Definitely would purchase this again. Whether you have pets or not, if you're in the market for a steam cleaner Bissell's ProHeat Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner is the way to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to clean a house for an invalid client who cannot let his dog out very often.Consequently, the dog soils the carpet so bad that I have to shampoo the carpet every week. I used a Bissell Pro Heat Pet until it broke. I am delighted with the performance of this new shampooer! It does a terrific job! I'm so glad that the old one had to be replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product for my side work as a housekeeper where a lot of times I clean recently vacant apartments that require carpet shampooing. My only complaint is the tanks are so small so I'm constantly refilling but I knew that would be the case when purchasing otherwise I knew I should have bought a different one. Smaller tanks make it extremely light which is useful when hauling up and down stairs.

Along with all of these products. They just are, of necessity, loud. It's lightweight, easy to use and a breeze to learn how to use.

Instead of waiting the estimated 3 weeks for the out of stock belt I ordered a new machine and it arrived in 3 days!! I love it as much as my old one.I gave the old one to my son and daughter in law and they had no problem waiting for a belt and are happily using it already!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a WONDERFUL carpet cleaner that really gets deep into the carpet fibers and pulls out the dirt. The very first time I used this cleaner was on some chocolate stains on the carpet of our Rec room and the rug in the living room. Using the cleanshot feature and deep clean mode the stain lifted right out with one pass. On the rug we used the large stain eraser and the express clean mode and within a few passes the stains were out. I really loved the fact that this cleaner has the two rows of brissels and not just one row of rotatating discs like another cleaner I saw. The many brissels really get deep into the carpet fibers. The one thing that could be improved on this cleaner is the hose. I find it only to be long enough to reach up 6 or 7 flights of stairs. If the hose would be like 12 feet, I think it would be better instead of the 8 feet it is now. Also, this cleaner does not come with an easy fill lid which is something that I would have liked. Overall I think that this is a great carpet cleaner and I would reccomend it to anyone! #sweepstakes

I will have to be able to have a good weather day or a day when the furnace is running a lot. Then I will be able to tell how well it really works. I work good on the small area.

We have 4 dogs an 80lb rott, 60lb Pitt mix, 50 pound terrier mix, and a 22lb peek a poo. Lots of hair and dog smell. This machine did a deep cleaned still pulled a ton of dog hair from the carpet - after I vacuumed!!! I really hope you guys come out with a vacuum with double rollers... it may allow my house to pet hair free!!!
