Had an older Bissell shampooed that always did a better job than any company or rented machine. This new model does the best job on carpets than the earlier model. Just go slowly and see the results for yourself. The cleaning attachment for the brushes and vacuum portions works so well it looks new after the cleaning!

This machine does a fabulous job cleaning our white carpets. Even heavy traffic areas came cleaner than ever before. And the accessory tool (crevice tool mainly) was able to clean the edge where years of dust had accumulated at the carpet/baseboard edge. We have thick Berber carpets and even professional carpet service never got those edges clean. I have only one "complaint" about this wonderful machine. I knew in advance (having scanned the manual) that when using the attachments one cannot have the machine standing non moving over the carpet unless one somehow tilts it back enough to raise the brushes off the carpet. That's because the brushes continue to rotate when the machine is powered ON, even while using the attachments! I consider this a design flaw! It's not easy to keep the brushes from touching the carpet. You can't tilt the machine back too much because that interferes with proper operation of the float in the collection tank. There's no easy way to support the machine while using the attachment and while ensuring it won't tip backwards while the front is lifted sufficiently. They either should disable the brush rotation when using the attachments or they should provide a convenient safe secure way to elevate the brushes off the carpet. I ended up with a kluge approach that I'm still trying to improve upon. Fortunately, this edge cleaning isn't required often.

I have not yet had the pleasure yet of using it. I hope to in the next few weeks. However, just from unboxing, putting it together and the look of it I am very excited and happy to have purchased it. I have three dogs at home and it gets dirty quickly. I was very surprised how many attachments that came with it. I hope to make my second review of their use in these next couple weeks. The application of the cleaner was fairly easy to do, the tank fits nicely and the weight of the cleaner is alot lighter then a previous cleaner my family has. I'm concerned about the tank size but I'm hoping it won't be too much trouble. The colors are appealing however I care more about the quality of the product then the look. I plan to use this for cleaning my vehicles seats, carpet in living room and stairs

Cleaning the carpet cleaner was dreadful. Nothing came apart unless I unscrewed everything and took things apart. We have lots of cats and hairballs from time to time. I clean up what I can then pretreat and use my ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner and carpet looks good as new. No stains or smells whatsoever!! A lot of new advancements that make it easy to use and it is very efficient and effective in cleaning. I have two pets...do this is a must have! Love it!

The Bissell was so easy to use and cleaned beautifully. We also have a new dog and the carpet stays fresh. I ve done the master bedroom and the stairs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my new carpet cleaner and had to try it out right away. It took me a min to figure it out but I got it. I was very impressed that I only had to fill up the container one time to do 2 rooms. My old cleaner wasnt working that good so I had to fine another one. It's been a while since I got to clean my carpet with having a total of 4 dogs but 2 at one time over the years so u know how it could look . This new cleaner picked up dark spots that I didnt think it would ever get cleaned but it did. I truly love this cleaner and cant wait to us it again. My carpet hasnt looked this good in a long time.

I also look forward to purchasing the "matching" vacuum cleaner and even possibly the Pet Crosswave Cleaner as we move frequently for my job and sometimes are dealing with wall to wall carpet and other time have hard surface floors with area rugs. Regardless of the flooring we always want to leave the places we stay at as free and clean of any signs a cat was there, as possible and so far your products are the only ones that give us that level of clean.
