I gave this a shot and boy was it awesome. It took out more than my other shampoo that I had.. this is the best one I've ever used. We tried two other machines and it looked like we had removed them, only to have them come back when the carpet dried. We are renting and I knew that if we did not get the stains out that we would have to replace the carpet. In desperation we purchased the ProHeat after reading the reviews about it. It got every one of the stains out - completely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By far, the best product I've bought! I've used other brands of shampooers and nothing compares to the ease and effectiveness of this one! I have long hair and four animals (two German Shepherds and two cats which are a long and short hair). This machine allows for easy disassembling to make sure you can clean brushes and parts of the machine without having to get the directions out every time you do so. The stain shot on the side of the carpet cleaner is the smartest thing I've ever seen! I can't tell you how many times I've tried to "soak" a stain and taking a guess rather than being able to be on target and using only the amount of cleaner I need for treating. The size of this things makes my life way easier without the hassle of it weighing an obscene weight for easy transportation and quicker time to complete my tasks.

I have to say that when it started throwing the doggie fur balls out I was amazed!!! I am so excited at how clean my carpet is. It was easy to use, fill, empty and surprisingly easy to clean.

I use the recommended Bissell cleaning solution and it leaves my rooms smelling fresh. It does a great job of cleaning the carpets. It removes urine stains from pets very well. My friends and family regularly borrow it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave my old Bissell to my daughter and bought a new one. I believe the newer model is an improvement over the older one. I've seen some reviews complaining about the suction but I've found that the suction has improved over the older models. I also think the clean out function is a better way to clean the machine after use instead of having to take it apart. In all, I give this machine 5 stars.

The Crosswave is great for weekly maintenance of rugs and floors throughout the house. The SpoBot is a must have if you have pets, especially as they get older. I went thru two SpotBots over the years. I gave my ProHeat 2x Revolution to my son because he had a heavy beast of a carpet cleaner that didn't work near as well as the ProHeat 2x Revolution. He loves it. Now he can do stairs and upholstery. I immediately bought another Proheat 2x Revolution. I am a retired Mechanical Designer. I know quality when I use. You can't go wrong with any Bissell product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell cleaner arrived in a timely manner. I immediately cleaned up months of cat barf (sorry, but that's what I really need this for). Even though I had vacuumed before the cleaning, there was still a lot of cat hair left on the carpet - apparently - but none of it stuck to the rollers. I was able to just pick up the clumps instead of spending ages combing it out of the brushes (comb provided) which I was afraid I'd have to do.
