It does as good a job if not better than the industrial rental machines. I would definitely recommend Bissell products to my friends as they work wonderfully. #sweepstakes

I didn't realize that it was that dirty even until i saw what it pulled out of the carpet. No need to replace the carpet at this time now.

The only downside is the load capacity, but if you watch their reviews they're clear on this being one of the cons of this product. This beats spending money on renting and you can clean your carpets more frequently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was....skeptical to say the least. I've previously had a couple of Hoovers. The last one cleaned well, but continuously broke off the spin shaft and at more than $45 per replacement part, I quickly became disenchanted. Four house cats, two indoor/outdoor dogs and a husband incapable of removing shoes when entering the house created the seemingly insurmountable task of keeping my rugs clean. I took a chance and.....YES!!! I'm thrilled with my Bissell cleaner and the cleaning formula. My rugs smell clean and feel clean. Stains are gone! I am pleased. Heck, I may get more cats now that I can clean and know rugs are clean. Wish the cord was a bit longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an old Bissell carpet cleaner that just stopped working (it was about 15-18 years old!) went with this. Very impressed even went over some areas I'd done with the old before it died and was surprised what else this one sucked up!

Best of all, it didn't hurt my back to use it. I would give it a. 5 star review but I have only used it once so far! #sweepstakes

Better then pouring water on the floor........would prefer separate container to auto mix cleaning solution and a wand spray nozzle to spray spots instead of spray coming from carpet cleaner. I picked the Pro 2X Revolution because it does perform best in my opinion.
