[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This BISSELL carpet cleaner works as good as a professional cleaner. I first thought I'd use it on the express setting since we just had our carpets cleaned and was amazed how much dirt came up. Then our puppies had an accident so I used the deep cleaning mode and was even more impressed with the cleaning power. Also our carpets dried within 4-6 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked how easy it was to set up and put it together...using it was so easy and with my back issues I was not bothered by using it. I would have normally been bothered by the use of a big bulky rental but not this cleaner. My only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is how little of an area I can clean with each load of water and how often I have to dump the dirty water out.

I love having a good deep cleaner. This works wonderfully. We washed the carpets and the couches and it worked like a charm. We don't have pets and apparently they don't make Kid Pro Carpet Cleaners, but my wife and I figured its close enough. It definitely removed all food stains and mystery stains.

This carpet cleaner not only delivers but the parts are easily removed to be cleaned and stored to await the next use. This carpet cleaner does what it say it will do! Wish I'd purchased it sooner!!! Took out spots, stains and evened up the entire color of my carpet throughout the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If 3.5 stars was an option, that would be my choice: B-. As a former owner of a Bissell ProHeat Plus, some things are better, but not everything. It cleans well, and the machine itself is easier to clean. It seems lighter, and I like that the attachment hose isn't permanently attached onboard. The water tank system is better too. However, I would pay $100 more for a product that: 1) was designed so the rotating brushes stopped when using the hand attachments, and 2) didn't leak out the bottom when using the hand attachments. As it is, I place the unit in a large plastic pan when spot cleaning. I would also like about 4 more feet of hose for the hand attachments, although that's not a huge deal. It would just be nice to be able to go more than halfway up a flight of stairs.

Glad I went with this product. Even using straight water on high traffic areas gets so much dirt out of the carpet. I had some old stains it did a good job on though they didn't completely disappear. I am confident that it would get fresh stains out 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this carpet cleaner to shampoo my heavenly soiled carpeting in my den. We have a 7 month old Doberman who brings in a lot of dirt, so I chose the heavy cleaning setting. It was easy to use, did a great job and dried much faster than it said in the instructions. This is my second Bessel carpet shampooer and I'm very happy with this brand. The new model has some very nice, new features. The tanks are easy to fill and empty, the spot treatment button is helpful and I like the cleaning tool now included.

I just finished 2 days cleaning all my carpeting in my condo and I found the unit really light to handle and really easy to use. It appears to clean very well. I like that all the pieces come apart that enables cleaning of the cleaner.
