[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine seems to work well, the tanks are very small and need to be emptied around 4 times as often as my old hoover spin vac, the dirty water tank signals that it is full and stops suction at about 1/4 full on top of being half the size of the old unit. But works good and easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is absolutely AMAZING!!! I have 3 boys, & 3 inside dogs. Oh, and my carpet is a cream color. My carpet was horribly dirty. After using the steam cleaner and the products, my carpet looks new again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weight of this carpet cleaner helps get the deep down gross. It's pretty wide which helps out with the many foster dog accidents on my carpet. It cuts down on the time it takes to clean up the messes. The cleaning of the carpet cleaner has definitely improved tremendously compared to the first gen proheat2, which i had for ten years. So far, this product hasn't disappointed. I'm very pleased with the carpet cleaner. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unbelievable product. I don't typically write reviews but I was truly amazed when we used this Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner on my daughter's carpet. It was pretty disgusting when then moved in 3 years ago with multiple stains and only got worse with two dogs, a husband in landscaping, and constantly traffic. She had already gotten bids on new carpet since she figured hers was beyond repair. Then we bought her this carpet cleaner for her birthday this January and she saw the results of one use. It picked up stains that had clearly been there for years along with years of daily dirt build up. And weeks later, it still looks great. Wow I give this product 6 stars out of 5 (yes I can do math)!! So impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased and used the ProHeat 2X revolution pet pro carpet cleaner with the Bissell cleaning products and it works wonderfully. It does as good a job if not better than the industrial rental machines. I would definitely recommend Bissell products to my friends as they work wonderfully. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a Bissell carpet cleaner that was about 15 years old with this one. I went with Bissell after replacing my vacuum with a Bissell Pet Power Groom and being in awe of how dirty my carpets were. Even with daily robot vacuum and 2x/wk Bissell vac and carpet cleaning every 8wks or so, the stuff that came out of my carpet with this new machine blew me away. The pictures you see in reviews aren't from lighting or shadows or wet vs dry carpet, this machine digs deeper than any I've ever used. I will probably buy my parents one for Christmas I loved it so much. The only con (like ANY carpet cleaner though) is that the tanks don't hold more than they do - but unless you use the big green machine you'll never do a room on one tank. I used the Max setting for the first cleaning with this machine and the carpets dried in about an hour because the suction is just that good. I also used about 1/2 the cleaning solution recommended because I wanted to be sure I would have enough of the sample bottles to do my whole room (20' x12' - max setting, set in stains on path between stairs & kitchen). My only advice: buy extra shampoo when you order it because you're going to want to use it everywhere and the sample bottles are small (I ordered mine during covid so going to the store is a pain right now).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner !! I used the deep cleaning setting and my carpet was dry and 2 1/2 to 3 hours and it looks brand new and that's after just having moved in and had movers tracking dirt all through the hallways . I have also used a quick clean mode and it to did a wonderful job cleaning and was dry in less than an hour I now have no excuses for not keeping my carpets clean as a whistle . It is extremely simple to disassemble and keep all of the different parts clean and ready for the next use. It is also lightweight and very easy to move from place to place . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine definitely cleaned better than the previous generation of bissel. I also liked how much lighter weight it was, and the separate clean/dirty water tanks was also nice. Cons were that I felt like I filled and emptied it much more often than my previous machine, and I don't think the carpets dried any faster. But overall I would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be more pleased with the 2X Revolution Carpet Cleaner. I previously owned a Bissell Carpet Cleaner that lasted over 25 years. Bissell has made so many improvements, especially how easy it is to clean out the machine when finished. You didn't have that option with the older models. Now I can keep my machine totally sparkling clean. Also the new machine is so much lighter than the old ones....thank you Bissell for making my life so much easier. You are an awesome company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first we had to figure out the settings for deep cleaning and/or normal cleaning. After that we were very happy with the way this machine picked up the soiled water. It is a lot better than any other shampoo equipment we ever had.I give it a 10.
