Greatly improved reservoir design from similar 15 year old Bissell Pro Heat upright we own which still operates flawlessly after considerable use through the years.

This is lighter than my previous steam cleaner so easier to maneuver. Filling and emptying the tanks are easier also. I used it on my living room, that had some stains for a year (I had tried other products and it did not get them out.). I used the Bissell treatment then steamed. It got these stains out. I feel that this cleaner has really done a great job! I did use it for a spot clean also! I don't need another type of cleaner with this machine!

It really picked up a lot (and we Roomba or vacuum every 1-2 days) and tried in a reasonable time. So much easier for me to use than those bulky rentals, even if I need to fill and empty more often. I am going to try the stairs this weekend.

It really cleans up pet stains easily and without a lot of tries. When I used the spot treat function, it really helped lift out the pet stain, and my carpet looked and smelled great! Compare to my old Bissell this new machine is so easy to clean after use. And the cleaning pan for the brushes is so nice. And the extra long cord. I can go from room to room without having to unplug constantly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with my purchase of the ProHeat. It is easy to use and got my carpets really clean. The attachments are great and the stair cleaner has three different ways you can use it to cover all angles.

I love the hose is detachable andit has a tray to store and clean it in! Though it's inconvenient, the brushes at the bottom never quit turning so when you're using the hand piece, you can't leave the machine stationary of it will burn your carpet and the bristles with start coming out of the brush. Over all I really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to clean the rooms and stairs in my home. The dual brushes and powerful suction worked amazingly to clean and revitalize the older carpet. The only downsides are the small water tanks that needed to be constantly changed (not a huge issue) and the handheld tools not having the same cleaning power as the dual brushes- I ended up using a secondary brush to work in the cleaning solution, them running the vacuum hose to then clean up the solution.
