This machine was easy to assemble, easy to use and with the Bissell Pro cleaning solutions saved an area of carpet and brought it back to like-new condition. Very impressed and happy with this purchase.

I waited a year to purchase this and used the rental carpet scrubbers in the meantime - I couldn't be more happy with the results of the PetPro1986! It cleans just as well as its rentable counterparts, if not better, and it's incredibly easy and fun to use! I'd recommend this product time and again! (I'm not so sure it's going to be easy to share! lol)

Had an older Bissell shampooed that always did a better job than any company or rented machine. This new model does the best job on carpets than the earlier model. Just go slowly and see the results for yourself. The cleaning attachment for the brushes and vacuum portions works so well it looks new after the cleaning!

Everything you say about it is true. Cleaning the machine after using it was always a chore to do on all of them. But now it is a wonderful thing. I love my really clean carpet,too. Thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By far, the best product I've bought! I've used other brands of shampooers and nothing compares to the ease and effectiveness of this one! I have long hair and four animals (two German Shepherds and two cats which are a long and short hair). This machine allows for easy disassembling to make sure you can clean brushes and parts of the machine without having to get the directions out every time you do so. The stain shot on the side of the carpet cleaner is the smartest thing I've ever seen! I can't tell you how many times I've tried to "soak" a stain and taking a guess rather than being able to be on target and using only the amount of cleaner I need for treating. The size of this things makes my life way easier without the hassle of it weighing an obscene weight for easy transportation and quicker time to complete my tasks.

The vacuum is very loud. It took a lot of efforts to get rid of some recent carpet stains. It does clean the carpet overally good, but if you need to go through one spot more than once, the vacuum will leave your carpet fairy wet. Our carpet dried overnight, but do not expect it to be dry in 30 min. I expected more from the water sprinkler, not just a simple tiny tibe shooting water in one direction, when you need to do spot cleaning. Although, i was a bit sceptical, given the fact that the vacuum is realy lound and the carpet can be really wet after cleaning, the water after cleaning was almost black, but we have an old carpet, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. Hope it holds up better than my previous Bissell, which was used regularly for more than 3 years. The rollers quit spinning when against the carpet. Replaced belts and rollers, which did not resolve the issue. It was outside of 3 year warranty. My new machine I purchased is effectively the upgraded model, but has a 5 year warranty. Very pleased with the capabilities of the Bissell machines. I just hope the longevity has improved.

I used the deep clean when I first got it and have used the quick clean as well and it all works great.
