Glad I went with this product. Even using straight water on high traffic areas gets so much dirt out of the carpet. I had some old stains it did a good job on though they didn't completely disappear. I am confident that it would get fresh stains out 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this carpet cleaner to shampoo my heavenly soiled carpeting in my den. We have a 7 month old Doberman who brings in a lot of dirt, so I chose the heavy cleaning setting. It was easy to use, did a great job and dried much faster than it said in the instructions. This is my second Bessel carpet shampooer and I'm very happy with this brand. The new model has some very nice, new features. The tanks are easy to fill and empty, the spot treatment button is helpful and I like the cleaning tool now included.

This carpet cleaner not only delivers but the parts are easily removed to be cleaned and stored to await the next use. This carpet cleaner does what it say it will do! Wish I'd purchased it sooner!!! Took out spots, stains and evened up the entire color of my carpet throughout the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a game changer for me. I had no idea how much pet hair was lurking in our carpet before using this the first time. We had rented machines previously, and I had used a smaller upholstery shampooer that really required too much effort...this got the job done, was simple and easy, and most importantly, effective. Also, it was easy to clean and re-assemble. So far, I am a huge fan!! My only beef, and it's a small one, was that I didn't realize initially that the fill button on the dirty water tank was so far down, and did get some overflow. I could be a little more obviously marked, perhaps. I cannot attest to the durability since it's still new to me, but I love, love, love this and carpets have never looked better.

WOW, I am so impressed with this carpet cleaner. It is easy to use and does a great job. My previous cleaner, not Bissell, was very difficult to clean, this product however is a breeze. All of the parts can be removed easily to clean the brushes and other parts where pet hair and carpet fibers gather. I highly recommend this carpet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bissel pet pro. It handles even the pet stains I couldn't get to until they've set into the carpet. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't suck its moisture all the way up in the end and winds up dripping a fair amount back onto the carpet after I've turned off the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to clean the rooms and stairs in my home. The dual brushes and powerful suction worked amazingly to clean and revitalize the older carpet. The only downsides are the small water tanks that needed to be constantly changed (not a huge issue) and the handheld tools not having the same cleaning power as the dual brushes- I ended up using a secondary brush to work in the cleaning solution, them running the vacuum hose to then clean up the solution.

Took up lots of dirty water and even dead bed bugs; even believe some were hiding deep in the carpet fibers. Plan to do other carpets in house. This Pro Carpet Cleaner was received in a single box well packaged and went together easily for an 80 year old man LOL. One really dirty carpet area came almost like new and plan to go over the room again before putting stuff back in the room. Many thanks Bissell for this working machine.
