[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this cleaner in homes to make the urine smell dissipate from our basement. After the first round there was a huge difference! It smelt better and even the carpet felt better between your toes. I've also had a chance to use the 2/1 carpet attachment. The vacuum feature is pretty good. I dont know that I'd use it instead of my actual vacuum however.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad I purchased this carpet cleaner. It is so easy to put together and use. All my rugs and carpet look and smell so wonderful now. I had some tough pet stains but after my first use of the machine they are all gone. I am truly pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this machine! I have used it to clean up a room that my dog has had accidents in, my daughters room cleaning up spilled juice and kid messes, mud from my husbands boots, and also the throw rug I have in the kitchen. It has gotten deep down into the carpets which are very thick and long fibers, and I actually feel like my carpets are clean. The handheld attachment for the sofa is amazing, and I have actually used it for spot cleaning the carpet due to spills. Not only does this machine clean like a beast, but the best thing is that the entire machine comes apart. As soon as I'm done all I have to do is lift on the pieces and rinse them off and it's done, no mold no smell no mess. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner replaced our old one. It is exactly what we were looking for. It does a fantastic job for what is was meant to do. It needs a little care (rinse the machine when done) and the tray for cleaning the brushes is fantastic! Take care of it and you will have it a long time. It has excellent suction, even with the hose for attachments. Read and follow the instructions. If you don't want to much water on the carpet, just go back and forth a little quicker. We did a whole room rug (slowly) to get it the cleanest, and it was dry overnight with a fan. Great unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to clean several carpets in my home that had both new and old stains from our pets. It removed the stains and the smell! Can't believe how great the carpets look. The product was easy to setup and use though I did go to the website to clarify the cleaning process. So glad I bought this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this steam cleaner. I just wish it was a little cheaper or came with some of the "free" items I saw in an ad AFTER I bought and ordered this steam cleaner. Would've been nice to have a tray to sit it on. Besides that it has a powerful suction, easy to maneuver, easy to take a part and clean. Overall a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in advance of getting a puppy and tried it out. Easy to use, easy to disassemble and reassemble for cleaning. Cannot believe all the dirt I am getting out of the carpet. Home has never been cleaner - thrilled with this carpet cleaner - wish I had bought a Bissell sooner.

I Recommend to anyone who is first time carpet cleaner. This clean my rugs great. They look outstanding. Great product to assemble, easy to use and handle. Definetly user friendly. Would definitely recommend. My choice was right on and would buy again. Oh love the feature it keeps hot tP water warm while you clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is great! We bought a house recently and the previous owners had a dog. The smell left behind in our carpets isn't a urine or excrement smell, just that oily musty dog odor. We've tried the dry powders, rigorous vacuuming, etc with no improvement. We even had the carpets professionally steam cleaned. I figured I could continue buying low-cost solutions and maintain the same results or just get a decent shampooer and give that a go. I have done one full pass with the antibacterial solution. So far, very good. The carpets dried within 6hrs with some fans for airflow and the carpets are already so much better. The chocolate milk-colored dirty water pulled from the carpet was evidence it was working. I'm confident that with some more treatments, we will be able to eliminate the odor without the need to replace the carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product very easy to use. It does leave your carpet pretty wet. Just have to go over it a little more than usual. But other than that it's a good product. It cleaned my carpet way better than the other carpet cleaners I've tried in the past.
