The manual recommends 2 "dry" passes but it seems to take many more to get the solution out of the carpet. This makes me doubt its ability to be effective against deep set-in stains. A couple things that should have been designing into machine. 1) When the machine is in the UPRIGHT position (to use the remote cleaning options) the beater brushes should shut off and vacuum should stay on, The if you are using it and the power cord is under it, it will rub through the power cord and ruin it 2) The waste tank should be bigger

It ProHeat Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner, I am giving a rate 5. Because this does help my answers to the solution of getting that. So I'm keeping on doing it every month. The equipment is easy to assemble, use and store.

I decided to purchase this rug cleaner to try and eliminate stains left by our teacup Yorkie. After the first couple of passes, I noticed a complete change in the carpet - it was clean! The machine is easy to use, much like vacuuming. I am very impressed with the overall results and am extremely happy with the way our carpet looks. Drying time was also relatively shot, as we had our A/C on throughout the day. By the next morning, carpet was dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were moving out of old apartment and instead of hiring professional cleaners we purchased this vacuum cleaner to shampoo and vacuum the carpets. this vacumm cleaner did a pretty good job and cleaned the carpet, it removed almost all of the stains and made it look like new. It took us a few rounds of drying with the vacuum function but it was worth the effort. I would recommend this product to anyone who would need to wash their carpet rather than just dry vacuuming it.

Not to force anything into place. If you are putting it together correctly it should click into place quite easily. Works as advertised.
