[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my new ProHeat Pet Pro. We have a small dog and two cats as part of our family and have rented carpet cleaners in the past. This by far does a better job and is always on hand for quick cleanings and accidents (our dog is almost 15 so those things happen near the puppy pads, she tries). I would recommend this to everyone, animal owners or not. It works great. Set up a fan and the drying time is cut down immensely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my daughter and her family since they have two dogs. This carpet cleaner works wonders. Cleans the carpet to its original state and takes away all the pet smells. I would highly recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best Bissell carpet cleaner out there, cleans great, 2nd one I have ever owned, Cleaned carpet at home with ease and picks up the water, great pump on this model, they hit a gold mine with this model, go ahead buy it, you want be disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Meh, I wish it cleaned a little deeper honestly. I guess it does what its supposed to just nothing earth shattering. Honestly figuring it out was probably a challenge. I wish they had a video tutorial to teach you the proper way to use it. I over filled the collection station apparently and when I pulled it to dump it 80% of what I sucked up went right back onto the floor. It was even a different floor because I rolled the item into my kitchen to dump in the drain. So I got to take all the gross water off my carpets and then drain it all over my kitchen floor because I didn't know. Its not your fault I think I would have just liked to have seen a better quick start guide to avoid that pitfall. l will usually read those and then go to work. I dont dive into details unless their is a challenge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell cleaner arrived in a timely manner. I immediately cleaned up months of cat barf (sorry, but that's what I really need this for). Even though I had vacuumed before the cleaning, there was still a lot of cat hair left on the carpet - apparently - but none of it stuck to the rollers. I was able to just pick up the clumps instead of spending ages combing it out of the brushes (comb provided) which I was afraid I'd have to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mainly used to clean cat messes. NO machine cleans beef gravy cat food barf stain no matter the advertising. The original Proheat Complete Pet 2x was a tank. Lasted 20 years before the brush motor burned out. Hope this is as well built. Time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After Ss had returned to go over the carpet the second time because the pet stains were still visable. I ordered and received this awesome Capet cleaner from Bissell. I got up everything SS left behind including the stains. Easy cleanup!

I had to admit from the beginning I am kind of hesitant of purchasing this product after reading different reviews so when I bought and finally use it the V result was unbelievable. I am highly recommending this product to my friends and family specially who have pets at their home. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is overall a good cleaning vacuum compared to my Hoover one. It dries/cleans up the carpet pretty well. I also love that it comes apart so easily just for you to clean it. The only problem I have so far is that when you add the solution it mixs directly with the water. It'd be best to have both separate so you can clean the carpet after with just water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought our house 3 years ago, the carpet was brand new. Well, with a husband, 4 kids and 5 dogs, it didn't stay new for long. Add to that, two litters of puppies and it was a DISASTER! My sofa set was also a mess. I broke out our old Bissell to tackle it all but after 15 years of faithful service, it died. So I gambled and went with this newer model. I won. After using this on my whole house, I can confidently say that my carpets and couches now looks as good as I remember.
