[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the older version of this carpet cleaner and felt like we needed an upgrade. I love the way this cleaner works and how easy it is to assemble and use. I felt it did an amazing job cleaning our carpets.

The cleaner worked great and dried in 30 min. It didn't overload water on my hardwood floors and was easy to handle. I'm very happy with this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing carpet cleaner. I was amazed by how easy it is to use, and how well it worked on the carpets! I recently bought a puppy, which quickly made me realize that I needed a good quality carpet cleaner. Even with all the researching I did to get the urine stains out of the carpet, scrubbing by hand, there were still stains left on the carpet. There were spots on the carpet that I couldn't get off for 2 weeks. This Bissell erased all of the stains in the one use. I was so happy with my purchase! The reason I'm giving a 3 star review is because the roller belt broke during its 3rd use. I was incredibly disappointed. This was a large purchase for me, and now I'm having to use the warranty after owning it for only a few weeks. I hope the warrant works fast, and that this isn't a recurring problem in the future. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Myself and my wife love this carpet cleaner. Since purchasing we have systematically went through every room in the house and cleaned the carpets. Things to like about this machine: It handles like a upright vacuum cleaner and has low profile head for reaching under furniture. The dual brush rollers has to be the best design out there for cleaning and raising the nap. The water extraction vacuum is very strong it seems to be really close between clean water used and dirty water removed from carpet. The easily removable brush head components make for easy cleaning. The single frustration with this unit and I would say is similar to many units with this design: The water tank sizes- both the clean and dirty tanks it will require many trips to dump amd refill. I would say if you were doing a 12' room you would be doing possibly 2 passes before needing to fill/dump. This will account for half your time needed to clean a room. Now that we have achieved the deep clean of each room we will be using the express clean mode. The express mode is a lighter cleaning setting which uses less water and states it will have approximately 1/2 hr dry times. This should make for a much faster process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great concept, and it cleans carpets and stains well. Only problem is that it leaks pretty badly out of the body, and I've only used it once in the three months since I bought it. Both tanks are just fine. It has a steady leak out the body just below the carrying handle. It wouldn't be a fault of assembly. The instructions were pretty straightforward and easy to follow. The leak is at a location that doesn't have any consumer-assembled parts. It would get 5 stars if it didn't leak all over my carpet while I'm trying to clean it, but it is a deal breaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The express clean is great and really does dry in about 30 minutes or less. I did the max clean and that also dried under the projected amount of time (8 hours). I was impressed with the suction as many machines leave a lot of soap and dirt behind. I went over the carpet with hot water in order to see how much was left behind and it was minimal. Definitely a great machine if you have a pet or even if you dont!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished using for the first time and couldn't be more impressed. Lightweight and easy to use. Filling and cleaning of tanks are fast and easy. Will definitely recommend to anyone who has carpeting.

Easy to use, great directions included(not just online) Easy to take apart and cleaning after using It did a good job; only drawback filaments of carpet clogged roller head so I had to take apart and clean many times while shampooing and it was a fairly small area I was cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With 2 toddlers, 1 pre-teen & 3 teens I needed something to help clean my carpets and upholstery. This product was so easy to use, even my teens could do it! And it did a great job! Highly recommend!

We are using the cleaner on area rugs. Fabulous job so far. Had to run it over the aged-stains (dog vomit and coffee) a couple times, impressive result! Slow and patience. I found it dried faster doing an extra extraction round. Appreciated the quick change of waste water and detergent water. It's a simple unit to use but does take some effort moving it around the rug, so I skipped bootcamp that night. Haven't used the attachments yet, stay tuned! Afterwards, easy to clean, set the parts on a drying rack over night. The unit doesn't take up a lot of space. Very happy with the purchase and now I have my own, no need to worry about renting a unit. Only negative, unfortunately it did not come with a standard product sample to try it out. Due to COVID lockdown, we had to wait a couple days to get some cleaner to try it out. Purchased Deep Clean with OXY, worked great but wow strong scent. That scared me away from any Febreze types. The rug finally aired out after a few days. We also read somewhere, another owner did a rinse on their carpet after and the scent dissipated faster than previous time.
