My first time using the new one amazed me by how much the new design got out of my carpet. If this ProHeat 2X survives anywhere close to the old one it is money well spent.

I was excited to clean several carpets but had to go to the store to buy the shampoo product because the small bottle shipped wasn't enough to finish all the carpets I planned to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had many rug cleaners to clean my carpets over the years, but I have never had one that cleaned my carpets as the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner that really really cleaned the carpets in my house. After cleaning the carpet not only removing stains and dirt it also brought the nap on the carpet up just like when I first purchased the carpet. Tracking dirt in and I do have a Beagle that brings things into the house also. I'm very very pleased that I bought the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my carpet cleaner at home. I absolutely love it! It really cleans well and it's lighter than the old Bissell I use to have. I bought my first Bissell 5 or 6 years ago, and that's why I bought a Bissell again. One of the features that are GREAT is how easy it is to clean. A pull here and push the buttons there and you have access to the brushes etc. It took me maybe 20 minutes to clean. My old Bissell I had to take apart with a screw driver and took about 45 min to clean and put back together. I would highly recommend the PorHeat 2X Revolution Carpet Cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didnt have instructions but I found plenty of videos on line. Watched them and then we didnt have any issues. Pretty simple overall. Cleans very well. You do have to drain and refill about every 10 sq feet as most do since it uses quite a bit. Drying time was pretty accurate except a couple spots took about 24hrs to fully dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first but after trying Bissel Proheat 2x I was blown away when I saw how much dirt came out of my carpet. My carpets look brand new. I love the product and I would highly recommend it. Best investment ever. If I wash my carpets every 3-4 months I would save on carpet cleaning services and basically only after one cleaning the machine basically paid for itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Items finally showed up a week late and only after I had to call Bissell and FedEx. Had to run a trace with FedEx before they finally delivered it. Now to the assembly. There was no hole drilled for the screw that holds the arm to the main unit. This is just poor quality assurance. This was my first purchase from Bissell and it will be my LAST.
