[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the carpet cleaner to see if we could salvage our 11 year old carpet. We also bought the hard surface attachment for our tile floors. We had our carpet professionally Steam cleaned and we weren't pleased with the results. The Pet Pro saved our carpet and our tile floor sparkles. Customer support is responsive and helpful, my only regret is not buying this machine sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only gave it 4 stars because it didn't come with an operator! Actually it works very well and we are pleased with the results! After using it on carpeted floors in 2 rooms I used it on our slate floors in 3 rooms, the hallway and a bathroom! Much better than moping and the slate looks great also!

That's just the way it is. Every few months we'll have the carpet cleaners come over but after a few days there will be stains again. Now with the ProHeat I can clean up the stains right away and keep the house cleaner and smelling better. And it even works better than the professional carpet cleaners because it removed the stains that they weren't able to remove. Im just so happy and satisfied with Bissell and the things they do to help the animals. Other than the ProHeat I have the pet vacuum and crosswave as well, all Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ProHeat 2X Revolution is crucial for maintaining a clean carpet while having pets. I have used in quite a few times since purchasing, and it pulls up the tough stains and dries quickly. The best thing about the Pet Pro Cleaner is that it is not bulky like other carpet cleaners and is extremely durable. It comes with a mesh bag to store detachable tools quickly. It is also easy to clean and comes with tools to make the process of maintaining the product effortless. I'm so glad I can keep my home clean while doing as little work as possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By far, the best product I've bought! I've used other brands of shampooers and nothing compares to the ease and effectiveness of this one! I have long hair and four animals (two German Shepherds and two cats which are a long and short hair). This machine allows for easy disassembling to make sure you can clean brushes and parts of the machine without having to get the directions out every time you do so. The stain shot on the side of the carpet cleaner is the smartest thing I've ever seen! I can't tell you how many times I've tried to "soak" a stain and taking a guess rather than being able to be on target and using only the amount of cleaner I need for treating. The size of this things makes my life way easier without the hassle of it weighing an obscene weight for easy transportation and quicker time to complete my tasks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a dog lover of three great babies. that are just like little kids who track everything into the house. The Bissell ProHeat Revolution is a blessing when it comes to keeping the carpets clean. The shampooer is light, efficient, easy to clean and affordable. I looked at all the brands before deciding on the best machine that has been tested over the years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Items finally showed up a week late and only after I had to call Bissell and FedEx. Had to run a trace with FedEx before they finally delivered it. Now to the assembly. There was no hole drilled for the screw that holds the arm to the main unit. This is just poor quality assurance. This was my first purchase from Bissell and it will be my LAST.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an elderly chihuahua and a male frenchie puppy who is very much a work in progress when it comes to the potty training department. The Bissel ProHeat has been a game changer in my house- I use the hose attachment for a large area rug in my living room and the regular machine for the carpets in the bedrooms. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!! Truly a fantastic machine!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the carpet cleaner on my dining room carpet that had many stains. I was surprised at the brightness that returned. I had just shampooed with a rental from the grocery store before the holidays . I was amazed at amount of soil in the dirty water tank that the previous cleaner had missed
