[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine definitely cleaned better than the previous generation of bissel. I also liked how much lighter weight it was, and the separate clean/dirty water tanks was also nice. Cons were that I felt like I filled and emptied it much more often than my previous machine, and I don't think the carpets dried any faster. But overall I would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be more pleased with the 2X Revolution Carpet Cleaner. I previously owned a Bissell Carpet Cleaner that lasted over 25 years. Bissell has made so many improvements, especially how easy it is to clean out the machine when finished. You didn't have that option with the older models. Now I can keep my machine totally sparkling clean. Also the new machine is so much lighter than the old ones....thank you Bissell for making my life so much easier. You are an awesome company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first we had to figure out the settings for deep cleaning and/or normal cleaning. After that we were very happy with the way this machine picked up the soiled water. It is a lot better than any other shampoo equipment we ever had.I give it a 10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my new Bissell pet pro carpet shampooer it is the best one that I have ever used and is 100 times better than the old Hoover I had, I vacuumed with my Dyson before I Started shampooing and my Dyson is very thorough I thought, look how much hair the Bissell removed after I vacuumed, The other thing I like about the Bissell is it comes completely apart and is very easy to clean well thought out Bissell thank you.

I have 3 cats and 1 dog with a thick deep pile wall-to-wall carpet. I fell in love with my new Bissell Pet Pro within minutes. Cleaning up afterwards is a snap too thanks to handy extras included with the purchase. I've been a carpet cleaner owner since the 1980's and this is THE BEST carpet cleaner I've owned. Thank you Bissell.

The vacuum is very loud. It took a lot of efforts to get rid of some recent carpet stains. It does clean the carpet overally good, but if you need to go through one spot more than once, the vacuum will leave your carpet fairy wet. Our carpet dried overnight, but do not expect it to be dry in 30 min. I expected more from the water sprinkler, not just a simple tiny tibe shooting water in one direction, when you need to do spot cleaning. Although, i was a bit sceptical, given the fact that the vacuum is realy lound and the carpet can be really wet after cleaning, the water after cleaning was almost black, but we have an old carpet, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only was I super happy with how easily I was able to set up and start using my Bissell Pet Pro Revolution, but I was surprised at how quickly I could take the components apart and clean it afterwards. This is the best rug cleaner. I am so glad that I listened to my mom! SHe has the same model. I have two dogs and the hair and filth that came out of the rugs was so nasty, but I was so happy and relieved that my rugs were clean. I am hoping that my dog's allergies are reduced with cleaner rugs in the home now. Spots that I thought might be stains, were lifted, and the appearance and feel of the carpets was drastically improved. The rugs also dried very quickly. You can not go wrong with this model. Anyone who has rugs, and especially who is a pet owner, has to have this rug cleaner. It's a game changer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im sure this is a pretty good machine. However, worked well at first but busted a small plastic belt within the first 20min of light use. Had to order a repalcement strap (which they tried to charge me for). Took two weeks to get. Wrong strap. Ordered a new one. Still waiting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had initially purchased a Bissell online, just to find that I really wanted the same machine, but through the TV offer, which included additional tools. I called to cancel the first order and the gal in the service department was amazing! She made it very smooth and then transfered me to the folks that finalized my purchase. I work in customer service and I was very impressed with the level care I received. My return was processed back into my bank account the next day. Thank you Bissell team! Keep up the good work, you will see my return business! Also machine works great. With a crawling baby, a 5 year old, and a 115 pound dog, my carpet looks beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a baby on the way and I wanted to shampoo the carpets before her arrival but didn't want to rent a machine from our local store. I am so glad we purchased our Bissell! My carpets have been shampooed once before and I thought they were clean then but after seeing how they look after using the Bissell... they were not even close to clean! I went over the carpet with the concentrate it came with and then again with water just for an extra rinse and the results are AMAZING! I've already recommended this exact machine to my sister who also has three dogs and just purchased a brand new house because I am so impressed!
