self-cleaning tray was amazing and allowed me to clean the rollers very easily. There were no leaks or dripping from either water tank during operation. I haven't tried the hand-held accessories yet, so I cannot speak to their operation, but they look like they will be a dream to use. Highly recommend this product after the first use. Can't wait to use it again and try the hand-held accessories on the stairs! #sweepstakes
