[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have three cats, carpet is 20+ years old and light colored. Have had the carpet cleaned professionally several times, but in it's first use the Bissel almost completely removed most all of the old stains (Cat pee). More than happy, elated to say the least. Cleanup of the machine is my least favorite thing, no matter how much I pre-vacuum there is still a lot of cat hair picked up by the rollers, (still a good thing) which is a mess to clean out. All in all I love the machine.

Many of the stains could still be seen after regular cleaning In just one cleaning at the Express settings our carpets were like new. Not one stain remained I would give it a 5 star but I think they should have included the hard floor cleaner with the unit. Cleaning is 5 star

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for the cleaning of my carpets. I also have the small Bissel for spot cleaning when we got our dog. It did a great job and I thought I could get this cleaner for the whole carpet cleaning. It does a wonderful job.

It is very different than my previous proheat which recently 'died' granted it was over 15 years old. I'm hoping this one will make it that long. I've had a long history with Bissell products and so far been happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AMAZING!!! I had a steam cleaner that had been working for years but recently was introduced to the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. Every review video showing how black the water was after being used on "clean" carpets was absolutely correct. Even after cleaning the carpets, I felt like I could go over them several more times to get even more out of the carpet. This thing is a beast and it is the best for the needs of my family. =)

I had to admit from the beginning I am kind of hesitant of purchasing this product after reading different reviews so when I bought and finally use it the V result was unbelievable. I am highly recommending this product to my friends and family specially who have pets at their home. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is overall a good cleaning vacuum compared to my Hoover one. It dries/cleans up the carpet pretty well. I also love that it comes apart so easily just for you to clean it. The only problem I have so far is that when you add the solution it mixs directly with the water. It'd be best to have both separate so you can clean the carpet after with just water.

Amazing, I'm so impressed. So happy I bought a new one, same brand as my old one. I'm a big fan of Bissell cleaning products. I have 4 dogs 2 labs, a beagle and pug mix, I know dirty carpets. I would recommend this machine to anyone.
