[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 cats and 2 children. I have to say that for the price is a really good carpet washer. It takes me no more than 30 minutes to wash whatever room is needed and I see a huge difference. I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has been a life saver! We moved into a house with original carpets from 1996. To say the carpets were worn was an understatement. Not to mention, our puppy hadn't been easy on them either. The ProHeat 2X made our carpets look and smell amazing! We'll eventually replace our carpets when it's in the budget but for right now, I don't know what I'd do without this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was cleaning carpets. I didn't hold out much hope for an at home cleaner to work well. But was pleasantly surprised. It actually worked better than the rentals. I was worried it would leave my carpet really wet, but the suction was great. And didn't have to go over it multiple times. I have 2 active grandsons so the carpet was really bad . But it did a great job. I was super excited and called everyone I knew.lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Bissell to clean stains from my carpet, as well as routinely clean them in order to maintain their lifespan. I use the recommended Bissell cleaning solution and it leaves my rooms smelling fresh. It does a great job of cleaning the carpets. It removes urine stains from pets very well. My friends and family regularly borrow it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used it once so far. It seems to be an excellent machine for cleaning carpets. I think that it's ease of use will make it more likely to be used on a regular basis. We got a dog recently & will need to clean carpets more often. I thought this machine was worth the extra we paid for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to use and clean out the water tanks/various parts during and after cleaning. Worked very nicely on my apartment's carpets where my little dog has decided that underneath my bed is the perfect place to go potty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only dont give 5 stars because the handle for upholstery could be wider to cover more area, and I dont like that the rollers stay on the ground while you use upholstery handle. It can ruin your carpet. But overall, great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My prior carpet cleaner was almost 7 years old and was tired & worn out. Enjoy the ease of use with this system to keep area rugs clean and smelling fresh in our home. Really like the ability to use different levels of cleaning since some areas might need refreshing vs. an area that needs deep cleaning (high traffic areas).
