I wish I had bought this product years ago. My carpets look fantastic and they're super clean!! I was amazed at how much dirt and debri the cleaner picked up. I'd give the item a hundred stars if I could. It's like my new toy, and believe me, housecleaning is not my thing!

Now, I've upgraded to the Revolution Pet Pro Bissell. It's very powerful and is great at getting these stubborn stains out of my carpet. I love that I can see the difference once the stains are removed. I also tried the Deep Stain Tool attachment on a piece of furniture and it does work very well. The stain is GONE. Love this Bissell almost as much as my cats. And I really do love my cats.

Would have changed my old carpet cleaner year ago!! I have been searching for ever and watching so many comparatives and reviews..I'm a big skeptical when buying new stuff but don't hesitate on this wonderful carpet cleaner if you have pets. This will make such a difference on the time spending cleaning carpets. Stains that we tried to remove with many product went away on the first deep clean!! Everyone with dog/cat should have one of those!!

With two dogs and two cats I need quick & easy! I'm amazed at how much pet hair it picks up even after I vacuum. One of the best features about it is the easy clean-up. All you have to do is click the two buttons on the cover to get easy access to the rollers. I absolutely recommend this cleaner to anyone who has pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a LOT of research before buying this product and nearly all the reviews I'd seen had the ProHeat 2X Revolution at the top of the list. I used it this past weekend and have to say the results were outstanding. I first vacuum, then wet the carpets with hot water only. This allows the shampoo to really sink in and has proven better results with every machine I've ever owned. Then go back over it with hot water and shampoo mixture. SLOW and steady is the key to pulling out the dirt. My only negative about this machine is the tank size. They are SMALL. If you're doing very small areas, you'll be fine. With anything other than small areas, you're going to be filling and draining OFTEN. Love the storage and cleaner tray, simple but a wonderful bonus. The cord is long, machine does a very good job pulling dirt and even on deep clean, carpets were dry in at/under the 8 hours as noted. I used a lot of water and shampoo as the carpets had not been cleaned in a couple of years. I hope this one last longer than the last two machines I had. Time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this machine first to dry clean my couch & love seat but no suction for the dry clean selection, so I called trouble shooting as I thought I was doing something wrong. After discussing found its a worthless feature and doesn't suck, so cleaned with my original vacuum cleaner. I was shampooing the couch and smelt some thing getting hot and discovered the rollers was going around on my brand new vinyl flooring the whole time. I looked through my booklet and found nothing in regards to shutting them off, so I called in again and found that the rollers continue to go around even though your not using them. My new floor got really buffed under the machine and can see the difference with the rest of my new flooring. So next I stuck boards under the machine to prevent any further damages. I would think Bissell would automatically provide a floor stand to put it on during the rollers revolving for that process. Next I cleaned my carpets and that went pretty well and was happy with that . I did like the way it cleaned my carpet ! Hopefully it will continue to work out and next going to try cleaning my carpeted steps, however know the hose is not long enough so will have to try to hold it while I work with brushing the carpet. I did call in to attempt to buy a longer hose as I did see one on there promotion however they said they have no more and won't get any more .

Very simple to set up and operate, easy to maneuver and easy to clean. We cleaned all of our carpets the day we received the machine, testing out the various cleaning modes. All modes worked well in cleaning. We did not experience any long drying times as we have ceiling fans throughout the house. Compared to other brands of cleaners that we have owned, this is by far the easiest to cleanup and store. All in all a great machine.

It really cleans up pet stains easily and without a lot of tries. When I used the spot treat function, it really helped lift out the pet stain, and my carpet looked and smelled great!
