[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my 4 pets and their accidents. Hours after I brought it in the house I had to use it. Worked great on the carpet. Later used it to clean the upholstery in my vehicle and could not believe how much dirt it sucked up after 14 years of daily use. I can now see all the colors of my interior. Only downside is cleaning the machine. Some crevices are not easy to clear out. One attachment didn't have a removable part I was expecting it to have, so it's still dirty. But overall great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was completely surprised on how well this product works at stain and pet hair removal. Our dog sheds extensively and in the past we have used professional carpet cleaning services. We decided to try this product to see if we could get similar results as a professional carpet cleaning service. Wow, were we ever pleasantly surprised.....our carpets look better with this product than they did after we had professional carpet cleaners come in!!! The cost of the product was less than one carpet cleaning by professionals! My only regret is that we did not purchase sooner....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased this ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet CleanShot Carpet Cleaner and we love it. It is very easy to use and cleans the carpet brilliantly. We were amazed at how much dirt showed up in the tank! It was easy to clean the machine after using it. We would recommend this product.

Easy to use and cleaned both wall to wall and area rugs thoroughly. The stair and upholstery tools included in the bundle make this a complete cleaning machine! Extremely happy with my purchase. Good value for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog is afraid of slick surfaces like tile and hardwood, so I have lots of rugs throughout my house. She is also a border collie who brings in a lot of dirt from her long hair. I LOVE this carpet cleaner, and I'm so happy I bought it. I've been thinking about getting all new rugs, but it turns out, I just needed a good enough cleaner to make them smell, look, and feel brand new. SO happy with this purchase. Its also such a cute aesthetic, I kind of love having it in my laundry room to look at lol. So excited that all my carpets and rugs will feel fresh and clean whenever I want!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most incredible cleaning tool I have in my home (Even better than my Bissell vacuum). It is light weight, easy to use and easy to clean. Thank you for creating such wonderful products that make cleaning a breeze!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down the BEST carpet cleaner I have ever used! I have tried many others, including so called professional rental cleaners, and none of them compare to the cleaning capabilities of the Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. Pet hair came up, dirt and stains just disappeared, and my carpet looks amazing. It's also easy to clean out when finished. No more dreading the need to clean my carpets anymore. I even get a kick out of watching the dirt vanish and my carpet reappear. Thank you Bisssel, this is one of the best investments I have ever made. I will have one of these machines the rest of my life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched and read a lot of reviews before purchasing. Also watched videos to see how this works and how easy it is to clean the machine. I bought this a few weeks ago to help keep my carpets clean with 2 animals. Also, to remove odor from a few messes my puppy made. I have used this 2x so far and love this machine! It's easy to assemble and was very effective at cleaning my carpets and removing some lingering urine smell. I couldn't be happier! The high review marks were spot on!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a big problem with the fact that that brush roller does not turn off when using the spot cleaning hose alone. What if the spot is in the middle of the carpet? The directions clearly state that you should not leave it in one spot or it could damage the carpet. This is a ridiculous flaw in the design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This BISSELL carpet cleaner works as good as a professional cleaner. I first thought I'd use it on the express setting since we just had our carpets cleaned and was amazed how much dirt came up. Then our puppies had an accident so I used the deep cleaning mode and was even more impressed with the cleaning power. Also our carpets dried within 4-6 hours.
