[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with my new machine I had a n old one but I use them so much with kids and dogs I didn't realize how badly i needed a new one until I got this. I couldn't believe what came out of my carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned several carpet cleaners. This one has blown my mind. I had professionals come in 3 months ago. This one got stains up that their pro models didn't touch. Loved the solution that came with it also. I was skeptical but so glad I bought it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Bissell in over 20 years, and one of the best. Bissell has made it so easy to clean up after use; simply pop up the latch and push two buttons to do a easy thorough clean up. As always the machines do a fantastic job cleaning carpets - better than the "pros" by far!

I was does disappointed at first that this didn't have an option to let me switch to RINSE only mode like my 2013 model did (which meant I could rinse without having to empty and clean the top canister of the unit of the rug shampoo. However, this model is SO much easier to clean by being able to easily take apart the roller and suction section that it negated my disappointment and I will happily alter my previous rug cleaning procedure for the easier end cleaning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this carpet cleaner for a new apartment I was moving into, and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of dirt it pulled out of the carpets that had supposedly already been clean. This product has done exactly what it advertised. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my carpet cleaner and couldn't wait to put it together. Immidiately gave me amazing results on my carpets. I've got 2 Siberian Huskys and you'd never be able to tell I even had a dog after they were cleaned. Amazing carpet cleaner!!! Thank for the awesome product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cleaner to clean a very dirty carpet that had not been cleaned in over 9 years. My older cleaner would not get all the dirt and stains out of the carpet. This cleaner got everything with just a couple passes. Carpet looks new again. Cleaning the machine is also very easy. When I took the cleaner out of the box a plastic part near the rollers was broken. I went online and using the chat option I had a free replacement part coming within a few minutes. It arrived a couple days later. An excellent cleaner coupled with excellent support means I will be buying more from BISSELL.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it's been amazing. We have a Dyson vacuum that we thought was amazing at picking up the dog fur in the house and this steam cleaner while it cleans picks up even MORE fur that we didn't even realize was left behind!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were moving out of old apartment and instead of hiring professional cleaners we purchased this vacuum cleaner to shampoo and vacuum the carpets. this vacumm cleaner did a pretty good job and cleaned the carpet, it removed almost all of the stains and made it look like new. It took us a few rounds of drying with the vacuum function but it was worth the effort. I would recommend this product to anyone who would need to wash their carpet rather than just dry vacuuming it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is wonderful. With 3 senior rescue dogs in the house, accidents happen and the carpet cleaner performed even better than I expected. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product!
