The first one I bought more than 10 years ago and did not need maintenance until now. Every time I buy an item, delivery is done at relatives' home in Canada. I really like Bissel's equipment because of its durability and quality of service. Everyone here who sees my machine is dazzled by the quality of service. I am very satisfied with the product.

First off, we had recently cleaned our carpets prior to receiving the new one and I was amazed at how much more this machine was able to extract. Plus its perfect for those little accidents left by my dog.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the Little Green Pet Pro. I needed an upright cleaner. I'm no Spring chicken so an upright is the way to go for me. Unfortunately it was too big so I sent it back for a different upright machine from Bissell. I'm sure that one, which has almost a five star rating will be the winner!!! They are all winners, really, it just depends on your needs and physical capability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this carpet cleaner to try and keep up with our dogs mishaps ... first time using the machine I was very pleased how well it cleaned up a recent spot. We had some other much older spots that we tried cleaning by hand best we could.. so I tried the machine on those areas .. and much to my surprise it cleaned them too. I've used other machines that were more work than they were worth .. this one is very easy to use and to clean once finished. Only thing that I have found that I would like to see changed is.. it would be nice if I could turn off the main brushes when using the hand held attachments.

Had to order a repalcement strap (which they tried to charge me for). Took two weeks to get. Wrong strap. Ordered a new one. Still waiting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it 3 times since purchase, has worked well. Took multiple passes to get the dogs mess cleaned up but it did the job. I am loving the new cleaner tray and ability to disassemble to collection tub and clean it. Very pleased so far.
