This carpet cleaner was light, and easy to use and clean. The upholstery attachment has strong suction and gets the "mistakes" out of the carpet, nicely. It is obvious that the Bissel team has been paying attention to customer complaints and has designed this unit to remedy some of the problems of the former models.

I got the ProHeat 2x Revolution carpet cleaner and... I was amazed! The spots are gone! The odor is gone! And the stair attachment - incredible! The suction is so good, I could see the 'yellow' getting sucked up into the dirty water tank! I wish I could have gotten this years ago, but now, I have, right on hand, the best carpet cleaner - hands down. No more scheduling a carpet cleaner to upend my house. I can do this whenever I need it and wherever I need it. Best carpet cleaner EVER!

This machine was easy to assemble, easy to use and with the Bissell Pro cleaning solutions saved an area of carpet and brought it back to like-new condition. Very impressed and happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best purchases I have ever bought! We have 4 dogs, 2 pugs, a French bulldog and a Great Dane/Mastiff. All are house trained, but you can imagine the hair they drop and the stains they bring in from the outside. I was expecting to have to go over the carpet at least two times, but this machine-AMAZING! All the stains came up, and the suction is so powerful the carpet was dry within 1 1/2 hours. And the CleanShot pre-treater is a god send...no need to go get another bottle. It's very easy to use after the first shot which is when I estimated the distance I needed to be from the stain being treated. Great product, Bissell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for home & pets. Easier to clean than our previous unit. Somewhat disappointed that the area the dirty water goes in shuts down so quickly. We have a 2800 sq. Ft. Home & are having to stop and dump it repeatedly. Very frustrating & time consuming.

The instructions that came with this carpet cleaner are very clear and easy to follow. I had no trouble assembling the machine and using it. I shampooed very dirty carpeting that had been neglected for several years, and the result was amazing. Most of the stains came out with no pretreating, and the carpet looks great. It was easy to follow the instructions for cleaning the machine before storing it except for one point, for which I got excellent customer service via text. I laid out the cleaned machine parts and everything was dry the next morning. I have not tried any of the attachments, but so far, I love this carpet cleaner.

With three kids and a dog I was looking to replace my old machine with something new and easier to use. This hit all my points! It's easy to use and clean. You never realize how dirty your rugs and upholstered surfaces are until you invest in a machine like this. After using this machine I am confident that my house is clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Bissel carpet cleaner the others were the little green machines. I loved them, so I thought the upright version would do a better job, I Just set it up and while the vacuum motor works it would not spray the solution. I followed all instructions, and I cannot even access the line from the trigger to the spray nozzle. I'd return it, but I discarded the box and packing paraphernalia. Don't bother purchasing this product wait until they figure out the kinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is easy to set up, easy to use and easy to clean. It worked great, cleaned dirty tracks in my carpet and now it looks great edge to edge. The carpet dried quickly and does not seem to be any residue left form the cleaner.
