[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! Just what we need to keep our light colored carpet clean. We have a rather large 16 month old puppy, who was not house trained when he came to live with us at 10 wks. old. Thanks Bissell. You have made all our lives easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this machine based on recommendations. Used the machine to clean main floor living room which had some deep dark stains. I used the BISSELL® Oxy Stain Destroyer Pet for Carpet| 1784C and pretreated the really bad areas and then used the 2X Pet Stain & Odor Upright Carpet Cleaning Formula (60 oz.) | 99K5C in the machine. My carpet turned out brand new. I also really like being able to see the inside parts as it is see through and easy to clean. Well worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet steam cleaner is a replacement for a previous one that no longer worked. We have always had good luck with Bissell products, so we bought a brand new one. It is easy to operate, and does a great job getting up pet stains and normal traffic dirt off of the carpeting. I highly recommend this carpet cleaner. It's so much easier than renting a steam cleaner form the store!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am very happy with this - it replaced an older brand by another manufacturer that had stopped cleaning well. The unit picks up dirt very well, and it very easy to disassemble for cleaning. If I had one improvement I could suggest, it would be that the dirty water tank would allow more capacity before the auto shutoff occurs (It is only a third full or so when it happens). Emptying this taken needs to occur every few minutes.

This machine is impressive! While it doesn't have the water capacity of the 'rental machine' (Rug Doctor), it is easier to operate / manipulate around the house and less spillage when filling and emptying the respective tanks. The ProHeat-2 does a Great / Professional Job of cleaning and leaves very little water behind... I'd purchase this model again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second ProHeat carpet cleaner. We used the 1st one over ten years and had excellent results. Would still be using it but it was destroyed during our move from WA state to FL. I am looking forward to the same outstanding cleaning with our new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the best carpet cleaner I have used. And I have dogs who are old, so accidents happen. Or they are too lazy. Either way, I love this Bissell! Cleaning the rollbrush is easy as pushing a button. Any fur gets spit into the cleaning tray. Your designers/developers knocked it out on this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far best carpet cleaner I've ever purchased!! Gets out all of the tough stains my last one couldn't! I definitely recommend this to some friends which they purchased as well! Only downfall is I think my came a little defected, it tips over when I'm using handheld part which makes me think a hinge broke in the base!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Bissell carpet shampoo vacuum in 35+ years. I use it in my house as well as at my parent's house and my daughter's house. The machines always get a workout. The machines make my tasks super easy.

I am soooo disappointed in my new purchase, in fact to tears! I've used it TWICE and the rollers have burned and melted! I can't afford after the the initial investment to replace these! Please give me some reassurance that at minimal you can provide some explanation as to why this has happened, and what I might do to rectify the problem!
