It did take several passes but that's because it hasn't been done in a while. Will use this one more often since it is easier and lighter. Thank you Bissell!

It is easy to assemble, easy to use, effective and even came in environmental friendly packaging! I hate that I have wasted so much money having my carpets steam cleaned. This did a far superior job. This is a phenomenon product for pet owners (I have 3 dogs - one of which is still a puppy) and I highly recommend even if you don't have pets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ProHeat 2x Revolution did an amazing job with cleaning our wall-to-wall carpet and area rugs! It was easy to set up, use and clean. The only concern I have is that the upholstery attachment didn't work well, perhaps I need to give it another try.

I was so pleased to find this machine not only pulls up pet hair and cleans great, but doesn't soak the rugs leaving them laying wet on the floors. Highly recommend this product.

I have 4 rescue Weimaraners, and a couple of years ago I purchased the earlier version of this cleaner. I really loved it, with one exception - It was hard to clean the intake and brushes. Weims have very short hair and seem to shed all year around. When I saw you have pretty much solved the problem of cleaning the intake area, along with a number of small improvements, I knew it was time to pass the previous model along and acquire the updated version. Obviously, you all are pet owners, because your innovations always seem to be in a positive direction. Many, many thanks. Greyghost.

A lot of new advancements that make it easy to use and it is very efficient and effective in cleaning. I have two pets...do this is a must have! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this machine a couple of times so far and am satisfied with the performance. Many pieces are plastic so be careful in handling. Not to force anything into place. If you are putting it together correctly it should click into place quite easily. Works as advertised.

I will not have to hire a professional to come in at all for now. I feel like this is one of the best purchases I have made this year. Its a bit heavy. We had to carry it upstairs in order to clean the bedroom and hallway rugs, but im ok with it. Thanks Bissell for making such a fine machine.
