[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Proheat 2x carpet cleaner works great as expected. Very easy to setup and start cleaning your carpets. I have throw rugs that were very tired looking. The Proheat brought the carpets back to life saving me some $$. The Proheat 2x worked great on the carpet in my car too. The tools are small enough to reach into the small places between the seats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this cleaner! I used it same day I got it to refresh my upstairs bedroom carpets, and it was an ease to use. It really picked up a lot (and we Roomba or vacuum every 1-2 days) and tried in a reasonable time. So much easier for me to use than those bulky rentals, even if I need to fill and empty more often. I am going to try the stairs this weekend.

The upholstery brush works great also. I would recommend this to everyone. So easy to use . I like how you can take it apart to clean it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't notice any heating at all of the cleaning solution. It didn't feel any warmer than when I put it in the tank. The float on the collection tank is set way too conservatively. It shut off the cleaner when it was only about 1/3 full. I was constantly having to empty the tank. My carpet looks very clean, but it smells bad and has smelled bad for over a week. I never had this problem with my old Hoover steam cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exceeded our expectations! We have a golden retriever that doesn't remember to clean his paws and our carpets needed serious attention. Normally, we have hired in a commercial carpet cleaner to do the job but we decided DIY was a better route as we could clean more often (and cheaper). The results from our ProHeat 2X were excellent and we were very pleased with the results. Easy to use and portable. The design works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this machine first to dry clean my couch & love seat but no suction for the dry clean selection, so I called trouble shooting as I thought I was doing something wrong. After discussing found its a worthless feature and doesn't suck, so cleaned with my original vacuum cleaner. I was shampooing the couch and smelt some thing getting hot and discovered the rollers was going around on my brand new vinyl flooring the whole time. I looked through my booklet and found nothing in regards to shutting them off, so I called in again and found that the rollers continue to go around even though your not using them. My new floor got really buffed under the machine and can see the difference with the rest of my new flooring. So next I stuck boards under the machine to prevent any further damages. I would think Bissell would automatically provide a floor stand to put it on during the rollers revolving for that process. Next I cleaned my carpets and that went pretty well and was happy with that . I did like the way it cleaned my carpet ! Hopefully it will continue to work out and next going to try cleaning my carpeted steps, however know the hose is not long enough so will have to try to hold it while I work with brushing the carpet. I did call in to attempt to buy a longer hose as I did see one on there promotion however they said they have no more and won't get any more .

This machine is better than i thought. I have 3 dogs. there are piddle spots and also vomit on the carpet. Easy to put together. the instructions are simple to use. Very easy to clean. it shows the dirt and water being extracted. There was not chance of it being clogged. I was able to clean it out in between shampooing areas. the carpets were nearly dry after using it. I used a blue light before and after. not a trace of pet stains after i used the Bissell. the hand held tools worked great on my mattress and my ottoman. I cannot say enough. my house smells better. It was a good investment verses getting carpets cleaned every 3 - 6 months. I wished I recorded it. I will next time I use it.
