[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This carpet cleaner is powerful, lightweight and can handle big areas. The carpet looks & smells fantastic. The same cannot be said for the gross gunk that was removed. Everything, I mean EV-ERY-THING, is easy: assembly, tools use, filling and emptying the tanks, and cleaning the machine after use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cleaner's capabilities. I have bought Bissell products for years, especially because they support our furry friends. I recommend this cleaner. It is light, easy to use, and deep cleans like you won't believe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner works really well, I swear that it must have a secret compartment that makes all the water dirty when it sucks it back in. It blows my mind how much gunk is in my carpet and how well it pulls it out. I am very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a golden retriever and wanted a carpet cleaner that could handle deep cleaning our wall to wall carpets, area rugs, couch, and car upholstery. I've only used this once so far (carpets and couch) and was amazed at how well it worked by even just using the express clean feature. The two biggest reasons why I chose this model was because it appeared to be the easiest to clean the dirty water tank and could be multifunctional, as I mentioned. So far it is doing exactly what I had hoped for. Super easy to clean and store after use which, to me, means the design for this machine was well thought out with functionality for the user in mind. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Bissell carpet cleaner, that we were very happy with, for 20 years that we needed to replace. The system we purchased is doing a fantastic job. It is easy to use and clean the cleaner. We are seeing that the carpets are much cleaner and picking up more dirt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this carpet cleaner once, and it worked fine. Pros: It took the stink out of my carpet that was left after it was soaked by a leaky water heater, and my carpet looks nice and clean. It's pretty simple to use. The assembly instructions and manual are well written and easy to understand. Cons: It's kind of heavy and unwieldy, but to be fair, I don't have experience with other carpet cleaners to compare it to. I followed the instructions exactly as written but the carpet was still squishy wet afterward, and still very wet the next morning after running a fan all night. I ran the machine over it again a few times and got quite a lot more water out of it, but it ended up taking 2 days to dry. Maybe this was user error, but I did follow the instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how easy this is to use and clean. The carpets are noticeably fresher and brighter after a deep cleaning. I'm taking away a star because the clean water/solution tank is a beast to fill with the solution. Like, this should come with a funnel. Other than the skill of learning how to pour the expensive cleaning product into that tank, anyone can learn to use and maintain this cleaner with no problem whatsoever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new Bissell. It works as advertised. It is a "spot," and not whole house, cleaner. It works very well for that. It is a heavy machine, and a little difficult to move from floor-to-floor. Suction is very good. Was able to take parts apart to clean. Machine has a fairly small footprint, so storage space requirements are reasonable. The sample Bissell products were also good. Thank you for a nice, small area, carpet cleaner.

Very easy to use. I was very impressed with its cleaning ability and how well my carpets dried. I have off-white carpets (not by choice) and a very large GSD who decides any time he may vomit to unfortunately go on the carpet.... not any other room with hardwood or tile, naturally. This really changed my mind from replacing the carpet. They look and feel so nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy with the design and performance of this Bissell ProHeat 2X. We had an old Hoover which we were happy with for a number of years, but it died and we bought a new Hoover PowerScrub Deluxe. It was less solid than the old Hoover and we were never satisfied with its cleaning performance. For some reason the rotary brushes left streaks. Out of frustration I researched reviews and details and bought this Bissell 2X Revolution Pet Pro, and so far we are really pleased. It is more substantial than the Hoover and the "Dual Dirtlifter Power Brushes" do a great job on the carpet. I like the design of the components/parts that make easy the cleanup of the cleaner. The "Easy Fill/Formula Cap" seems like an unnecessary gimmick (which I won't use much as I'll probably use cheaper alternatives to the myriad of Bissell cleaning formula products). I had originally thought the "CleanShot" spot squirter was gimmicky also, but after mastering it, I found it very useful.
