[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. Worked on very old urine stains on 2 rugs with stain and smell. Highly recommend. Also, I have a huge rope type rug that had huge wrinkles from being stretched from washing outside. The heat of the steamer brought it back to size. Its like new and no more kids tripping over the wrinkles. What a fun suprise. My 3rd fancy rug had a rubber backing and it got the stain up but not the smell I blame the rug and I'm going to try some of Bissells other solutions. Also, now I need to buy a better vacuum bc the steamer pulls up the pet hair that my vacuum left that was deep down and lthe steamer eaves drops it in wet lumps which is fine bc you just pick it up or vacuum. I will definitely be buying a Bissell pet vacuum. So excited for a deep clean house with pets, and kids.

The only downside is the load capacity, but if you watch their reviews they're clear on this being one of the cons of this product. This beats spending money on renting and you can clean your carpets more frequently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on rugs and mats and carpet. It work very well. I like the 3 modes on it. The suction on it is great, the rugs/carpets dry in no time. Overall it is a great machine. It is a louder than a vacuum but you need to expect from a carpet cleaner.

I've used this twice on my living room carpet which may I say, has a large number of stains that I've never been able to get out very well. This is until I've used my ProHeat 2X on it and I can firmly state this product works. The heating element makes drying a quick task and also with the added formulas from BISSEL, the smell and sent after is very nice

For awhile anyway. My girlfriend recommended this carpet cleaner to me because of having a small dog and am I ever pleased. I Would never have someone come in again as it is really handy to have and use as you like and when you need it. Thank you Bissell.

In each case, the stains were removed without a residual stain appearing later. Odor is being instantaneously neutralized. One thing that could be better, is the instruction pamphlet; it could provide more detail on assembly and cleaning the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd ProHeat 2X. I used the ProHeat 2X Revolution Carpet Cleaner to shampoo all my carpeting. It had excellent suction to extract all the dirty solution. I used the hose and attachments for the steps. The suction was not as good as the floor suction. The spray shot worked ok but took awhile to learn how to line it up to the dirty spot. It was easy to clean the machine. Overall, I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only used it twice to clean two 8x10 rugs. the 1st time I used it stopped sucking up the water - I called customer service and they helped me figure out that the problem was not cleaning the suction head. I went on line and looked at all the viedows about cleaning the machine and cleaning the 2nd rug went great. When cleaning a rug for the 1st time one has to clean the suction head often to have good suction. So far i think the machine is great and would recommend it to anyone.
