[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was amazing. We usually take up our orientals and take them to be cleaned - an expensive and cumbersome process. We have a small dog who seems to produce an enormous amount of dirt for her size and vacuuming wasn't making much impact on the colors in the rugs. So we bought the bissell cleaner and tried it last weekend. It's easy to fill and empty, and runs smoothly. The instructions are clear and simple. The amount of dirt I got out of those rugs was kind of disgusting. So we're really happy with our purchase. Our rugs are bright again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best carpet cleaner from Bissell I have ever owned. Easy concise instructions and usage. It has a very long cord which is great and the deep clean option really does what it says. I love all the Bissell cleaning products they leave the home smelling clean and fresh. My unit did not come with a usage booklet however it was easy to go online and print one off. The best part is clean up time everything comes apart and snaps back together. We do not have any pets however we have high traffic areas and one day may have a pet so we will be prepared. I use the hand tool on Upholstery and it worked very well.

One room had pet stains that I had not been able to remove in previous cleanings; my Bissell carpet cleaner removed the stains and odor too!! It was easy to assemble and very easy to use and clean afterwards. I have already recommended it to one of my friends. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It met my expectations. The drawback is the capacity. It has to be emptied and refilled often when in deep clean mode vs rental types. The convenience of having your own to use when you want outweighs that IMO.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After extensive research and owning a older model carpet cleaner from the other leading competitor which broke because it couldn't be cleaned properly I decided on this model. It is very easy and straight forward to use and simple to empty the dirty water tank and refill the cleaning solution tank. Although, on deep clean setting I do wish the tank capacity was a bit bigger as I felt I was constantly going back and forth with the containers. Even with this minor annoyance I was pleased, surprised and grossed out by how much filth this cleaner pulled out of my carpets and we have a high end vacuum to boot! After finishing my clean, I loved the little cleaner wand to get into the crevices of the machine so I could put it away and know that it won't be harbouring bacteria and dirt when in storage like my old one did. If you are looking for convenience and a machine that does a thorough job I don't think you can go wrong with buying this machine at all! Definitely worth the money in my opinion!
