In each case, the stains were removed without a residual stain appearing later. Odor is being instantaneously neutralized. One thing that could be better, is the instruction pamphlet; it could provide more detail on assembly and cleaning the machine.

Product arrived on time and was easy to assemble. Works great and is easy to use and clean after use. Does a great job, works as well or better than the rug doctors you rent at the big box stores. Works great for quick clean up after pet accidents or spills. Very pleased with the purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it was a delight to receive my rug cleaner. the best surprise is that is was delivered early. the only thing i might have disapproved of is that the box was not sealed at all. could be iffy. in any case, we put it together right away and put it to work. it did a beautiful job and it was so, so easy to clean after afterwards. especially love that cleaning tool. it got to so many places that i could not before with my older model. i even got the nerve up to use the attachments which were so easy to handle and the stairs look terrific now. i also really love the separate containers for both the dirty and clean waters.. Best of all, when the older model would not such up water, the help line did their best to help us fix the problem and when we could not i went immediately to your site and ordered a newer version with which we are both delighted.

I would hand down recommend this cleaner to anyone any day! It gets so much dirt and grime out of your carpet and sucks most of the water up right along with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy with this purchase. When the cleaner first arrived I used it within the first few days and cleaned all of my carpet. I was very surprised as to how clean the carpet got with just one pass. It is very easy to use and for the most part is not strenuous. It's just like vacuuming. If I were to make any changes to the machine I would do the following: I would have a heating element in the machine to keep the water at the desired temperature while being used. When using the hand attachment, I would also disable the brush/vacuum on the main unit when the hand attachment is plugged in. Lastly, I would make the electrical cord a little longer by about 5 feet. In all, I would purchase this machine again.

With two dogs and two cats I need quick & easy! I'm amazed at how much pet hair it picks up even after I vacuum. One of the best features about it is the easy clean-up. All you have to do is click the two buttons on the cover to get easy access to the rollers. I absolutely recommend this cleaner to anyone who has pets.

Would have changed my old carpet cleaner year ago!! I have been searching for ever and watching so many comparatives and reviews..I'm a big skeptical when buying new stuff but don't hesitate on this wonderful carpet cleaner if you have pets. This will make such a difference on the time spending cleaning carpets. Stains that we tried to remove with many product went away on the first deep clean!! Everyone with dog/cat should have one of those!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An 8' x 10" rug needed me to refill the clean water container FIVE times using it as directed. It did an ok job of cleaning, although I had to do it twice. It's extremely bulky and hard to maneuver. If you go off the edge of the carpet water goes all over the floor and you need a towel. It does a good job of sucking the water back out of the rug. Overall it is ok but had I tried it before I purchased I would have passed.
