Just had professional cleaners clean my carpets in October and so far this has done as good as or a better job than the professionals. Nit only did it clean my carpets well but it also cleaned a couch good enough that we can use it again! It was easy to use, the floors and couch dried completely in less than 8 hours and it didn't hurt my back to use it #sweepstakes

After years of not owning a carpet cleaning machine, this one cleaned the carpets amazingly. It's easy to use and the best gift for my new puppies frequent accidents. Cleaned carpets that didnt seem so dirty but now the color is shinning again. Very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it for anyone with all types of carpets. The carpets never looked this good after using commercial machines.

I owned an older model that I let a friend borrow and it broke so I had to buy a new one. So glad I did. The only thing that was a negative was the loudness. I just wish it was a little cheaper or came with some of the "free" items I saw in an ad AFTER I bought and ordered this steam cleaner. Would've been nice to have a tray to sit it on. Besides that it has a powerful suction, easy to maneuver, easy to take a part and clean. Overall a great product!

And have rented the large BISSELL from the store. This one out performs them all ! We just moved into a new home and I just knew the stains on the light Berber carpet were very set in. One time with this machine and they were all gone!!

It did such a great job and left the room so fresh smelling. My only disappointment was it didn't seem to pull off as much water as I would have liked (despite several passes to try to do so) and it took many hours for the carpet to dry. The machine is easy to use, easy to clean and not too heavy.
