[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I have three dogs who aren't completely house broken. I wanted to deep clean the carpet due to the strong urine odor. I had professional steam cleaners come by and use a solution just for pets that seemed to make the stains worse. The waste water from the cleaner was so dirty! I like how the carpet feels- it feels clean. The resistant stains are less noticeable to completely gone! Very happy as the carpet looks like someone put the effort into cleaning it.

I bought this to take care of the carpet throughout the house. With 3 dogs and 2 cats something like this is a must. I went slowly and used the max clean option because it was the first run and it did achieve good results. The only disappointment for me was how often I had to fill up and empty the tanks. I haven't used a carper cleaner before, so I have no idea if this is normal but just something for purchasers to be aware of. Overall I am happy with it and will be keeping it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell has been used in my house for over 40 years. This is my 3rd carpet cleaner from them and each one is better than the previous one. The ProHeat 2X Revolution scrubs much deeper than the previous model I used. I am very pleased with this carpet cleaner and I would recommend it to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best carpet cleaner ever! The ProHeat 2X is so easy to use and leaves my carpet looking like new. Leaves my carpet drier too. Clean up is quick and easy. We especially like the self cleaning rollers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have carpet throughout my house and six dogs. There are lots of accidents and incidents where I need a good clean-up machine. This carpet cleaner was light, and easy to use and clean. The upholstery attachment has strong suction and gets the "mistakes" out of the carpet, nicely. It is obvious that the Bissel team has been paying attention to customer complaints and has designed this unit to remedy some of the problems of the former models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We only buy Bissel products. This carpet cleaner is one of the best. I love the different types of clean options between express clean and max/deep clean. Worked so well in our carpets in new home we just bought. Also love the dual brush functionality. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner to clean my wall to wall carpet. I have 2 big dogs and my carpet really needed a good cleaning. The Bissell cleaner did an excellent cleaning job. It was very easy to use and made my carpet look good as new. I would definitely recommend this product.

I purchased ProHeat 2X with some scepticism having used store rental and professional services in the past. This machine surpassed both with awesome results REALLY. Used Bissell cleaning products and removed stains from carpet and sofa, I thought would never come up; has great suction power, and a wide cleaning path. Finally, cleaning the machine was extra easy, awesome design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is simple to use. I had an older version of this product and it didn't last long, however, Bissell has done a great job upgrading and bring better features to this product. The power shot feature is great for tough stains, and the hose attachment was an easy setup with Minimal efforts. If I could say one improvement needed would be the tanks sizes. Yes, there are two tanks; one to place water and solution and the other to receive the dirty water picked up. I have an average sized 1 bedroom apartment, and it last for about 75% of the cleaning process before I had to replace and dump the water. I might've been more aggressive with the solution output but it's what I expected. I won't knock Bissell down on that because it is what it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Condo cleaning and annual maintenances. Area rugs and installed carpets and stair runners. Works well with each and heavy duty cleaning action. Much better than any store rental unit. Bissell chemical far exceeded the store brands. Easy of use and a professional look at a long term fraction of the cost over time. Easy storage and clean up. Quality built and easy to maintain.
