This machine is better than i thought. I have 3 dogs. there are piddle spots and also vomit on the carpet. Easy to put together. the instructions are simple to use. Very easy to clean. it shows the dirt and water being extracted. There was not chance of it being clogged. I was able to clean it out in between shampooing areas. the carpets were nearly dry after using it. I used a blue light before and after. not a trace of pet stains after i used the Bissell. the hand held tools worked great on my mattress and my ottoman. I cannot say enough. my house smells better. It was a good investment verses getting carpets cleaned every 3 - 6 months. I wished I recorded it. I will next time I use it.

Both dogs have season allergies and take heavy meds to stop scratching themselves but the meds now relax their "systems" and the day he Revolution was delivered, they both did just that. The rugs are low pile wool and are deep vacuumed weekly and spot vacuumed multiple times a week. So pretty clean eh? Well this beast of a cleaner pulled up so much embedded pet hair I could have made a wig or two out of the stuff. I was both thrilled and ashamed in equal quantities. My rugs were really clean, smelled great and I knew shampooing them more often will be prioritized task. Thanks ProHeat 2X Revolution. I would have snapped the mess of hair but did not want to make you sick looking at it... P.S.: cleanup is so fast too.

I've used this product on an area rug, my high traffic hallway, and to clean the upholstery in our car. This machine has done a phenomenal job getting these areas clean; I have a corgi and a two year old, they were dirty. I was also impressed at how easy this machine is to clean. I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy too hook up the upholstery attachment, only issue is that brushes keep spinning when attachment is in use leaving area Wet and dirty ,also I noticed when used on thick carpet it struggles to maneuver around ,other then that works real good cleaning up spills and stains cleaning on the machine is kinda messy removing hairs from brushes ,I noticed they sell a storage and rinse container that i will try to purchase when item is back on stock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this hoping it would help remove a coffee stain from the carpet. The stain disappeared momentarily, but reappeared in a couple of days, which is why I gave it 3 stars (it deserves 3 1/2 stars, but the system doesn't allow for it). Otherwise, it cleans pretty well, has good suction, and did a decent job cleaning food stains off of upholstered dining chairs.

In my opinion, this machine is better than any previous machine's of this type. The deep cleaning brushes actually scrub the carpet, vs. just having water sprayed on the carpet and then sucked back up. The added stain spray is a huge help. The downside is that it only sprays directly ahead of the machine. An improvement would be to allow us to direct the spray to where we want it to go. Perhaps with a hose / nozzle attachment vs. a stationary nozzle. Another downside to this machine is the "Pet Hose Attachment". The older machines had it already connected to the machine. But, this one doesn't, which means basically, that you can lose the attachments and hose. Plus, it makes using it clumsy. The longer hose is a huge help, but, the quality of the hose is flimsy and cheap. It can crack easily causing frequent replacements. The Instruction Booklet and Quick Start Guide have a lot to be desired. It's not user friendly. They talk of how easy it is to clean the machine, but, it lacks much needed pictures, and step by step instructions. Belt replacement? How to clean and / or replace the brushes? It's a guessing game. I strongly suggest that Bissell redo the Instruction Booklet and Mail an updated version to every consumer that purchased this machine. Assembling the machine could have been much easier with more explicit instructions. The picture of the assembled machine on the box helped me to put it together. I did notice that the sound of the machine changes when the lower tank gets filled. You have to empty it frequently to ensure that the machine will work at its best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product because of the dual tanks. One for clean water and one for dirty water. I really like the dual tanks. I have only used this product once and did not use the attachment hose this first time. I cleaned an entire gameroom and then moved over to my mom's house anc cleaned 2 bedrooms, a dining room, and a utility room. The water in the dirty tank was nearly black when I finished, yuck. But, that means the product was doing it's job. Looks like the stains from pet urine were gone except for a few spots and that was probably my fault for not going over those spots diligently with the spot clean green button. So far I am glad I bought this product instead of hiring someone to clean the carpet or rented a machine somewhere. This way I have the product for future cleanings if necessary.
